Overall, I think that this is a fun app! As a Godzilla fan, I definitely recommend it. However, there are some things I wish were changed gameplay wise. Major things: - I have beat three levels where each end of the level boss was the same boss. I’d like it more if you fought other monsters as bosses in my opinion, as we already fought through so much military just to have another military boss seems boring. Especially since there’s such a big roster for Togo’s monsters it seems like that would be better to have them fight other monsters. If they still want to go with military, you could throw in the Atragon! It just seems it would be more creative design for programmers to implement unique monster attacks to mess up the player. - As of now, I don’t see any reason why a person would commit to close range attacks. Seems like if you do that, you’re kinda screwed since the enemy will hit you without missing you guaranteed Minor gripes: - I wish it used more of the classic Godzilla music from Akita Ifukube. I get licensing is pricey, but it is strangely used in the download screen but then never used again? So why not have that track play when you’re fighting the military? Seems like a missed opportunity. -Again, audio design wise, I wish Godzilla’s atomic breath sounded more like it. It sounds more like a sound effect you’d hear from Gigan or Mechagodzilla in my opinion.

Awesome game I love it the only two things that I want are you tap to shoot your atomic breath then it being auto aim like make it a setting I don’t like automated controls cause it doesn’t feel like I’m playing the game. And you know on the title burning Godzilla my favorite character so my idea is like making a raid limited time boss fight to get him and make it hard but not hard where you need to have max level and all those scale medals but don’t make it easy give him all his ablites like the explosive atomic breath and make he him look awesome I prefer you do the original burning Godzilla then the monster verse one but add the monster verse Godzilla in the game to. Also Toho I know Godzilla ps4 didn’t get much love but I feel like a new ps5 Godzilla game may have people attention your franchise is amazing keep it up!

Ok, so I found out this game was coming after run Godzilla came out and I was very excited and now it’s here and it is better than I expected! It’s super fun and easy to play. It’s a perfect game to play to pass the time. The graphics are really amazing too. The monsters like Godzilla look very good and the gameplay is very smooth. Some glitches have taken place but I have very rarely experienced them. This game is not bad, it’s incredible! I hope in the future new locations and monsters like shin Godzilla can be added! But the game does get boring when your stuck at levels so maybe adding a free play mode would be good. This game is awesome! It gets five stars and I highly recommend this to other players! Well done TOHO!

I just got this game and absolutely love it, as a huge Godzilla fan this is a great game. I do have a few suggestions though. You guys should add more types of Godzilla’s, I think this would make the game a whole lot better (not saying it isn’t already). You guys should also improve some of the graphics. Overall this is a beautiful 5 star game and has A LOT of potential to it.

As a long time Godzilla fan I have always wanted to play a game where you can go around destroying buildings as Godzilla and other monsters and this game fits the picture very well but I only have one request please add more monsters like gigan,destroyah and other popular monsters but otherwise this is a awesome game and would recommend any Godzilla fans to try it out

It’s awesome to play as Godzilla. Going around, destroying cities, annihilating famous structures, while having to deal with military resistance. However, the big issue is, all you can do is move. You have to move your monster into range for it to highlight a target and attack. Red circles for ranged attacks, and blue circles for physical strikes. You get warnings when enemy troops are firing at you and you see their line of fire, giving you an open window to get out of he way. When your hit points hit zero, it’s game over. There are multiple stages you have to clear in each country. There is no save point. Your monster gets taken down, you have to start over from the beginning of that region. There’s also collecting materials needed to boost your monsters power. And finally, there are only a number of monsters to play as besides Godzilla. It’s a good game. I like it, despite a few cons but, otherwise a good game.

So far I actually really appreciate the style of this game, my main complaint so far would be the amount of micro transactions. I see the point in a free game like this but I feel like there could be more rewarding ways to get said rewards. I’d love to see more monsters though I only have access to Godzilla as of now I would love to see Gigan, SpaceGodzilla etc... making the roster bigger and the world bigger with more motive to play without needing to spend money (keeping it optional) I could see this being a great game in comparison to the last game. Godzilla “run” was a flop in my opinion but I will definitely play this one more!

It’s fun and enjoyable to finally be able to play as Godzilla in a mobile game but I do just have one issue though. I had somewhere around 200 gems left and I lost all of it in a glitch and I couldn’t get it back, so I was hoping that they could fix this issue in a patch so then other people who comes across the same thing wouldn’t lose their gems. And also, there’s times when I can see a purple rectangle fly across the screen from the vehicles projectiles so I hope they would fix that issue too. Other than that, it’s a fun game!

It’s actually an interesting game, at first I was hesitant but wanted to try as a Goji fan. Others have fallen short, but this one shows promise. I hope they add more things to the game like a possible multiplayer 1v1 or 2v2 while working in the base game also. Like destroying the city, fighting the military but also fighting other monsters at the same time, rather it be a bot or human player. I’m sure my hopes are JUST on a wishing star but as it is, Definitely a good game. But needs more content (multiplayer, bosses, more monsters)

This game is fun. Playing as Godzilla makes me wonder how powerful I could become. Although there is something potentially problematic. While the military seems powerful in the movies they’ve never been able to be too successful in actually defeating him anymore than 6 times in the last 65 years. Not sure what can be done about that though.

The gameplay is repetitive and the graphics are a bit wack. Graphics are like the graphics in Godzilla unleashed and I want one modern Godzilla game that’s not repetitive. At least this game isn’t as bad as defense force so I’ll give you that Toho. Tbh this is like a mobile game version of the ps3/ps4 Godzilla vs game. Now I loved that game despite it being repetitive and I don’t completely hate this game and for a mobile game I wouldn’t say this is horrible and for a this being better than defense force thats why I give it a 3 stars and it has a good amount of levels, decent gameplay, and decent action. Also I like the menu features on this game and the layout is good and I like the original theme remix in the menu 😂. Again I don’t think this is completely bad and again for a mobile game this isn’t too bad . In my opinion I think more kaiju should be added and perhaps other Godzilla incarnations also I’d change the atomic breath sound effect because it doesn’t sound like his atomic breath at all and almost sounds like showa mechagodzilla’s space beam sound affect. Otherwise this game isn’t fantastic but not horrible so that’s why I say it’s decent and gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The gameplay itself is quite tedious with automated controls and forcing the player to beat all 11 stages of an arena before being able to quit without consequence. The menu UI is also quite jumbled and there’s items in the store that are currently pointless to buy until new monsters are added. Worst of all, the grinding in this game is unbelievably slow. You’ll be playing the same arenas dozens of times just waiting to upgrade Godzilla once to attempt the harder levels. This game needs to be reworked quite a bit to help reach its true potential.

The game itself is slightly boring. It plays like the ps4 game however you don't control the combat. The attack area is very small for godzilla. Enemies can hit you from the other side of the boundary, however you need to move in close for an automatic attack. Some enemies move so fast, that if your not lucky enough to get atk speed power ups, you'll never hit them. Boss battle attack box is shown for its area, and even if you stay out of it you still get hit. Also there are currently glitches that arise where the game freezes, or godzilla himself freezes and then your only option is to die and restart the long waves again, or reload the game and restart the long waves.

👎🏼 Seriously...why is Toho putting out these awful games? First Godzilla run now this. It feels like a third rate Godzilla rip off game. 🥱 The content is stale and boring after the first 5 minutes. The graphics are half hearted and lackluster. It feels like they paid some unknown company to pump out something with “Godzilla” posted on it. I wouldn’t even call it a cash grab because the I don’t think any one will have this installed for longer then a couple of days. 😑 I’ve been a fan of Toho since I can remember (Just turned 40 and have watched Godzilla since I was a child). These recent games have been extremely disappointing and who ever was in charge of them should be fired. They don’t capture the feel of Godzilla and feel like a pathetic attempt to throw something on the App Store post the G vs K movie. Fake reviews!!!!??? I also noticed that the names of reviewers are very suspicious. Some starting with “zilla”. Others are random numbers. This whole app smacks of desperation.
