This game is very polished and streamlined, the game play is unique and entertaining, the rewards are satisfying. However, there is one area where I think a lot of improvement could be made, and that is with the main map. There's hardly any sense of progression, partially because you have no sense of how close you are to any development. I don't even know if there IS a planned big final boss, because after the opening cutscene, there isn't really any big antagonizing force or end goal. It's not necessary, and the game is still great and well made regardless, but it seems like a lot could be done in that area to further enhance the game. Seriously, a really good mobile game though, I hope this is a direction more mobile games will take.

This is a fun mobile game that mixes fantasy RPG elements with a puzzle/inventory management dynamic. As a F2P player, I don’t feel as though I have ever hit a “paywall”. Yes, I can choose to spend money to get resources to make the game easier or speed up my progress, but I am not limited from progressing. There are also short ads players can choose to watch to give themselves boosts or bonuses. The higher you go, the more of a challenge the game is, but you are not required to buy anything. This game is actually quite fun for a F2P mobile game that you can pick up and play as you choose.

I am really enjoying this game so far. I’ve been hooked on it since meeting the development team at MEGA. I love how there is no energy system, so I can play as much as I want. The only downside that I wished was easier, was getting chests or at least gear. It’s hard to get gear in my early stages. Other than that, this game is great as it combines the matching and inventory management of other games into a great fusion. Give this game a try :)

The App Store isn’t what it used to be. A mess of pay to win, timer based, ad filled garbage that it is today. Back in the good old days, there were actually fun games that kept me entertained while not having the annoying issues of most of what today’s App Store offers. This game is different, no timers to play the game, no energy, sure there are in app purchases, but they are not mandatory to get far in the game. Plus, there are only ads when you chose to watch them, which is a win in my book. The only reason this great game didn’t get a 5 out of 5 stars is that it becomes pretty repetitive very quickly, however it is a great game to pass the time during quarantine.

It’s fun, works well, but some issues. First, when I try to move or merge things in my inventory, it will sometimes just not work! I feel this can be easily fixed though, and it shouldn’t be much of a problem. EDIT: fixed the issue here. Better now. Second, I’ll get a lot of weak, common gear from chests that I can’t do anything with, can we have some sort of dismantle system so I can still get rewards out of useless weak stuff? Third, sometimes the game just gets WAY hard, and requires you to watch ads to progress, unless you want to grind. This game actually doesn’t have that much Ads! People say it does, but they are all optional! Calm down People! Optional add are fine! All in all, this is a fun game! A few complaints, but don’t let that stop you from downloading this game.

At first, this game is great, but the more you play the more you see why everyone gives it less stars. Tavern quest for collecting a certain amount of gold is too high, it keeps increasing throughout the day. My first day of playing the gold to finish the quest was like easy, finished it no problem, but day two of playing, I didn’t notice it until it was at around 8,000,000 and increased to 10,700,000 before the day was over and my 3rd day playing its like 20mil and I probably can only reach 1 or 2 million by playing daily. I think it increases every time I log in as if it added the next day’s quest amount. Power ups lag. I clicked whistle but still overlooted then after the video and the selling, the whistle was used and merchant came again. Ate food delivery still died, even though the animation and healing amount showed. This game could be great if it was smoother. I almost regret spending money on this game, just glad that these bugs showed themselves early before I spent more.

The game overall was very fun to play and easy to pick up. With the quick thinking and management it can get stressful trying to keep up. When I was trying to clear up space for something important I had seen over loot was taking up a bit of space so I decided to delete it and then reinstall it after I finished. Before I had deleted it I was relatively far in the game around stage 50 or so and I had hoped that when I reinstalled the game my progress would come back but when I opened it after reinstalling, it put me in the tutorial. I thought maybe after I finish it there would prompt me asking if I wanted to use my last data or whatever but it didn’t happen. I checked the settings as well if there was a recover data option or something but couldn’t find anything like that. I hope I’m just missing something and there is a way to get my progress back because I loved playing this game in my free time.

This game has a nice fundamental game mechanic of matching and managing equipment and items dropped in a grid area, which if overfilled gets a removal penalty (hence the game’s title). The game’s design and concept are also well done, though the game demands a great deal of your time watching ads to unlock necessary perks to progress. Sadly, the core mechanic of the game consists of matching and moving to manage said loot, but this is so poorly executed that it obnoxiously handicaps any skill which the player might bring to the table; item movement on the grid has an abysmal “stickiness” to it, causing obvious actions to be ignored, which wastes precious seconds. Additionally, the game ignores an action if it occurs anytime even remotely close to a drop down sequence, once again severely crippling the player’s ability to skillfully manage items. Finally, a handful of enemy abilities require you to interact with items in a limited time to avoid a penalty, but the actions are limited to tapping, which inevitably results in the selection of the item you are trying to save... once again limiting player strategy. These all seem like fatal but avoidable flaws that result in player penalties... and when those penalties are watching more ads to continue, I’ll have to assume, until proven otherwise, that these flaws are intentional by design. Please prove me wrong, devs!

It’s a really good game design. It’s very enjoyable and challenging and forces you to play fast and think fast. Unfortunately, as others have noted, once you hit around level 22ish the game difficulty more than doubles. To get daily rewards you have to do a lottt more than previously. The game introduces bombs that drop every 5-15 seconds on some enemies that destroy your weapons and armor. I thought by picking up the bomb and holding it in an area with no items it would be okay but that does not help at all. Items would just disappear randomly from my grid with me not being able to do anything. Enemies started almost 2-3 hitting me with green gear all around and it would be gone and I would get this flurry of attacks that drains alllll of my health after my gear was destroyed. It’s like they know you get invested around 20 or so and ramp the difficulty up a lot just so you get tired of losing and shovel cash into the game. I’ve played level 22 three times now and lose to the final enemy with bombs every 5 seconds and can’t do anything about it. Sorry, but this feels like a cash grab at this point.

Overall the gameplay was enjoyable. The progression steps up a lot after beating the first boss. Got to level 37 when I noticed I had to keep hitting the “best in slot” perk twice just to clear stages now. I know there are a few way to keep replenishing your stocks but just getting a chest seems rare. With stages being harder to clear you don’t really get that many chest to open simultaneously. Better to just wait for the daily chest at that point but then this game becomes a idle game where all you do is just log in and open one chest then wait until you have enough gold to upgrade the blacksmith. Keys become pointless at that point also. Felt like I had to watch a lot of AD’s before I could actually get to play the game. Chest of the day AD, double the rewards AD, then watch another 4 AD’s for stages “can’t clear stages without them”. Those stage buffs only lasting for 15 mins then you have to watch 4 more AD’s again.

So I just had downloaded the game. Everything was pretty straight forward with a lot of entertaining dialogue. But after about an hour of playing, the game suddenly got harder after I put certain equipment on, I believe that the “enchanter ring of lesser power” is the problem. I’m stuck at level 7 because I suddenly can’t beat any of the ice monsters anymore. Even when I go down to level 1, the ice monsters just have high defense and my equipment breaks before even getting them down the half their health. This wouldn’t be an issue if every level up to 7 didn’t have ice monsters in it to grind on but every level has at least 1. So far I’ve removed that item and I appear to be defeating the ice monsters again. So please have that item looked into. Edit: so it seems to be certain equipment in general that bug out and cause me to not do much damage towards ice monsters. So I cant really use any of the equipment I get in chest because of it. Will change rating once bugs are fixed. Bugged items I have found: Enchanter ring of power Adventurers ring of minor power Enchanter amulet of minor vitality.

update: some of the ads are going straight to opening the App Store after running, this is unacceptable. some of he worst offenders are some "king's [forgot the name]", a zombie match-3 ("puzzles & survival"?). already insulting that your model is based on watching ads every step, but worse when they open AppStore for chances of accidental installation due to spammy tactics. either contact hose advertisers for ruining the experience of your game, or... or if they're your partners then you have chosen some very obnoxious partners. gameplay itself is neat idea but many ads just hold my screen and go straight to Apps Store, wont let me return to the game. your reliance on ads for every step of doing something advantageous in the game feels insulting most of the time, it's way worse when the ads screw up. and even way worser at how sexist and misogynistic the ads are, it makes your game feel horrible.

Game is fun and and engaging until around the third zone. After this point the game introduces bombs. Bombs are something that can fall into your inventory when fighting enemies and unlike all other obstacles in the game there’s nothing you can do to prevent the bomb from destroying your loot. None that I can figure out at least since the game tells you how to stop ice and fire and electricity but never mentions bombs in any of the tutorials. So if a bomb gets into your inventory you are forced to lose at least one and usually several items with nothing that can be done to stop it at all. This completely ruins the fun of the game as the entire point is to collect loot.

This game could be really fun for me, and i could’ve given it 5 stars...but it has ultimately bugged out on me. When ever i start it will "freeze" at different times. Like when i had my second monster, it broke all me stuff, and then continued to beat me up, so i though welp this is it, but then it stopped on one health. The monster continued to try and beat me up but did not do damage. I was not attacking at all either so i tried leaving the game and exiting the tab, but when i tried to go back it it wouldn’t let me in past the title page. If this fixes then i’ll come back and change my review but if not then this is staying as is.
