I have read so many previous reviews about this app, and I have to disagree with what a lot of people say. I have had a very positive experience with this app. I have had a couple issues during bonus games, but when I contact support they rectify the situation. I am often given a small credit of maybe $10, but it’s the point that they try to fix the problem. If I win I am able to withdraw the money and place into my account then it deposits within 48 hours. Overall it has been a very positive experience!

I read the previous review and my experience is much different. I have received all my cash deposits on the app. Immediately. I am pleasantly surprised with free play money. I am not always sure when it is coming. But very excited when I receive it. Also when I have completed a withdrawal the money has been deposited in my account in two days. I have enjoyed the games and I am hopeful they will have some more casino slots available to play in the future. Overall I have had a positive experience.

I have made several requests to pay out my winnings and it always declines. And when I finally gave up and decided to play with my winnings, now the games don’t work. I’ve tried to withdraw my winnings through PayPal 3 times (all denied), and I tried to use online banking and it would t even accept my login information. Totally unfair and I wish I would have never spent any money on this app.

If I could give this app negative stars I would...now as we all know you can’t win all the time...however I’ve never seen a blackjack dealer win a hand off a bust card so much in my life. Like seriously!!! Not to mention how calculated they are off your wager 😂 it’s extremely hilarious...the more you wager the more you loose...it’s also ironic when you double down you never and I mean never receive the card you’re hoping for or close to for that matter...but I promise you the dealer catches every card it needs to make some type of hand. Don’t waste your money on it nothing but frustration and a waste...you would think they would allow you to win some of the time to keep players coming back DUH...but nope they are not that smart clearly...even a person with a betting problem will eventually get tired on this app 🤷🏽‍♀️✌🏾

So I deposited money on here. I got a email and also it came out my account. They said I would get it back. A week later no money back. This has happen more then once. They take your money and don’t give you credit. Then turn around and give you a $5 bonus. $5 really. I have put $100s on this app. And they give you $5 credit and don’t even give you your money they took and won’t deposit to your account. Make sure you document everything. They are a big scam. And they won’t release your winnings. 24 hour commercial is a scam as well. They just want to steal your money and your helpless

I have 2 cases open since January, you call their support they tell you to email their support team, I’ve emailed them 5 times over 1 month with no response. I contacted their Twitter support handle, they pass the buck and completely useless. So I go to their live support chat through the app, after over an hour and 2 support agents, their support team just left the chat without resolving my concerns. I waited back in line to express my concerns with support about their team bailing on me. And then close out my chat. Also, their casino app is super glitchy and unstable. And if you’re mid bet/game it will steal your money.

They had a promotion for the first 24 hours of betting they would pay back a maximum of 200$ of it if you lost money. I only did 25$ and of course lost it all because I was playing carelessly because I was supposed to get my money back but have yet to see it. Steer away from online casino’s nothing but cash grabs someone should really sue these companies for stealing money. Oh and the slot games are a JOKE the only thing that seemed even reasonably fair was black Jack and even then the dealer would get some absurd black jacks and or low cards when they needed them most funny how that works.

I would love to see reports on how this casino is regulated. You cannot win on the slots and I have multiple videos of playing 7-9 hours straight. These games don’t even pay close to what in person slots do. If you’re gonna play, keep it small. More times than I can count you can go 25-40 spins without a win. Forget about any customer loyalty, the only time you ever get anywhere is if you complain, when they answer you weeks later. I dropped my bets to 20 cents a hand and with $200 that’s 4000 spins. It’s ridiculous.

About three weeks ago I won 5 times on the Book of Sphinx-I was never awarded my free spins for all five times. I sign back on and receive no spins and it starts over again. The game has been frozen at 92% loading for five weeks and I’ve tried everything to contact them to have them give me my rewards but there is no response. The state of Michigan needs to be aware this is illegal activity and a scam. When I play on other websites I win up to $1000 in the rewards. I am being ripped off and I’m sure several other people are too.

This is without question the worst online casino app I have ever tried. 85% of the games don’t work or fail to load. I have the latest IPad Pro and it still doesn’t work. Contacted tech support.. they said they would get back to me.. never heard back.. no surprise. if you like gambling it can be fun as long as you never wager over $5 at a time, thats when the algorithyms will kick in and you will start losing like crazy.... i play the draw poker games mostly dueces wild and i tried doing $5 at a time and lost many times in a row BUT the minute you lower your bet to like .25 cents you start hitting all kinds of stuff... they say they are regulated by the state but the state must be lousy at there jobs cause this is very far from being honest...

Have spent hours playing and this app is absolutely a scam have never seen out of 30 hands 4 straight black jacks then either a push when I have 20 or the computer gets 21 using 6 cards multiple times out of 30 hands have won 2 the rest push or 21 black jack disgusting keep your money or go to draft kings were they actually have promotions and you actually win have no idea how this app is still running.

This app is a complete joke!! 0 Communtication around system issues. Constant crashes, generally when you on a heater, than resets forcing you close and reopen. I expect more from a company like FD and very disappointing that this has been weeks and no resolution. I’m surprised the gaming commission isn’t investigating, the app is comprised and brand integrity continues to fall when this lasts as long as it has. Very disappointing!!

I’ve already left a poor review once and of course got the stupid robot response from the developers. My problem hasn’t gone away and they haven’t emailed me back still. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Don’t play here. Go to DraftKings or another app that actually communicates with you when you have a problem. And by communicating I mean with a real person not some message they send to everyone.
