I am on sports shop level 3 and you need 24 likes to pass. I’ve played it with my fast feet and everything. So I screen recorded it. When you check them into a dressing room you aren’t getting likes. So there’s no way to pass the level.

Love the game but got to level 59 and was going to beat it but then the game wouldn’t let me tap on the person to deliver the product, after it had been working the entire game. Proceeded to waste ten diamonds so I could just get one more person to beat the level....same thing happened, took a dress and necklace with no issues and then they needed a pair of jeans and had it to them while the timer was still green and then it wouldn’t let me tap on the person again after working the entire game. Extremely annoyed after loving doorman story and fashion stop before all of this happened, wasted diamonds and other extras to beat some levels and then it wouldn’t let me beat the final level.

This game is actually addicting, and well designed, except for the new beach shop. You can’t easily see how many times you hit the cleaning supplies when there’s a guest at the optional sun tan lotion station and you often click on the bathing suits when you’re actually trying to cash a customer out on the floor below. Same issue of the cleaning supplies also applies to the bathing suits. If they could just be each shifted left or right a smidge it would be perfect.

Loved game but I have purchased diamonds and I now have to use them all because the game won’t let me tap to on a item to win the level. It will let me get the first 2 items but the last one you are unable to tap and then they ask u to give up or spend diamonds to continue and if you spend diamonds it will keep happening to you quit the level.. very disappointing

I played Doorman Story until it ran out of levels and suggested this game. I started this one and I like it but it gets SO frustrating that the game forces you to get the upgrades no matter how well you do on a level. I’m currently on level 54 and I am always 6 coins short. Legit - it doesn’t matter if I have the perfect game or some people who get in the red zone I am exactly 6 coins short from beating it. I’ve also run into the problem of trying to tap on someone and it wouldn’t work so I am forced to waste a life. Please, atleast make this game fair. I get y’all want to make money but I watch the ads… I do what I need to. The least you could do when I get a perfect level is allow me to pass it and not say I’m 6 coins short 🙄

Game will suddenly malfunction and prevent you from winning by not allowing you to hand items to customers or check them out in timely manner. Also today, I went to do an upgrade that I have enough diamonds for but every time I select the upgrade (that it’s impossible to win without) it keeps taking me to a screen to buy bonuses with my real credit card. Ummm, I don’t think so. Why offer upgrades with diamonds and not even allow them to use it? Also I’m not spending money on a game that won’t let me select rooms/people/items I actually need to win.

I loved doorman story and love this one and have updated to 1.2.0, but have issues with the game not responding to my touch and it won’t let me tap on customers after I pick up an item for them. Having trouble passing levels when I can’t do this. If this could be fixed, the issue was fixed in doorman story this would definitely earn 5 stars. Fun way to pass time. And don’t need to buy anything with patience and time. Please fix the issues and thank you for making the games. Love them!

I am on level 25 and I don’t like to use boosts very often. I’ll try replaying a level several times first. This game I have got to say is a bit too demanding. I even resorted in buying a few of their deals. But in the end it turned out not to be such a deal. I upgraded what I could but all the boosts and jewels and such I bought are gone and I still can’t win. Really a good game otherwise.

The game is very fun! It’s a typical time management game, but I love the fashion aspect. The problem is there’s a fine line between challenging and possible and this game can’t even see the line. I imagine if you could upgrade fast enough it would be a lot easier, but the upgrades are so expensive compared to the pay outs and you lose so often, that unless you’re willing to spend money on boosts, you can’t possibly make every customer happy. I’m at a level now where you have to have a perfect shift. Not one single customer in the red, at all, which is pretty impossible anyway, but the necklace maker is so slow, even just three people demanding a necklace at the same time, which happens two out of three times is an automatic lose. Plus thirty minutes in order to get one new life? That is such a long wait and is a big turn off. In conclusion, I love the concept of this game and wanted to love it, but there’s way too many problems which makes it not worth playing.

Just downloaded this game, and was loving it. But like others who have left a review, there have been many instances where I am unable to deliver the requested item. This is VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! And as others have reported, it seems to happen just as you are about to win a level. Please fix the issue with picking up items (jewelry and cleaning supplies) and delivering requested items!!! I want to love this game, and I will be happy to consider a higher star review once these glitches are fixed. Once the requested items have been picked up, sometimes you are unable to tap on the customer who is requesting. Then they get mad and you lose the level!!! Sometimes when trying to pick up cleaning supplies and clean rooms the same thing happens! You can’t tap on the supplies or the room!!!! Please fix!!!!!!!

Fun when it works as intended, but the cramped level designs packed with overlapping hit boxes will cause you to fail again and again. When you try to tap on something, your tap often registers on something above or below it instead, e.g. You try to tap the cashier to check out customers and instead pick up a dress from the rack on the floor above her. In a game where your success or failure hinges on tapping the right thing at the right time, this is unacceptably poor game design. In a game where you’re also encouraged to spend real money on boosters to help you beat it, it could be criminal. I don’t know if it’s incompetent programming or thievery via deliberate sabotage, but either way you’ll be ripped off if you spend money on this game. Until / Unless they fix it, DON’T.

I’ve noticed several instances where I’ll tap on a client and it won’t let me deliver their requested goods. I’ve also noticed times where I’ll have to click on cleaning supplies or the necklaces 2-3 times before I can pick them up, or I’ll clearly click on the necklaces and it’ll grab cleaning supplies or vice versa. It makes the game frustrating when I’m close to beating a level and end up losing because no matter how many times I click something I can’t do the task I’m trying to do. I also play the doorman story game which doesn’t have these issues so I don’t believe it’s just me. Please fix these bugs, otherwise I probably won’t continue with this one.

This game would be perfect if it allowed continuation of play on previous boards, and if it didn’t scream “give me more MONEY” with the paid upgrades that every customer must pass through before checking out of the store. While we don’t have to elect to purchase those additional upgrades (drinking machine and teddy bear booth), we are treated to red-faced, angry customers who pass through them unsatisfied. It’s distracting and detracts from the enjoyment of the game. It’s like the game makers are yelling at the player for not spending more money. I’ve already paid for several packages of boosts and coins, how much more do they want from me? F that 😡😡😡. 1 Star for blatant greediness (Judging from the developer’s response, they totally missed my point, but thanks for sharing.)

Loved this game the first several levels but as it went on it kept freezing and won’t let you pass level until you waste a bunch of gems. It freezes as you are going to be able to just get enough to beat the board. Reading the reviews this sounds like it happens to many. Customer service quickly responds with automated system asking for your email and the does absolutely nothing. No extra lives or gems all while forcing you to purchase extra if you want to pass and then still freezing up. This is the same for the other apps produced by this company.
