I just spent money on your 300% sale and didn’t get the right money ! I was supposed to get 24 million and only got six twice !!!!

I love this app. Been playing for years. The only problem is that the tournaments have stopped working for almost a week. I’ve unloaded and reloaded several times and have still had the same problem

Please help. Trouble getting in via Facebook. Message is that FB Key is wrong . I don’t know what that is. Unable to send a message to “support”. Errors out. I generally play every night.

Have played on other apps and soon discovered bots playing. Have not encountered that here. Play on iPhone and iPad - dragonfly treats that as two separate accounts. Refuse to pay money to purchase chips. IPad have accumulated almost $4 million but still less than $1 million on iPhone. Play is realistic to real life. High card, pair or two pairs are common winners. Game lacks information on features. Today, can not find anything explaining XP. Now that I am posting this, hopefully they will add at least info on XP. Due to lack of info, end of playing different games to understand what they are. Would rate 3.5 stars because of documentation and buttons (fold, check, raise) are sometimes available before turn, other times not. Sometimes when they are available, clicking a Check button at the same time as someone bets $x, automatically calls $x.

Really don’t understand why certain things were taken out. Where is video poker? Where are the options for multiple chip levels in tournaments instead of just massive buy ins? Why are there fees in tournaments on top of the buy in? Wth

Don't waste your time. Play is normal in the beginning. If you do not purchase chips from them you will find the play changes drastically. Soon you will notice that you are playing against Bots which somehow manages to break billion to 1 odds many hands in a row. Or notice that they call with nothing but flop trips 5 hands in a row. Or for instance. Call a big bet preflop with Q 4 off suit three hands in a row. Not only did they have same two cards all three hands but this was the 3 flops. 944 944 Q44 You don't have to be to smart to figure out that it's impossible to have exact same 2 cards 3 hands in a row and also flop the nuts everytime 3 hands in a row. Not possible!! Or to have you lose over 60 hands in a row playing with Just 2 other players and in every hand those players have trips. Not Possible!! But if you fold they bet big on nothing and at the end have nothing. Other player even calls with nothing on the river if you are not in the hand. Who would call all the way with 5 high on a board with all face cards? No one. Except a bot designed to rip you off. I would say they try to hide the cheating but it sometimes has a glitch and all the cheating comes at once. Very noticeable. I made it to one million in chips without buying chips. And then lost every hand in a row no matter how good you play or how good my cards were, I lost to 2 crappy cards for over 50 hands in a row at same table with same 2 players. RIP OFF.

I’ve had this app for a number of years now and only play occasionally. When I do play it is usually in a “sit and go” tournament. At random intervals I’ve experienced the buttons not working (that others have reviewed). This usually happens when I have the best possible hand. Other times I’ll experience a disconnection where the in-game timer for each turn will just run out(automatically booting you from the table if it happens three times). The “best hand” feature doesn’t work since I just got a royal flush and my account still shows a straight flush best hand. The option to “contact us” doesn’t work and has failed to open every time I try. Other than these problems, this app is fun every now and then for a short amount of time.

Phuk you dragon play. The app developers clearly disagreed with the well known saying, “do not fix anything that is not broke.” The rollout of multiple updates/versions degraded this game to lame. As a result too many great players and friends to list no longer use this app, even though they have hundreds of dollars worth of chips. Russian players were all over this app when I first started playing about a year and a half ago, Now I hardly ever see any Russian players on this app anymore. Which is probably why this app’s developers have increased the amount of bots in order to compensate for the loss of its “live player base” so therefore a game title change should be in order to have the “LIVE” taken out!!

Sometime it doesn’t respond to your pier action (fold, check, etc) even the visually indicated you press the acting buttons. Also, it should let you check or fold in before your turn. Lacking this feature make game go slower. Additionally, if I press fold and someone raise, it reset my action having to press the fold button again. If I’m going to fold, why on earth I would call a raise. Duh. Another thing, none of the tournaments are working. It just freezes when you tap on tournament from main menu. I believe this app have been abandoned since it haven’t been updated in a long time.

same thing happened built up free chips to 7M then all of sudden every time I went to play I was defaulted to the same tables. Players that sit and win practically every hand and then leave the table. Or players that you can never beat at the table so every time you bet them it seems to lose more times than not. It is a super fun game and the interface is great but I wouldn’t put money into this game. I would bet against you winning against players betting to catch river cards and usually catch them. Enjoy the fun ride until the swing comes that seems like planned tilt no matter how I play.

I’ve had this app for at least 6 years. This used to be the best hold em poker app available. Not anymore. You used to be able to “walk through” tables playing varying amounts of blinds and find an empty seat to start playing. Now, you cannot choose a table and blinds, you are automatically put in a table with seemingly random blinds each time. Also, the tournaments used to vary by buy in and payoff amount where the cheapest tournament was $5k in gold I think. Now, cheapest tournament is $125k. Lame. Deleting this app.

The game used to be fair until the robot players were introduced. You cannot beat them. There are 5 seats at a table. You may end up playing against at least three “bots” I know of. You can identify them by clicking on them and seeing a red negative sign as if they’re included in your friend list already. Occasionally they show negative EXP for level experience. Had the app since 2010. I am deleting as of now. Shame they ruined a good app.

They have taken away the nightly bonus and instead put a bonus system that is almost impossible to win and makes all of the idiots make outrageous bets trying to win enough games to get the bonus. Smooth move Dragonplay. Now I can’t even get in to play a game. It puts you straight into the most expensive bet with no way to get out without losing millions in chips.

I used to play this game all the time but I stopped playing it for a while (about a year) but now whenever I go into the game and try to play it will load for awhile and then just crash. I have tried repeatedly and it is still the same outcome every time. Please fix because I really used to like this game!
