This game is not one that a person will have time to fall in love with. Everything cost. I’m scared to spend money on it because I’m afraid of losing everything and the money I spent because my game will be over. A job paying $300 a month is ridiculous. U can’t do anything because once you try to progress the money drops every second like you don’t even have a job. Also how can I get somewhere when u gotta meet certain things to progress and once you do that your game is over because your expenses are more than you make. You go from 10k to 0 in like 30 min. It will say 150 for taking your friends out but they actually take away like 1k. It looks like it would be a fun game if you actually had time to play it without the game being over so fast, and why is the game over instead of just making someone find another job? I don’t understand why the money keep dropping so fast when you have a job. Also the app has to stay open in order to progress u don’t get nothing if you’re not in the game. Just being honest it needs a lot of changes

I think the game is great. But here are my main issues with it. 1. Relationships: I’m sorry but they are wayyy over priced. Dogs and fishes don’t cost that amount of money, 300 dollars for dog is so unrealistic, if you’re paying that much you are over feeding it. Also why does it cost to have a boyfriend etc?? I understand kids are expensive but a man isn’t that expensive. 2. Jobs: You make all these requirements for the jobs but the amount of money I get paid doesn’t pay for the stuff you required me to get for the actually job. I’m basically going broke trying to get the job. You are essentially making me save up money from previous jobs where there weren’t a lot of expensive requirements for the better job. That makes zero sense. 3. Food: I’m sorry but the food prices are soo unrealistic. I don’t understand how y’all even came up with those prices. Lastly Id like to say how come I’m not making money while I’m offline?? Please fix these things

I just downloaded the game yesterday , and I can already tell that I’m not going to play this too much . It requires too much time in the game to accumulate money. In order to get high paying jobs, you need expensive things as a requirement for the job. Oftentimes , you’ll get promoted and get the required things for the job and still end up with a deficit (especially because the game can randomly take thousands of dollars away from you) Also, you don’t accumulate anything if you’re not in the game . I understand this isn’t an idle game , but I’ve played some of these kind of games where you accumulate money , but there’s a cap on how much you can accumulate . Maybe y’all should incorporate something like a piggy bank, where money can be accumulated when I’m not in the game . One more thing , when choosing different career paths , the income starts lower than the career path you were previously on. So not only am I expected to have even MORE expensive things , BUT I’m also making less money . These types of games are a dime a dozen and You have to do certain things to stick out . I get that the company needs to make money , however ; the game shouldn’t be nearly impossible to advance without an in app purchase . Make people want to continue to play the game and then they’ll spend the money on it because they genuinely enjoy playing the game . Anyways , that’s my two cents .

It’s like the developers don’t know anything about the Jobs they offered in the game i literally had a job that paid 9k as a streamer and was making bank now I’m a model making 12k and literally am losing money and have nothing that’s not how it is at all and I find it kind of demeaning and you should be able to sell some of the older stuff you had to buy for some cash back it’s totally nothing like real life Updating: I think this game has some potential it’s not bad but needs a lot of work to get to that 5 stars the Jobs but you shouldn’t be required to have a boyfriend it should be a goal like if that’s the life you choose to desire it should be an extra accomplishment not a requirement for a job because as a real life model I never once got a job because of my relationship status

I’ve read on a lot of the reviews that this game is impossible. So I am writing this review to see if the developers finally get the hint and change the format. Unless you are willing to spend at least $50 of your actual hard earned money to get fake money in this game you’re never going to actually get to the end where you reach your goal of becoming a celebrity. I tried playing without buying any packs of money and just watching ads and I was never able to get past the modeling stage. When I finally gave in and paid for fake money I ended up only making it to the blogging stage (right before the celebrity stage) where I have two jobs. Even then it gets annoying because my character is always sad if I don’t spend more money on companions that are incredibly expensive. At one point her boyfriend was more expensive than her whole housing. Then, the random events get more catastrophic until my character ends up naked on the street. Everything happens so fast after the character becomes homeless. It’s impossible to get back on your feet after becoming homeless because then the character just dies from sadness. I hate myself for spending money on this stupid game, but it’s a scam for the users to watch ads and spend money. 🤷🏻‍♀️

After a couple game plays I was a tad hooked but it’s not interactive enough and as everyone else said, it’s impossible to win. I came up with a strategy but I keep losing after I do the film school because although college taking all your money is realistic, the game leaves you no bounce back. One time I saved $70,000 on the game and still lost everything after the film school. I’ve gotten as far as the end of the modeling career but the film school needs to at least cut the length of time you need it, in half. The acting classes take too long too. While you’re waiting to complete those tasks, there’s nothing to do but keep up the health and happiness of the avatar because there’s nothing to do while you wait other than watching your money dwindle. The heart stuff like the pet and boyfriend, the price needs to be minimum for those cuz in what world does a fish, dog, bf or whatever have to take that much money and EVERY MONTH too? No. The game has a good premise but you’ll never make it to the end with those numbers and it needs some more interaction in some way.

I’ve started over 3 times. My person went bankrupt and I couldn’t get money saved for anything. Restarted. Took majority of the classes needed at low paying jobs. Got pretty far and she goes bankrupt again and died because I couldn’t keep money to keep her happiness and health in good standing. 3rd time around I took all the classes and got the expensive car before getting to high end jobs. Things are over priced, in the real world you don’t move on to a job that pays less to better yourself. If you do, you have a side job or something to keep you afloat. This game doesn’t really mimic real life. It shouldn’t cost to have a boyfriend. In real life your partner should help you financially or you guys cover things yourselves so the other person isn’t going broke. Companions and food are too expensive. Also, when you do get money saved to advance in jobs those negative deductions happen too often and take too much. 3.4k 3 times back to back when I had 30k saved and moved to a new job that pays less is absurd. Also, how does a job losing money effect your personal savings? If anything it effects what you get paid going further. Its too much to cover the bills and keep her happy especially if she is knocked back to the beginning. This game isn’t set up for success.

I just downloaded the game yesterday. I also am not going to play this game that much. You only acquire money when on the game. You should make the jobs worth more or you need them for less time (like one day and 4 months) how is anyone supposed to beat the game. No one wants to spend money on it until they know if it is worth it or not. You do not allow people to like the game before they have to spend money. A lot of people hate to lose so they will just delete the game because they don’t think they are going to like it and they will have to spend money EVERYTIME in order to win. I want to play the game, but the jobs “Special Appearance in a TV Series” all the way to “Guest of Honor at a Billionaire’s Party” need to be deleted, a one day activity not 4 months and they need to be something you can do with a job, or need to be worth A LOT more money. Like more than the last job you have to take. Or don’t make us do the jobs in order. Let us do what one we want to do. That would be nice too. I may end up deleting the game because I am not going to play something where I have to spend money to win. I thought I may really like this game too. I like games like this so I am disappointed highly. If this is fixed then I may play the game and keep it for a while.

The game is okay... I agree with the other post saying impossible.. and because every “day” is a second you literally have to just wait around doing nothing sometimes to move to the next level the modeling part is hard and by that time you wasted real time out of your life to get to that point just to knock you down to the beginning. It’s not even that being knocked is the issue, but PACE of the game is so slow in my opinion.. the nature of the game is off.. if you’re going to have a game that requires time to pass, allow players to be able to exit out of the app and let time pass without us staring at the clock.. also, if you’re going to have a game where it’s easier for you to die than to make it at the end, have the game be more fast paced! Also not much variation to the game other than how you’ll die. Lastly, if you want to have a game that requires purchases have additional features that you can only do if you do in app purchases and give the people who don’t want to spend money a Chance

Game sets you up to lose. You can only keep going if you start paying real cash for money on the game. It’s a total waste of time. &’ When you try to write a review on the game if you say it’s “so so” it won’t direct you to the review section. It only will if you say it’s great. I see people are upset about the same thing from 1 year ago. The game claims they will change it. It’s been a year and the game is still horrible so obviously you are not gonna try to change it. You all just want to take people’s hard earned money because you think you can. They claim the game is to let people see the difficulties from janitor to celebrity but it’s not. Name one celebrity that has to pay for their boyfriend/ husband. And you have to have them in order to get a job which is not real! Then it’s constantly taking money from you saying you need money to study when you’re not even in school or you’re taking friends out to dinner. Without giving you a choice. If I’m trying to save money for a job i am not taking friends out to dinner. This game does not show you the difficulty of janitor to celebrity it is here to get you addicted and take your money to give you a little hope that you might win. Literally the worst game i’ve ever played. Im pretty sure the people who made this have never even been a janitor before and definitely aren’t celebrities so what do they even know

I honestly do not know how this game has a 4.0 rating. The people putting 5 stars when they don’t like it need to stop because it’s increasing it’s stats. If u don’t like it, rate it down. That’s how stars work. Either that, or they paid for the stars. U are always losing money, it’s always negative, rarely positive in ur earnings. This is not a “free” game either. If u actually want ur earnings to be positive, I’m assuming I would have to buy one of those houses or cars. Which are only temporary. I have watched more ads on this game to get ahead in one day than I have on all my other free apps in 3 months. & that’s so I don’t go into the red & lose the game. The person also loses happiness so fast. & the free ways to boost happiness & health go down as u level up, but the ones where u spend ur in game money don’t. This game is not free, if the developers want money that badly, make the game available for purchase. Don’t make the game so bad that it’s an awful playing experience & use false advertisement to make it seem like something better. Because all the ads I saw for this game, they made it seem like something far different than what it really is. The only thing I can honestly give them credit for, is they didn’t shove that I have to buy this or that in my face every 5 mins or to rate the game every 10. But that is literally it. & that is not enough to bump the rating.

Seriously I read the reviews and I know on most apps it’s usually way too highly critical. But you can’t even grind to win on this game, I believe it’s truly impossible with how everything is programmed to get past some of the parts without paying to buy currency which can literally disappear instantly on you anyways and leave you back at the beginning. It does have buffers I guess to rely on, but as you get up there it’s like 14 dollars at the stage I’m at and it only affects one part of everything you have to balance. I spent some money cause I did manage to make it as far as the modelling stage, as it was literally impossible to pass without a boost because the whole climb you’re losing money and can drop to square one. In fact I couldn’t figure out how it would be possible. And upwards still you need a certain amount of money to keep a job and you’re constantly losing money every moment. I love challenging games with a grind truly, but not ones that are impossible and practically pay to play. I wish I could get my money back because it was seriously not worth it and the game isn’t balanced properly and no matter how many times I get back to where I was, I’m dropped back to square one. I did my best to like this game and work through it, but I cannot believe how pay to play it is and expensive at that when you’ll lose it all anyway.

Why didn’t you just make the game cost money? Since it’s impossible to get anywhere in it without spending actual money. I was stupid and paid $15 for the 700k. Got all but one of the “classes” done and was more than halfway through the last one. Got decently far into the jobs but then couldn’t move up to the next level all because I needed a certain amount of money apparently? Not sure how having a certain dollar amount in the bank is ever a requirement for a job. Then I lost all my progress even made in the last class because it doesn’t give you the option to pause the class if you can’t afford it anymore. Every single job levels requirements leaves you losing money, not gaining. Oh and don’t get me started on the random deductions that happen. Like 14k+ multiple times because apparently I took “friends to dinner.” Really? The makers of this game made this specifically to make money off people, not for anyone’s enjoyment. Don’t waste your time. Worst game I’ve played in a very long time. LORD! I forgot to mention the most annoying part! It stopped letting me watch the ad for $1500. It just took the option away. 😂 They really be trying hard to make people spend real money to keep playing the game.

Update: after realizing the only way to advance was to spend a huge amount of money, I have deleted the app. It’s not fun if I can’t even edit the way my own character/boyfriend looks like, I can’t choose whether I have a boyfriend or a girlfriend, I can’t choose what type of dog I have, I can’t choose my own look/outfits, and I can’t choose the way my house or car looks. On top of how difficult the game is without spending money, it all makes it frustrating and no fun at all. My character is always at almost 100% happiness/health and yet I lose x amount of money each month for a decline in health and happiness. No matter which job I have I am always losing money each month because of the requirements for any job I have that costs more than I make. Even when I watch the videos every 20 seconds to earn more money it takes so long to get up to the amount of money I need to be earning to reach the requirements for the job. Then I lose my job because I’m not making enough money. I haven’t spent any real money because it’s not worth it, there needs to be improvement on how much we earn for each job, especially when we’re climbing the ladder and it’s only getting worse the higher we get.
