The only complaint I have is that my mom and I play via Facebook messenger, I downloaded the app to play but it doesn’t seem like the two link up. I have 400 trophies when playing with my mom, but when I open the app I only have 150 trophies and the games with my mom aren’t there. I am connected to Facebook with the app. Am I doing something wrong?

Every night playing Word Blitz challenges my brain. Love it and have enjoyed surprisingly new words. It helps in using words that are not common in day to day conversations. Challenging and difficult at first, but now after playing it’s a win, win, win!

UPDATE: This problem has been fixed. THANKS WORD BLITZ!!! I have found unfair scores of my opponents on several recent games. The one thing they have in common is when duplicate letters allow different scores because bonus fields allow two different scores to be earned for the same word. My opponent’s score is always given the higher score no matter which letters they used. What’s the point of having bonus fields in some letters but not other letters if the score is always going to be the same. Take a look at the top scoring words of your opponent, the ones that you didn’t enter yourself. Tap on the word and the game you played will appear with the letters the other guy used lit up. Just add up the points. Sure it’s harder to program the game to give correct scores but that’s what programmers are supposed to do!!! MAKE IT FAIR!!!

I like the game a lot-like ok’d time Boggle play without the paper or ruzzle, is a similar online game. So far I have not liked being asked after every turn if I want to post my score on FB or if I want to challenge other FB friends- constant hawking fir new players. Would like to turn that off. Only played a few times now and may quit if I can’t get that to stop.

This is the best game! So glad I found it. Would absolutely give it 5 stars, however, please, please do something about the obscene ads from Wish. The content is often disgusting. For example, today while playing your game I was sent an advertisement for a penis enlargement device, with illustrations. I believe you can do better than this for your players.

This game is really addictive. I even looked to pay for an ad free version. Sadly, there is none that I could find. My biggest annoyance is ad based as well. Sometimes the game does not allow me to close an ad. No little X or anything. And sometimes the X is so small, the ad opens. Hopefully it will be updated for more playing, less figuring out how to close the ads.

I have been playing Word Blitz for a few months with only a few (known) friends and one stranger named Barbie who actually started a game with me right after I downloaded the app. I love the game-play features. She and I play multiple times through the day and have been seamlessly starting new games after current ones end. We are a good match, about 50/50 winning/losing, so I wouldn’t think she would want to block me for some reason. Right after I updated this app, she disappeared off of my friends list. The closed games between us still showed up on my closed games list at first, but are disappearing as I play more games with others. I’d like to restart a game with her but I don’t know how to reach her bc we were not friends on social media before and all the info the app will show me about her is the name “Barbie”, so I can’t search effectively. Why did this happen and how can I regain access to starting a new game with her? The app seems to grant poor access to communication options between friends. Also, I can’t start a new game with any existing friends, either. It only lets me “nudge” them. Is this how it’s supposed to work? If so, that’s very limiting, as well. I would give it more stars for the game, itself, but the cumbersome nature of the friends-management and the actual manipulation of games leads me to give it only 3 stars.

I come home from my daily tasks looking to relax and play the Wordblitz game with friends and strangers. They who desire to out score me are unlimited, but I only choose to engage a select few. The challengers, the scoring and winning by one point , the thought bring a smile to my face. I just think about how disappointed they are going to be again today when they see my numbers. If that was my reality, I would be a happy person, but no way, I turn my iPad on and punch up the game, and nothing but wiggly colored line zigzagging across my screen. Oh, how disappointed I am when that happens, it doesn’t happen every time, but often enough to make me write this review.

This game has a lot of promise, but playing in messenger instead of a simple to access app is frustrating. There are notifications to play even though the opponent hasn’t yet played. In fact, there is an immediate notification after playing. Many times I will have three or four notifications showing, all for Word Blitz. I only play with two other people on Messenger. Often none of those four notifications will allow me to open a game. Please fix this! I am ready to dump the game, although I suspect even that would not get rid of the annoying, continuous notifications.

This is a great game except for the fact you have to play with someone else. There is no solo play. So you’re held hostage by anyone else who plays or does not play. You have to wait and wait then play a couple of turns and then wait and wait play a couple returns… You see what I’m saying so it’s fun for like two minutes and then you wait. Solo play people solo play. Back to add- I would buy this game if it had solo play. But it does not.

Word Blitz is fun. I was invited through messenger by friends. Of course I lose over and over and over again. They have played for a very long time. So I install the app on my phone so I could practice and bit and come back better prepared instead of just losing all the trophies I start with. Well. There is no single player mode. I was assigned a random person and the game became stuck in waiting mode. I can’t start another and so now have to invite a friend. It would be very easy to play against time with yourself to see how you score and practice. I’d give this 5 stars but until they add a single player, play against time practice mode, I give it 3 stars.

Best game ever, you will love it. This being said I find a lot of times when you find a word they won’t let you play the word, for instance there is a word Zen when I played it it wouldn’t except it. I have had this issue on more then one occasion, Get real people, Wake up, The game is fun to play to a lot of time you don’t get the points you deserve, Can you see about fixing this issue? I had given five stars, it’s down to 2 now.

I play this game every day and I love it. But, the last couple of days the ads have gone from five second ads to 10 seconds or longer. Nope. I won’t do it. This game is such that I often play 10-20 or more rounds in a sitting, that’s a whole lot of ads I watch! Give us an option to pay to skip ads, or go back to five second ads, please. Otherwise, no can do. Would have given five stars before this.

I don’t understand that when I lose a game I give up 5-7 trophies and when someone loses a game to me they give up 2 trophies. What’s the deal? I might have more trophies than them, but this doesn’t make sense and it’s getting on my nerves. I really like the game, but between these awful silly noisy games ads in between each play and the unfairness of their point system, I might start to look elsewhere. At least the ads they had before weren’t noisy and were straight ads. Ugh. Annoying.
