Awesome game! I have one constant issue: Daily Challenge counters are screwed up. I was battling Segou (the first only gladiator I fought that day) and I won one of the challenges: Defeat 35 gladiators. It was my first one! How can I get that challenge on the first match? I got it even before the match was finished! Also, there was another one. I got the challenge "Execute 42 blocks" in the same match. It must have been counting my hits because I only executed 4 blocks. Please fix this! I have a few suggestions: 1. Add a 'daily fight' where you can fight a gladiator that has random stats on it. It would take away the fact that each of the other gladiators always have the same stats. 2. Make it so you can aim in different areas. Instead of each attack coming into contact with the chest make it so you can aim for the head, legs and such. It would be cool if you added special damage or crippling effects to different areas if they're hit. 3. Make it so you can aim your shield so blocking is more effective. Example: If you aim the shield to the right, an attack coming in from the left would damage you, and if you aim it down and there is an attack coming from below (uppercut) it will be blocked. 4. Add multiplayer matches. This would gives us the ability to compete against each other and see who is more powerful. 5. Make it so you can move around the arena. It would make it more of a challenge and make it a bit easier. Otherwise, wonderful game! Worthy of 100 🌟s!

Well balanced game, level system makes it a challenge, yet not impossible to level up and acquire new equipment. Default equipment acquired without spending actual money isn't demastculated by its money-required counterparts. For players not wanting to spend money, including myself, the special challengers offer a way to get better equipment without spending money, but with, of course, a challenge. The 10 tournaments with the included comics offer a kind is campaign feel, instead of just fighting person after person. The only bad thing I can think of about the game is that some challenges require you to use potions, which cost gems, makes a sort of unfair advantage for people that spend money for them. Also, the daily bonus is also a great way for players to earn a little extra on the side. In all, this game deserves a 5-star rating.

This is a very good game, especially for freeware. The graphics are amazing compared to the original, the gameplay is still smooth, and there's a story to the game now. I really have only one issue with this game: in-game purchases. The original Blood & Glory made progressing through the game without in-app purchases quite difficult. This game appears to have put in some failsafes: the enemies are portioned out individually so that the tournaments don't need to be fought in bulk (a welcome change), there are "amulets" which offer stat and money bonuses, and there's a free item offered every day. Overall, I would recommend this game if hack-and-slash mixed with some strategy is your thing. Also, it has a similar play style to Infinity Blade, so if you like that series, this game could prove enjoyable. It's free, so there's no risk in trying it out.

I'll have to echo everything that Edoc30 wrote,yes it's a hard game but it should be,but it's not going to be everyones taste. Don't get me wrong tho,I have invented a few new cuss words while playing. There is one thing I wish they could put in a future update and that's a customize controls options,I use an iPad and it would be nice to be able to move the block button a little more to the left,it can be quite the stretch for folks with shorter thumbs,the other controls are fine for me but I imagine they aren't for some other folks,so devs if you could give us a it would be well appreciated. Still great game for the $2.99 for the bundle pack I bought in the in-game store to give me a little breathing room,not a bad price for a challenging game with good graphics,sound and awesome hackin & slashin.

Ok I am not going to lie but this game is very well made but here are some things that you should consider before downloading . This game makes you very underpowered so you need to rely on skill most of the time. (For example) I am I'm about the 5th world and I still have 500 hp which means I can be one shoted by anything out there. Also I have played the game for 10 days in a row (for the daly bonus) and it has worked every time. But now that I'm at the 10th day it is NOT giving me the axe after I won much more than three battles. I could go on and on about how little money you make and how much everything cost but I really think this game had potential. So just for that I am giving this game 5 stars good work guys! ( but seriously if I don't get my axe we gona have some problems....)

I like the game it one of the best game I ever play in my life it aswome game I will Amit but yet if you play it say your not online and if you go too buy something and it says purchased was successful and then it says sorry but do you want line connection failed and then it says payment was not successfully purchased please try again next time dont get wrong enacting it is a good game but it need fix hey special word says you're not fully online and you do have good Internet see I have Suddenlink and I have over 600 GB of Internet I have the fastest Internet and it still says that my connection was unavailable and I'm still not online there's something wrong with it when it says you're not online that's all I am asking if you would please fix that correction

Blood and Glory legend is made more interesting by the plot, but the added glorious strikes and reduced stun times for special attacks makes combat slightly worse I think. Also the non dodge able attacks are not the best idea, it makes it nearly impossible to get 3 stars on every level purely based on skill, you almost have to upgrade your shield. On that note the equipment is too expensive and the constant thrown in incentives to buy stuff are annoying. But do not get me wrong, this is barely a step down from the first version, which in my opinion is in the top 3 games of all time for iPhone. This is an awesome game, with awesome graphics, fun fighting sequences, and challenging levels. It really is one of the best games ever made for a mobile phone. An with that, 5 stars.

Legand 2 is the first story sword detailed graphic action packed 5 star game that doesn't lagg that I have come accross yet and doesn't exit out on u while ur playing. The story and fight matches that go along with it are intense and absolutly awesome and very fun to play. Love the detail in the upgrades of ur legend warrior and weapons and misc. rewards and objects that make it that much more detailed and interestingly ingrossing. The daily rewards if u play day after day is awesome going all the way up to 100 days of day after day playing to get the best and most rewards just makes it that much more addicting. Legend 2 definatlly has my vote as a 5 star fully and really I would vote it as a perfect 10 Outa 5 if u compare out of all the other similar apps. Acctually they don't compare.

I've never come across a game on this platform with such great controls and incredible graphics. Doesn't crash, it's just the right amount of difficulty so you're challenged but not frustrated. It's my favorite App! My only complaint would be the Daily Challenge and Daily Bonus features in that they haven't been working correctly; when a challenge is, say, "Execute a dodge 52 times" I can do that and it wont count it, but when I use a special attack, suddenly the count goes up to 23 or another seemingly random figure. This has been happening for about a week now. It isn't a big deal and doesn't effect the gameplay so I'm still giving 5 stars. I'm looking very forward to more games from Glu - especially B&G 3!!!

This game is very realistic, stunning graphics. I love that the second one now has a story that goes along with it. I also love the giants and special challenges with free stuff. What I don't like is the health potions and your health through the game. What I mean is that when you go into battle, get hurt really bad, don't have any potions, die, you are stuck with your current health/life throughout the whole game and you cannot improve it. On the old game, you could quit a tournament and regain your health back, but with this game, you can't. I hope in the next update of this game they will recommend that your health regenerates over time. Like, if you wait the whole rest of the day, you regain your health or after 24 hours, you will have your full health back. The game is great, but that is the only thing I do not like about it.

It's a fun app without question. The secret however is to collect the daily bonuses and NOT buy equipment as it comes out. I have yet to spend a dime on this game and have won every battle (The last challenge was insane and I had to revive several times but the sword (makaira) was well worth it). I am afraid to update given all the negative reviews regarding such. Fight til you can't win without having to buy equipment. After that, keep fighting the first challenge boss. You will get a lot from it as the giant is weaker than tier two onwards. No, I'm NOT referring to the first enemy but the first CHALLENGE. Do that and save up since you get insane rewards you keep doing it without losing any health. You also level up quickly and unlock much better equipment. As long as the makers keep that, I don't want to hear anyone complaining about having to pay money to advance. Graphics were great. Some weird stuff after getting a lv3 special on an enemy (turned different direction and you had to think of their angle and react in time which gets difficult sometimes). The only items I don't have are the libitina attire (all) and the power axe (2500 or so attack) and two other swords. I have the makaira (my fave sword (1500 atk)) Three stars because I don't want to lose everything from the update.

This game on a whole is great. I love the leveling system, lots is fun cool looking gear. Great modeling work as well! Two complaints. The game appears to have a pretty major memory leak somewhere in it because the longer you play it, the more laggy and the game becomes. And when you get to the later levels where everything kills you in one hit, another pet peeve, you are forced to shut the game down and reopen it in order to get rid of the lag. Two, the game progression is jut waaaay to slow. No body wants to be stuck killing the same tier of guys over and over and over until their eyes bleed because if they go up to the next tier the only way to win is with a flawless victory. Another note. I'd make the gear money dependent only rather than money and level. Doing both just punishes people who work hard at the game because no matter how much you play it and how much money you've made I still can't buy what I want because u have to wait 5 levels before that gear unlocks. Stop double penalizing the player. Make it money or level, not both. All in all I like it. Just needs progression an technical polish. Fun game.

I love the game and all but every time I close down the app, it deletes all my progress including equipment, money, rubies, and potions. I probably should of figured that out before I spent $50 on the game cuz I loved it so much. What's the point in playing the game when it just restarts your progress? Also the company's greed for money is another problem too. It cost way to much for equipment and potions. The game is designed to make people pay money. Not just $1.00 money, like $20 money. I have also played a lot of games by thus company and it's the same thing. The games are designed to make you pay money. If you are looking for advice, I highly recommend that you do not download this game. Also here's a message for Glu Games inc. if you're even good enough to read this. Me and all of my friends hate this game because of all the stuff I mentioned in my review. I will tell everyone I know to not download this game and also tell all my 3 million followers on Instagram, my 2.4 million followers on Facebook, and my 1.8 million followers on Twitter to never download this game.

The updates lose sign-in data, and you will not be able to work up to decent equipment. This is probably a scam to try to force purchases, since it coincided with the 'super sale' of the top weapon. TOTAL RIPOFF. only ten days appear in update, and I was on day 63! I'll find somewhere (anywhere) else to spend my time and money. Not much point in playing long without paying quite a bit... That is the intent, but the free playability here is more limited than most. There is some opportunity to get game stuff through daily play, but that requires Internet connection. The short viability of free play certainly kept this player from becoming significantly invested in the game. Also, my rating has dropped as the #^*%+## thing keeps asking me to review it over and over and over and... Can I give negative stars? Bonus rewards are often mis-written, as well. It's often guesswork figuring out what to do. Not sure why anyone would pay when the basics don't even work.
