Hi devs!!! I’m really enjoying this game, but I’ve noticed other players that are leveled higher than me. I’ve played all ten sections of the game, but how do I get more towns to unlock? Thanks!!!

I love this game genre. I’ve played many of these game types and this is definitely the best of this category. If you like RPG Match-3 games you will love this one.

I play quite a few of these games, I’ve never known ANY game to require dropped mission items in order to train recruits, that’s ridiculous! I’m sitting on total max recruits but can’t train , no wheels yet! Empires & Puzzles, Myths of Valhalla, Battleships & Puzzles, etc... all require resources made daily to use for training, dropped items are used to ascend heroes. DELETE GAME!

This is a game with so much potential but the developers refuse to update the game!

I like this type of games and have played a few. This one have the same problems like the others. After one day of playing, you will find yourself immediately stuck at the story line because your crew is too weak. You get a bunch of crappy common heroes to level up one hero which doesn’t really turn the tides. The rewards are stingy at 2-3 diamonds per goal while one multi summon cost 2600. Your second day is now just waiting for rewards which is one common summon per 24 hours! The daily 24 hour drop reward is crap like 2-3 diamonds. There is nothing else to do other than raid which you ain’t going to beat anyone. So you grind previous levels but the rewards is crap and to start grinding on your second day is not motivating. If this game wants to beat the others, it has to be way more generous on rewards so people will stay motivated. I think puzzles and conquest eventually figured this out. You also want to give occasional rewards that reduces build wait time or multiple builders because waiting is never a good way to keep players. The wait to build game design is flawed and many of these types of games have mitigated it by giving a lot of cut wait time items.

This game has potential but to many glitches some of the characters won’t upgrade the more you feed them their stats stay the same when you raid some teams show no members the devs keep saying it’s on it’s alpha stages but it’s at this point for a long time now the game needs a whole tune up and a new group of devs best thing they can do is to try to shop the game and have a bigger company take over it I would not recommend this game to anyone it’s a waste of time go play Empires and Puzzles War of Valhalla Battleship and Puzzles you have more fun and you won’t have to deal with all the crap this game will give you if I could give this a no star I would give it that those who have gave it high praises must be the developers themselves I don’t know who in their right mind would give a 5 star

This game looked like fun, like a unique spin on match 3. But I am 37 minutes in and I am still being guided and limited in what I can do. I am willing to be that this has annoyed other seasoned match 3 players and pushed them to rage quit. I really have no desire to continue on the rails and get tips for standard match 3 mechanics. Sorry, but you didn’t even get out of the hideout on this. Uninstalling.

You get crappy reward for doing lots of activity, Raids is the worst you can be high level and still lose to a beginner, special is not well balance which make the game crappy, stick with Empire and puzzle or Myth Puzzle. Trust me this game is not worth playing !

Like all mobile games, Puzzle Heist is completely different from the advertisement.

Worst gaming company out there. I worked so hard getting 14210 trophies using their 11/60 trophies win/lost ratio for the longest time. It took years/many months to reach that. They said they need to keep it a fair gameplay. Lost almost 6000 trophies within days since they implement that rides thing. So how is that fair?? I get same rewards as if I were to get over 3k trophies. No compensation for being top player for longest time. But they hand out rewards if you post who your favorite heroes is or post tips in social media. The customer service is the worst. They don’t respond back. Can’t believe I waste my time and effort with this crappy company.
