Ball Sort is truly a fun game. However, it freezes a lot and if that wasn’t bad enough, there are extra long adds, sometimes up to 1 minute with no getting out. If they lower the advertising and stop the freezing, this game could easily be a 5.

Thank you for the quick response to the freezing issue. I’m playing today with no problems. Love this game. Appreciate that there is no timer on this game as I want to relax as I play! 😁

Too, too many ads for too long When the ads are 2-3 times the duration of the game itself it’s hard to enjoy

I am addicted to this game. The one thing i would like to see, for inclusion purposes, is a “color blind” option to turn red/green off/a different color.

I like the game. I’m on level 700 something. It’s kinda boring but it’s addictive & I have a hard time putting it down. I can’t get ahold of the developers because I don’t have email on this device. I wanted to tell them I paid to not have ads when I downloaded the game & when I got ads for games I thought maybe those don’t count as ads, but now I’m getting longer ads that are definitely ads. & a lot of them tonight took 3 clicks to be able to exit the commercial. Update... So I’m past level 1110 & I have questions... What am I collecting coins for? Do they have a use or is it just that u hit the next level YaY? Why are there still so many ads when I paid for no ads? Why are there so many levels, but all the games are still the same except maybe 1 extra tube every now & then.. where’s the challenge, Why do I have to have an email on this apple device to contact you? This game is still addictive but it’s on a road to nowhere...

This game is really fun and enjoyable found a game like this before but deleted it cause this was better. Sometimes the game doesn’t put the balls where i like it for example big i’m trying to move a ball to a tube the ball in the tube comes up and it just glitches and it’s annoying I hope you can fix it

I really like this game, but sometimes when clicking a ball the game glitches so you can only pick them up, not move them to another tube. Going out of the level and resetting it fixes it, but it doesn’t save progress and the glitch can happen again.

I saw the game from an ad in another game, thought it looked fun, so purchased it. Unfortunately it seems to get caught in a loop at times and will not let me swap balls to another tube. I have tried started level 11 several times, get about four balls in, and it will not let me move any more.

Why does the game show a white background in the App Store but not after you get the game? I’d prefer the white background. Is level 50 supposed to be only the top row of balls in color & the others all gray with question marks? Is this a glitch or is this intentional? It ends up being just guessing if you can’t see what you’re working with. The ads are outrageous, & the “go back a few moves” feature never works, it’s just more ads. This used to be my favorite game, even with having to double click my home button (iPhone 8) in order to swipe up & restart the game to avoid the ads. But since the question marks appeared, the game is useless. I suggest the developers look at & fix these issues.

The amount of ads in-between levels is so annoying, I finally had to delete the app. I understand the pay for no ads concept, but they take it to a new level. You can't even go from one level to the next without having to wait for another 25 second preview of some inane game. So I loved the game, and might've paid for no ads had I not been so annoyed by the constant selling of unrelated games and other dreck.

Game used to be enjoyable until last update made all the bottom balls grayed out with question marks. It’s implosive to play now. If the next update doesn’t remove this change i will Probably delete the game because it’s just not enjoyable whiteout being able to plan ahead knowing the bottom colors

The game would be much more enjoyable if it did not constantly glitch. More times than not when pressing on a ball to move, the ball will stick part way. You then have to wait for the game to catch up to where you want to place the ball. Or it will drop the ball you touched and pick up a different one next to the tube where you wanted to place the first ball you had touched. This causes so many time delays. Forget thinking, “I’ll just play one quick round.”

I purchased this game about a week ago. There were so many ads throughout the game, that I paid the 2.99 to remove them. I continue to have ads pop up very frequently in spite of having written to to report it three times. Although I love this game, I want my money back, and I will no longer play this game because of their lack of honor to remove the ads.

I had been absolutely addicted to this game, even purchased the “no ads” version. But what brought it down to 1 star for me was after I paid my $3, I still get ads. Ads when I switch to a new level, ads when I try to use 1 of the 5 undos they give you each level. It is so annoying, and even more annoying that it’s made it a complete waste of money.
