I really like this game but every time I open it to play it crashes on me. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and have made sure it is up to date several times and it still crashes. Not sure what to do to fix so I can play. Otherwise it’s a great game. So I took your suggestion and I cleared my cache, deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I can’t even get to the page where it loads the slot machines before I get kicked out again. So I don’t know what’s happening. I load the app and the first screen I see I click on play as guest, the second screen I see I click on play as guest and I never make it to the next screen before I get kicked out.

I got all of the dice boosters at one time. The snakes were only gone for a minute and a half. Then as soon as they left I landed on top of them EVERY time. I had super dice and many regular dice and never won ANYTHING ! I was doing way better without any booster super dice. I hit low numbers 1,2,3 the whole time. I never won 1 play board using all of the deals. Ouch! All them cards and I have never got. Any Album done. Crazy!!!!

Sadly this app is a waste of my time and space on my phone ! while there are many ways to get Free coin's mainly by watching ad's the winnings during game play are few and far between and i have yet to even see a bonus game they are virtually impossible to get! i personally am a player that does not mind making coin purchases even if I have a pretty good amount if they are reasonable i will purchase just to keep my balance up but not when I get nothing in return! i swear you would think that the developer thinks they are giving real money to the players!! when I make a purchase however I am doing so with REAL money! but I have learned my lesson and this game is a rip off!!!

Great game if ya love Slots and you can build a lot of big coins up quick but after that they wants us to buy everything then it becomes not a free game any more to play, they don’t care that you don’t have the money like all that and it’s not like we are winning any money that’s when our coins come down and we can’t play very long cause can’t afford to buy their play chips so good luck and try to have a little fun with it!!!!

This app could be good, but too many pop-ups during play…trying to constantly get you to buy. I want to be able to play the games and have fun. I’ll buy when I want more coins; I don’t need piggy pop-ups and other pop-ups. And like many slots, they want you to quest and do a collection thing; I just want to play slot machines and have fun.

Love the games but here lately when I order packages I get charged but don’t receive credits. I have made calls to google and Apple and needless to say they both are sending me back to the other one. I have yet to receive credits from a package a few days ago and just this morning I ordered the 4.99 spin got charged twice and NEVER got to spin!!

I love the games but am going to have to delete the game for two reasons. First of all none of the games pay out hardly anything. Even if I could afford to buy coins etc... I wouldn’t due to the fact you go through them so fast you barely get a chance to play then your out of coins again... Why on earth would anyone buy coins to play a game for virtual coins, knowing the games don’t pay out squat. Now if the games had a decent payout and I was playing for real money, I would buy coins if I were able to. Secondly the post that said to link your game with Facebook then you can play with friends, send and receive gifts to each other etc... but that’s not true, I signed up with Facebook and none of my friends are listed, therefore I can’t send or receive gifts with them... very disappointed.

The games offered are familiar ones and fun to play. But be prepared to end just about every session at a loss. It is designed that way. After you lose a ton of credits, an offer to restore your pre-session credit appears at a ridiculous cost. I guess if you build in the parameters with a game to cause a player to lose, it’s a way for this casino to make money. Players may have been born at night but not last night. It doesn’t take long to see the patterns used by this casino.

This game is a piece of $#/@%. There have been many times I did not receive the coins of my winnings. I took snapshots and submitted them to Customer Support. Although they have my screenshots they are refusing to own up to their mistake. I have submitted pictures of unpaid winnings 4 times on 4 separate days and I still can’t get them to do anything about it. THIS GAME IS CRAP AND SO IS ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I knew where to report them I would. What they are doing ISNOT fair to the consumer.
