Very nicely designed, relaxing game
This is a great game and one of the best I have played, both in general and where solitaire is concerned. I have been playing daily for over a week. There are plenty of daily challenges and free chests to keep you interested and help earn coins, along with checkins and events to earn special fish. There are many aquariums and fish to collect. You can also buy cute animations for the end of the game and earn special card backs and fronts to customize your deck. I paid the $4.99 to remove the pop-up ads the first day and it was well worth it for playability reasons and also to support the developers of this wonderful app! You don’t need to spend real money to make progress or get special fish. There is no stress, no penalties for undoing moves as much as you want, no limited moves you can make in a game, and it is just so nice for zoning out and watching your fish swim around while you play. My only wish is that I want to be able to move my fish around in the aquariums to organize them a little bit, which as far as I can tell is not possible right now.
Solitaire game with a twist
I have enjoyed playing this solitaire game more than the others. Most of the games are winnable and there are daily challenges and contests. Collecting fish and fish tanks is a lot of fun. A few instructions about how to put fish in selected tanks, that unlocked fish can be bought numerous times and that the weekly bonus fish will automatically drop into the tank you have open would have been helpful. I have unlocked all the fish and have one more tank to unlock. I have reached the maximum level and am prompted to continue playing to unlock more(?) mystery fish. I am now at level 100 and have never unlocked a mystery fish. Again, I see no instructions as to how to unlock mystery fish. Developers would you please explain what I need to do to unlock mystery fish? I tried to contact you but was told you need my email address and I don’t know how to give you that information.
Great, relaxing game.
I have been very impressed with this game so far (been playing for about a week) there are lots of Klondike solitaire games, but none of them really hold my interest, because there are no added elements. The fish tank element in this game keeps me interested and playing to earn money for more fish, and also completing the daily challenges and goals. It’s very relaxing to play. The fish swim around slowly while you play, there are no penalties for undos or hints, and they seem to be unlimited. No “lives” or “energy”. I’ve been playing every night close to bedtime to help wind down. If I could make one suggestion, I really wish there was a “shop” for decorations for the tank. I know we can get some decorations faint and in the background as prizes for earning enough fish, but I would love to be able to buy things and customize the tank. But really, a well done game!
Very enjoyable
UPDATE: I’d like to add to my original review. I still like the game, but I seriously wish you would change your seven-day bonus fish. I’ve already got four of those little jellyfish, and I don’t want more. However I don’t see a way to avoid getting them unless I stop receiving all bonuses. PLEASE change your bonus fish. ORIGINAL: I’m really enjoying this version of Solitaire. The game is easier than some Solitaire versions, but I’m happy to win. The fish are cute and cheery and the aquarium bubble sounds are relaxing. “Cute and relaxing“ are very much appreciated these days. You offer lots of fish, and that’s good. I would like to ask for more plants. A good aquarium would offer lots of plants to keep the fish happy.
Amazing
Out of all of the solitaire games I have played, this one is by far my favorite. I have dumped so many hours into this amazing addictive game. The tanks are beautiful, the decor is amazing, and the fish are not only fun but gorgeous and unique. I love the puzzle games with the unique fish as a reward for completing them. My husband laughs at me for how excited I get when I win a fish. At over level 300, I have all of the available tanks and all of the available fish plus several fish with no where to go! The only issue I have with this game is that I cannot purchase more tanks (DLC: in game purchases or cash purchases) By the time the next holiday tank is released, I will have enough fish in reserve to fill the new one.
Wonderful, more fish please!
EDIT: I would love the option to move fish between aquariums! It might also be quite nice to switch up the login reward fish, maybe alternate between a few rather than just one? I have probably 10+ now! I am loving this game so much! I am a fish keeper and highly enjoy solitaire so this fits perfectly for me! I’ve just unlocked all the fish and when I level up I get nothing now, perhaps have it give coins or a chest on level up when there isn’t more content to unlock? I watch ads for coins but it still seems rather slow to get coins
More fish!
I enjoy this particular solitaire game and look forward to the different tanks and the different fish. I’ve run out of fish! Come to think of it, I’ve run out of unique fish to acquire before I’ve run out of aquariums to put them in. I have one puzzle piece left to win another unique fish. Winning access to new fish is better than getting the same fish again. Maybe you could add in some otter creatures, like octopus, eels, turtles, or sea birds (all animals that could swim past the screen). Anyway— I enjoy solitaire and collecting the fish makes it more fun! Thanks!!
Mystery fish 🐠
I’m on level 1099 and I didn’t get my mystery fish yet… What level I have to reach to get my mystery fish… I hope when I get my mystery fish, you will eliminate the mystery fish levels… I’ve been solitaire Klondike fish for over a year… I thought I would get the mystery fish at level 500, I didn’t get at level 500, I thought for sure I would get the mystery fish at level 1000… lo and behold I didn’t get it at level 1000… as of today I played 5495 levels of solitaire Klondike fish…. I pray that you will discontinue the mystery fish… thank you very much…
Love the game!
I love this game and all the new tanks and mini games and everything. I also like the new selling feature. Also love the new weekly fish! The only thing I wish you could do would be to transfer fish to other tanks. Especially the ones that you purchase with the new purple diamonds. There are some fish I wanted in a different tank and forgot to switch tanks before purchase and don’t have the diamonds to purchase another one. I think a fish transfer option would be a good addition to the game!!🙂
Mostly good, couple design defects
Don’t get me wrong, I do like this game. I love the twist of collecting fish and aquariums. It makes plain old solitaire more fun. It’s a creative twist. Kudos to the person who thought it up. Collecting coins is slow so it takes a long time to get all the more “ expensive” fish, and you lose out on some of the holiday offerings but that’s fine. Keeps me interested. Now the design flaws: As far as I can tell, doing the daily challenge doesn’t get you anything. So, what’s the point? I spent a month religiously doing the 3 challenge plays every day and got nothing for my efforts. Also, a bit of lazy coding on the daily login reward. It never changes, and it doesn’t seem to have an off button. I have far more jellyfish than I want. Either give random rewards or a way to turn it off. Lastly, the statistics are not correct. It shows me as winning every game I’ve ever played. A wonderful feat if it were true, but sadly I have lost plenty of games.
FAULTY 😕
I really like this game. It’s fun, addicting and keeps you wanting to keep building the aquariums. However i have a complaint. I’ve been playing this for a while, I had made my way to level 87. I had unlocked a lot of fish and aquariums and was content playing on my down time. Last night I was playing and all of a sudden my screen went black. I cleared the game and reopened it and my screen was still black. I opened another game and it was fine. So I opened Klondike solitaire again and my screen was still black. I shut off my phone and turned it on and reopened the game and my screen was still black. I had to delete it and start alllll over again. I lost all my progress. ☹️😡 WTH
Frustrating!
The concept is amazing! Play and win solitaire. Earn different types of fish bowls and buy fish. The frustration comes in with the coin situation. Side games are interesting. Earning coins takes an agonizingly long time. The player can only earn a handful of coins and the fish are expensive. Check in daily to earn a free fish, which in my case is ALWAYS a jellyfish. This could be an amazing and addictive game if the developers played it like the users do. See how you like the jellyfish every time you’re rewarded for signing in each day. Or try to get a “rare” fish. Ha! Lots of luck on that one! The only fish I can afford are the same fish I bought to put in the prior level. Boring! Make this game a five star app! You can do it!
Loved this game, but…
I was at a very high level. I had won many fish tanks and had loads of fish. I have a lot of coins. I was really enjoying it…until I tried to play today and the game started as if I’ve never played it before. My tanks were gone, although the tank was the castle one I recently acquired. My coins were gone. I couldn’t believe it! This is the second time the game reverted back to the beginning, and I’m really upset! I started from the beginning once and reacquired many of the items I lost. I have purchased coins and diamonds to keep playing, and now, it’s all gone. I had no satisfaction from the help center when this happened to me the last time, so I don’t have hope that anything will be done to fix the game and restore all of my tanks, coins, fish, etc. I am seriously disappointed because this was one game I enjoyed and could relax while playing.
Solitaire
Was loving this game. Had three tanks with loads of fish. Then a new twist came along where you put together a puzzle and that was fun too. Won two fish but then the next day my fish I had won on it for completing the puzzle was gone. I figured just a fluke no biggie and played on. Well today I played and after one or two games when it was time for a commercial the screen went black and I couldn’t play at all. I rebooted the game and everything is gone back to the beginning level one no money no tanks no fish. Don’t bother with this game it is a total rip. Deleting it now. If I could give it negative stars I would. Oh and don’t bother Turing to reach the devs for customer service because it just asks you for email but there is no way to give them your email address. I guess that keeps them from having to rely to you.
