    Dissatisfied

Every time I get my heroes up to a certain level and they do an upgrade when I download the updates all the time and energy I have put into playing game all of my time and hard work was for nothing this has happened to me three times the first two times I got in touch with customer support this last time I had decided to just uninstall the game

    Mmm! Savory Old-Fashioned Racism!

If you liked the flavor of the cartoon Native American standing next to text that says “Tame the West” in the preview, then just wait until you actually start the game and sink your teeth into a bunch of white people building a town in what appears to be Monument Valley. Buh-bye Navajo! The first enemy the heroes kill is a Native American in a stereotypical plains Indian headdress straight out of a 1950’s Western. Scrumptious! Thanks for the recommendation Apple!

Best game in a long time

This is the best game I’ve played in a long time on a mobile device. I got hooked right away and I can’t stop playing. I love how you can succeed and move up in a good amount of time without using your real money like other games. The graphics, all the different aspects, everything is so great.

    Really Fun Game

I was looking for a simple but fun Wild West game and this is it. It is very fun and not overwhelmingly complicated. There are in app purchases but they are not necessary at all to beat the game, but I would recommend buying something to support this awesome game. The game is also challenging which makes it fun. I have lots of respect for the developers because they made a super awesome and fun game. Thanks!

    Good game

I think it’s a great game but I think you can only get so far without spending money. You’ll have some good fun on the way but eventually you’ll hit a time where you have to wait and wait for in game rewards before you can upgrade your heroes

    Excellent Game

The game is a unique blend of city-builder, gacha game, and RPG. I’ve played many a game that has one or a few of these elements, but this is the first I’ve come across that has all three, and the variety of game modes are excellent. Overall a very fun and quality game.

    Pretty good

It’s very calming. It’s easy on the eyes and the music is good. The animation, effects, and art style especially for the 5 star characters, are very cool. You get what you pay for. And there’s a lot to do here. Just wish you could completely customize your little town. But hey it’s still pretty good. It’s a fun little game to pass some time. I’d rather be playing on my Ps4/switch. But this game is cool for killing time on the road, the John, or if you’re just into doing something at the moment. I wish fishing was more rewarding or a bit more interactive. Anyway, cheers.

    Promise

There’s a lot to do, between upgrading town buildings, recruiting/leveling/promoting heroes as well as equipping and leveling gear on heroes, and then there’s collecting/leveling/fusing horses and assigning them to heroes. It can be a little overwhelming if you worry about getting the right abilities on the right horses and then getting the right horses on the right heroes etc. Overall it’s pretty fun, and you quickly unlock many diff game modes to play in for gear and level up materials. The art style is what brought me in, and it’s honestly what’s keeping me playing. It’s a very charming and good looking game.

    Has great potential!

This game reminds me a lot of Idle Heroes, with similar gameplay. Nothing all that new, but I’m having fun and really enjoying the art style. It runs very well, and the characters are likeable and designed well. It’s definitely a game that rewards patience, saving up resources for the regular events and building your heroes up. Typical IAP stuff but nothing too predatory from what I can tell. It needs more activities, events, and definitely some guild vs guild PVP - but it’s got great potential and I hope it sticks around!

Once you’ve played one you’ve played them all

Wild West Heroes is an meh game at best. To be quite honest if you’ve played any game like AFK Arena or the like you’re going to find that this game is nothing but a carbon copy in a different setting. Graphics and UI are pleasant I’ll give it that, but the game does literally nothing to set itself apart. It even has the same grind wall where as soon as you reach a certain point combining heroes and leveling them up you hit a wall where you either have to wait days upon days to continue progressing or empty your wallet. Every game In this category has this trap where they want you to get into the game enough that you’ve actually developed a team and possibly found certain heroes/lineups to develop, but as soon as things are just starting to move along, BAM! Wall... its basically just a scheme to get you spend money. it’s why I ultimately stopped wasting my time with AFK arena, and will 100% ultimately stop playing Wild West Heroes. If I wanted to mindlessly grind just to be disappointed I would hop back onto Destiny 2.

    Painfully repetitive, lonely, bugged

Title says it all. Had fun for a few weeks F2P, but hit a brick wall in multiple game modes for a week, got bored, and deleted the game. They are generous with the gems, but the $$$ packs are comically overpriced for what you get. Super lazy development leads to limited in-game functionally, bugged hero skills (with no battle reports), and painfully repetitive game modes and events (for example, after reaching level 14 in the campaign, it literally just starts over on “veteran” difficulty and is WAY harder, pushing you to spend obscene amounts of money). Asking customer support about anything just gets you a “howdy pardner, send us a screenshot” with no resolution. The posse/alliance system is super pointless as you can’t compete as a posse in anything. All the PvP events are 1v1 or have you form small teams outside of your posse. No chat translator, so nobody really talks to each other. Super lonely. Skip this one

Fine game for the first few days

A decent game with plenty to do in the first couple of days right around the fifth level of the campaign you hit a wall were you are forced to wait or spend most of the accumulated gems just to get past a couple levels. After that you can get through a few more fights before hitting another wall after another wall. By the time you run out of the goods you earned you either have to pay cash or wait a day or two before you can keep playing.

The game will delete your progress

So i opened the game like any other day and suddenly i was doing the tutorial in the beggining. Thinking it was an accident i reloaded but was sent to the same thing. Then realized my account wasn't connected to any ssn’s. This is an unfortunate glitch. Im glad i didn't spend much on it but i wont waste time on a game that has this type of glitch. Otherwise i would say its a decent gacha game but make sure to connect an account or else you'll be sent to the beginning like me. I Don't have the patience nor do i want to start all over again. So I'm deleting it. I will say the game is quite glitchy over all. Ive had to reload several times when playing.

DONT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME

This was a fun little game. Keyword: WAS In the beginning, I was progressing right along and enjoying the game. And then at some point, you basically HAVE to spend money to get further. I want to be clear: I don’t mind spending some money on games. But I’ve spent $30 now and I am basically at a stand still. I open the app and there is literally nothing I can do unless I spend a bunch more money. If $30 can’t get me to progress even a little bit further, Then this is just a greedy company that doesn’t care about keeping customers. I’m deleting this game right now. It’s a joke. Please don’t spend money on this game. You won’t get any further and you will regret it like me, I promise you.
