Just wanted to thank you for the 3 hour free play each day it has been great. I only wish I could choose when to use it because biting the day I only play a few rounds at a time spread out but at night I could play longer but now I need to wait since I want to save the 3 hours for the evening. But it is much appreciated so thank you!!!!

Sugar Blast is great fun with awesome graphics and lots of variety. It moves along quickly through increasingly challenging levels set against strikingly colorful backdrops. The game does become a little too expensive for comfort at higher levels.💰🍭🍡 At 100 coins for 5 extra turns, unused turns should carry over to the next round. 🙁💰🍭🍡 Although a seemingly simple game at first sight, repeat lost rounds until strategies are mastered at different levels to avoid unnecessary expenditures and assure enjoyment of the game.

Sugar Blast is a solid touch to match game. Great one to have to kill some time on a plane, or similar. The gameplay is fun, the graphics are a step above many casual games. Sadly, it quickly falls victim to a flaw that affects so many of these types of games. The first hundred or so levels breeze by, and then the levels get to a point where random chance has more to do with your ability to solve it than your skill level. When it becomes “gee, I hope the balls appear in a pattern I can use,” the fun kinda goes out of it. Enjoyed it for about 125 levels. Struggled through the next 25 or so. Decided that was enough. Deleted.

Repetitive and boring! There is no boat ride to “see the cherry blossoms “, it’s the old version of going to a party and it takes FOREVER to get there! The same old colored candies, the same sequences, blah, blah, blah! Come on, I like to play this game new every night... I don’t like to keep going on and on with just one trying to keep reaching higher levels because they become ridiculously expensive and difficult. Make the levels more interesting and with more moves if more complicated. We’re all a bit stir crazy being confined to our homes so this our outlet for venting. Thanks!

Earning the three types of helpers (bomb blast, removal, and redistributing) was fun and so was opening the treasure chests. Now the rewards are bees and choco-things. The quests are also disappointing. The worthwhile rewards have to be purchased. Earning the little helpers is next to impossible now. I liked it the way it waa. Also, it would be great if rewards were earned for unused turns (or have them banked for times when the player runs out of turns). If the game stays this way, it’ll be time for me to move on. But thanks, because it was fun while it lasted!

The game was fun in the beginning but it got to the point where they make it impossible to pass if you don’t spend money. I’m usually good at these games but when you get 2free hours and can pass only 2 levels you know something wrong. I’ve spent money on this game but won’t again because it seems they have it where they purposely make you lose to keep buying. It was fun while it lasted but about to delete. To frustrating to make it fun.

I agree with others in that this game was super fun to begin. Lately, I notice a marked change in what is supposedly “random”ball drops of color. When I am playing with my own lives, the levels are easier, better options for matching. When I am on “free play” (that you EARN by collecting stars within the game) things are magically harder, and it becomes next to impossible to win a level. The difference is subtle but it’s there. It’s obvious the algorithms are written to keep your progress slower when you aren’t investing real money for lives or boosters. I am happy to pay to play a game when it’s not this obviously manipulative. Otherwise, I will move on to something more above board. Sad, too, because I am generous when it comes to games that don’t feel rigged. I am a hard working adult who happens to invest in playing games as an entertainment expense because I recognize that creativity of game inventors should be acknowledged and rewarded. But not when I feel I am being taken. Forget it and move on to a more ethical developer.

Customer service is no good I used all my coins on the 6hr play and something happened that made my iPhone restart and once I opened the game app up I didn’t have the 6 hrs any more .. so I left a message in customer support and never received any message back from them then I left 3 more messages and still up to this point nothing back smh sad and I really liked this game even tho the stages repeat over and over ... it’s not fair I spent money and also I’m even a team leader smh they need better customer help to respond appropriate

I really enjoyed the game when I first started and then it became hard and you go through five lives super quick and it takes to long to recharge them. There are tons of other games out there that are not nearly as hard and reward their loyal players that I would much rather play!! I’m really tired of games where they expect you to pay money for coins, stars or whatever but then make it so hard that your money just goes to waste. It makes me feel as if all they care about is money and not the people who play their games!!

I assumed I was unlucky but after a while it honestly seems like I cannot win levels without paying for extras. The level I’m on is a golden egg level. It has 2 sets of color locked chains blocking your way, with one chain in the middle needing a key. The colors you need are also covered in chains. When you get to the bottom there’s jellies so you need to match the correct color next to it so the egg can fit through. After all that, the bottom is filled with the ice blocks so the egg can’t touch the ground. YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THIS LEVEL IN 22 TURNS!!!

Like many, I often don’t take the time to read Terms of Service,(I’m sure they know/count on it too) but did this time. Glad I did! Read them before deciding to accept! Except where you opt out, and except for certain types of disputes described in Section 8, you agree that any disputes arising between you and Rovio will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration and you waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. My first thought was what are they doing with data/purchases that causes fear that it would cause a large group of people & lawyers to get together and sue them? Several other things, sell your data, absolutely no refunds, no matter situation... READ them. I’m going to uninstall personally. Wow

I was really enjoying this game in the beginning but now it’s just a mess. I have even contacted support on 3 different occasions with no response or help whatsoever. Right now I’m dealing wit some kinda glitch to where the game just goes black or the app just completely close while in the middle of game play. This has caused me to lose countless lives, specials and coins. I kept tryin to hang on cuz this had been my favorite game since I downloaded it but I guess I’m gonna have to let it go cuz I cant proceed to any other levels becuz of the glitches. Unless rovio fixes these problems I will just have to delete it. Hate to see it go but I’m not actually playing it anymore. 🤷‍♀️

I play this game every day. Im over level 1800. The game play is fun, but recently ive noticed that immediatly after I purchase power ups, the easier levels become impossible to beat without using the power ups. If you want to keep a winning streak going you have to use them or coins to continue. Not sure why easy levels become hard after a purchase, but Im done spending money on a game that is clearly rigged. The power ups you get on a winning streak must be used in the first section of a level, would be nice to be able to use them as you need them.

I really enjoyed this game but it not only drained my battery (iPhone XR), it also made it impossible to recharge. It was the only new thing I had put on my phone in awhile. I deleted the game from my phone, figuring perhaps the app was corrupted during download. Once that was done, I was finally able to charge my phone and it ran normally for about a week. I decided to give the app another try. After two or three days, the same thing happened so I deleted it again after which my phone returned to normal. That’s it. No more chances for this game. Now I’m leery of anything this developer releases.
