Tic-tac-toe, also called noughts and crosses and X's and O's is a pencil-and-paper game for two players, X and O, who take turns marking the spaces in a 3×3 grid. The X player usually goes first followed by the O player. The player who succeeds in placing three respective marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row will win the round. Win 3 rounds to win the game.

BEST TIC-TAC-TOE GAME

This app is the best tic tac toe game i have ever played because of the different grids which i think are pretty cool. I also think that the glowy stuff are pretty cool and that you could play with a computer and with your friend/relative. So over all this is a Great App! 👍 But i have one suggestion, maybe make some more grids like bigger smaller or something and that would be really cool! Well i actually have another suggestion which is to have a different color style/scheme instead of always blue/green/red and that would be great!

Very fun, no known bugs!

Cool visuals. It forces your brain to strategize. I like the settings options to remove the sound effects. The cost to remove ads is reasonable.

Addictive. Like, "Angry Birds" addictive.

Todd Moore is an evil genius. He has written an app that will result in hours of lost productivity, insofar as it's almost literally impossible to stop playing. The US just landed on Mars and dominated the Olympics; but now that TMSoft has released "Tic Tac Toe Glow," our national surge of success and industriousness is over. Thing is, nobody will care-- that popping "dynamite" sound when you win a round if TMSoft's TTTG is just too cool. It's a kickass app from a kickass developer.

This app is amazing it has different sized grids and u can play 2 players unlike some apps and it's exciting because of all the colors and it's really fun to play when you don't have anything to do and if u win 3 times when all the colors go off it's so cool and it take a picture and I can upload it on Facebook Twitter etc

Like the game a lot ,don't like the fact that you do not have an option to have your picture taken once you win In order to play again; would like to see picture taking as an option

Big bowl of ok

I have the volume of my iPad all the way up but the sound isn't working. It works for other apps. By fireworks do you mean the blue dots that flutter when the board appears to "blow up"? Help menu doesn't explain how to n lock the other levels. Do I have to win a certain amount or buy a key to unlock the next levels? Level one is too easy and the computer makes obvious "mistakes" like not blocking me when I four in a row and am about to win. The other levels are probably more of a challenge but I haven't unlocked them yet. This is a quandary as level 1 s too boring to make me get to level two. The levels in a circle at the bottom of the screen are difficult to see. People with vision problems may miss them all together.
