Update! I was able to contact the app support and they fixed the problem and restored my purchase $ in short order!! I like the game so I’m back at it! Thank you so very much! Great support group! I was enjoying the game and then after making a purchase I got to a fair... built it and crash!!! Lost the game and my purchase tried starting over again... same thing happened and I’m out my purchase... Now what?

Update: the size issue has been fixed. Hooray! Now try making in game purchases or the cost of speeding up tasks not so expensive and I’ll happily give this five stars. While this game is cute, there’s one really big issue and that’s the size of the display. It doesn’t fit my devices screen, so many things like exit buttons or people are cut off and that takes away from the enjoyment. I don’t know how apps are made, but if this is a programming issue, this needs to be patched ASAP

My game isn’t working at all , I open the app and there’s just a black screen until it times out then the app closes . I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and the problem is still there .

After the last two updates on iOS I have had to delete the game and reinstall as it would freeze and not open at all.

The graphics in this game are beautiful but the storage situation is horrible. You run out of storage quickly and then there is no way to progress.

Play on iPad. Game locks up. Screen stretched so that X to close page not there. Really cute game, pls fix

I have the game on my Facebook account, so I was able to delete the app and download it again, where I am on level 9 still. However, now when I try and upgrade my storage, it stays stuck. It won’t allow me to click on anything.. it just stays there stuck. I just downloaded this game, and it seems like a lot of fun. However, every time I have tried to open it, the game closes out, every single time. I see you recently had an update, so not sure what the problem is. Could you please correct this issue, so that I can attempt to play it! Thank you.

Please help, ever since the pet shop update I can’t progress. It tells me to make an individual diet for cows but it points me to buy more cows instead and even then I can’t do anything because it’s stuck in tutorial mode. I don’t want to plug up problems on review but I can’t find a way to contact the developer.

I am playing on iPad Pro and graphics are a bit stretchy and it’s not fitting on the screen as it should. Sometimes I can’t get out of a menu because the X isn’t there for me to exit. It’s frustrating as it’s a cute game with potential. The graphics just need to be fixed.

Great game. Been playing this everyday until yesterday. I’ve been locked at the same location and unable to moved. Does anyone have that problem too?

I’m playing on an iPad Pro. The screen is stretchy. I really like this game. It has potential. It also cuts out and takes me back to my main screen.

It was fun to play with considering we are in lockdown but there’s not that much to do... I beat the game in an hour or so there’s not that much things to buy or get and with this update I can’t tell you how it turn out because I can’t even get in the game.. since the update I haven’t play Ps.. when I started it wasn’t working good so I uninstalled it and I had to start all over cuz even been sign in with fb it doesn’t save your progress that’s why I haven’t bother delete it I’m waiting for you guys to fix it soon to see if it got better

I tried purchasing the Robbie helper offer and as soon as the purchase went through the game shut down. When I went back into the game it was as if I did not make the purchase but it was still pending in my iTunes account. I tried again to see if maybe the first time was just a fluke and it did the same thing.

I loved the game until today. It won’t open. When I try to open the app, it gets about 85% open and then crashes. Please help!! Again...it won’t open. It won’t load all the way. It tries to open and then shuts down. I have spent money on this game. I want to play it. Could you fix it please?!?!?!
