I really enjoy playing this game the action in the puzzles is different from other games that I play and it’s very enjoyable now however I would like to know when new levels for upgrading the boat will be out.

I’ve completed all levels and just keep playing hoping new ones will be released soon. Any idea when this is going to happen?

I have tried to play the game the past couple of days and it turns off. Is there a glitch?

I was enjoying this game, but then like some other players I kept getting kicked out while trying to do tasks. I was going to delete it but saw the update. I no longer get kicked out after updating but it still doesn’t complete the task. I get the side of the ship & dock, nothing else. Maybe I’ll keep playing the puzzles to collect stars but if this isn’t fixed I’ll delete it. Too bad, always loved watching this show and was having fun. Would have been at least 4 stars if I could play.

This game started out fun but then I would try to do a raid and get kicked out of the game. I was told it would be fixed on an update. I waited and then when I tried again everything would go away and all I would have is the side of the ship. I again reached out and was told it would be fixed On an update. When is the update? I waited over a week Sorry I deleted the game

I’ve been playing this for quite a long time. The stars I’m getting from passing a level is adding up since the I can’t use them towards the progression of the game. At level 555 there was no more matches and kicked me out. On top of all that I lost a life. Not cool. It should just restart the level. This is the first time this happened.

All you can do is play the puzzles. Once you get to a certain level the story is over and it only allows you to play the puzzle over and over. And even before you had to use three stars for the dumbest things like mixing a drink or calming down. Like really that took winning three puzzles.

Downloaded and loved it better than any game like it until it glitched. Now it won’t let you play the game until it’s repaired and game support is not good at all. Didn’t do it until they set up the Valentine’s Day stuff and so now the game is unusable. May have to get rid of program completely.

I like the game, but it won’t let me do the task on the game now. So I guess I am going to delete it since it won’t let me play the task. It’s been like this for about a week now. I uninstalled it and reinstalled still didn’t help at all.

I really like this game but I am getting really sick and tired of logging in and not having any lives even though it has been HOURS since I’ve played. Also, I will go to watch an ad to get an extra three moves and once the ad is over it won’t give me the moves!! I can understand a new game can have minor glitches but I’ve had it for a little while now and it keeps happening!!!! I don’t understand why this game would be released if it doesn’t work properly? If these bugs were fixed I would happily give 4 or 5 stars but it is impossible for me to ignore these mistakes :(

I keep getting kicked out when trying to use my stars. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Shut down and restarted several times hasn’t worked either. Tried to contact for help, but it would never let me submit it. So I have decided to uninstall permanently. Glad I didn’t purchase anything! I hope others are able to get it to work for them.

This game would be fun if it worked. It always says it’s not connected to the internet. However if you are willing to spend as they say “real money the internet works. It takes days not hours to get the stars so you can play the game.

I can earn stars by playing levels, but like the other comments, I cannot spend them to upgrade the ship. The screen just shows the side of the boat and does not progress. Additionally, there is no help link in the app and the link provided in the previous responses does not work. Disappointed...liked playing

Keep getting kicked out every time I try to use my stars for the mermaid show. I tried everything but nothing works. The developers sent me an email and I did every thing that was suggested. Still keeps crashing. It’s a shame I really liked this game but I am deleting it because if I still can’t use my stars then I am getting no where.
