Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis («Subscription(s)»). Subscription provides access to dynamic content or services in the Game on an ongoing basis. Subscriptions may be available at different fees chargeable for a set period of time specified in the Game («Subscription Period»). Payments for such subscriptions would be charged at your Apple App Store account («Account») when You confirm the Subscription by available confirmation tools of the Game. You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by App Store, from which platform You downloaded the App, and are governed by their terms and conditions. If You have any payment related issues, then You need to contact the App Store directly.
Trial Subscription is offered free of charge for a certain period of time from activation specified in the relevant offer in the Game. If You do not cancel the Trial Subscription within such period, the Subscription Fee shall be withdrawn from Your Account when the trial period expires. Please note that Your Subscription begins immediately after the activation of a trial Subscription, not after the seven-day trial period. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period using the Subscription setting of Your Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the free trial subscription period (Apple App Store), otherwise it will be renewed as a paid subscription. Subscription is automatically renewable for the same price and duration period as the original subscription package chosen by You, unless You turn off it: in case of an Apple App Store, at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscription Fee for renewal shall be taken from Your Account within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period (Apple App Store) at the cost of the chosen package. In case the Subscription Fee cannot be taken from Your Account due to the absence of monetary funds, invalidity of credit card, or for any other reasons, Your Subscription is automatically canceled.
Once You have bought a Subscription, You can manage it and switch off automatic renewal at any time after the purchase in Your Account setting. If the Subscription has already been activated, You can cancel the Subscription at any time and the cancellation will take effect after the end of the last day of that subscription period.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription Fees are non-refundable.
DUCKY in its sole discretion and at any time may modify the Subscription Fee. Any Subscription Fee change will become effective at the end of the current Subscription period. You will be provided a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription Fee. The game is great but one problem...
So the problem is is that I finished mine but there are no islands to go to please add some islands to go to maybe like one I have to ride a boat to go to because I bought the boat and it doesn’t go nowhere add some new items I can work on please I would love that.
Great game
I really enjoy the game ! I have 10k saved up in resources . Can’t wait for more updates ! I have a question I can’t find were to build the town hall to be able to grow the watermelon? Can any of the developers give any insight ?
Absolutely worth it
If you are a gamer just like me get this game they fixed all of the bugs called bug fixes because of this the app is awesome 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

I enjoy this game a lot. It’s nice for passing the time. I reported a bug in my last review and it was quickly fixed.
Buildy island
My grandson and I loved playing this game until this last update. It has left us with a blank inventory screen when we tried to enter one of the new areas. That is now frozen onto our game and none of the buttons will function. It just looks like an empty inventory box. Please send out another update to fix this bug. We play as guests because he is very young. If we uninstall he will lose all of our progress.
PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!
I really like this game but ever since the last update, whenever I go to pirates bay my inventory pops up and I am unable to exit out of it, or even move. I completely deleted the app and started from the very beginning and again, when I spawned in to pirates bay my game is broken again :(
Help!
The game is really good. I’m having trouble completing a mission and there doesn’t seem to be a way to contact support. So if the guys see this please fix this issue. The mission get llama at llama home Will not finish. No matter how many times I get the llama out
Very quick game
I beat the game in an hour by just leaving my character on top of three goats and walking away from my phone. Please try to add more challenge.
Crashes and heavy on the ads
Game crashes every twenty minutes or so. Nothing really idle about it other than a small amount of resources it gives you while you’re away. You pretty much have to run around and sink into ads just to get anything done. And even then, every twenty minutes, the game just freezes as if about to play ANOTHER ad. Phone will get hot and nothing will happen. I have an IPhone XR, so it’s not an issue with outdated equipment or old batteries. Game chugs for no reason and is so heavily dosed with ads.
Enjoyed it but now annoyed
The game has been great up until my exp level number, coins, metal, and wood numbers ALL disappeared, nearly every number that used to be on screen is now invisible. Only numbers I can see are requirements to build and items in bag :/
No free trial? And less Ads?
I clearly read 3 days free for VIP trial, except when I tried to opt in, I had to pay money to activate it? In addition, it would be nicer if you extend the window in between advertisements, especially if you choose to not watch an ad. At the moment, you wait for the “watch later/ don’t watch” button, and an advertisement gets stacked on the choice window instantly.
Was going great
Was going great, even purchased no ads, etc. took the ship once I had it unlocked to magical woods I believed it was called. Now I’m stuck there with an inventory screen open. Can’t get out no matter what I tried. I tried to email your support but got an email back saying wasn’t a valid address. Easily 5 star if this hadn’t happened.
Why so many ads?
I like the concept but I can’t walk ten feet without an add popping up and not even being able to skip it I don’t mine free games with ads but at least make an option to upgrade to no ads with a fee. Once again don’t hate the game but I would like too at least play it!
All Ads no game
Way to many freaking ads and it is obvious. The developer must be completely greedy because every activity has an optional add but also just walking around causes ads to pop up in your face and interrupt game play. Even if there was an option to remove ads this is just disrespectful and makes the game crap.
