Great game love the graphics but...

I am really enjoying the game. I always enjoyed playing these strategy hexagonal games. Brings me back to child hood. My only problem is the characters with range attacks or heal from a distance. If something comes into melee with the and get get pushed into a corner they can’t defend themselves. I guess I just should try and strategies to not let that happen. Just kind of frustrating. If they were able to attack at melee range too, that would be great.

I hope they’re wrong about drop rates

Everyone here download this game and All 40 characters obtain were All 3 stars & only 1 four star per summon, legendary summons are All lies too, they were All 4 stars Not 5 star* common summon are the worse NO 3 stars, only ten 1 stars with a 20% of a 2 star which is also just food, like 3 stars. I’ll try it a couple days to see if they’re Right, but I hope they’re wrong.... yup No 5 stars & NeveR enough coins to Lvl up, Rank up etc...

    New Hotness

It’s hard for me to get into a mobile game since the love of my life Summoners War but this right here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They start you off with a nat 5 and decent rune set. The monsters are dope, they have iconic biblical monsters (I personally have always been an Arch Angel Ralphel fan). To put the cherry on top it’s set in medieval I love that era we get to use iconic knights such as King Arthur and Lancelot. Knights, Angels, Demons etc, in a turn based game. Sorry Summoners War I won’t be coming home every night.

    New to the Game

I got into this game from a group of online friends, and I have to say, it's very nice. It reminds me of Monster Super League (Summoners War and Pokémon mixed together) and Fire Emblem like movements. Balanced so far, fun and never really runs out of things you could potentially do. Then again, I'm only like lvl 15, but it's pretty fun. Give it a try. No hurt in trying something new for a couple days/ a week since quarantine is a thing.

If you’re a gacha fan and looking to mix it up, this is for you

Reasonable summon rates, nice graphics, endless things to do, there isn’t a lot to complain about. As with all gachas, spending is encouraged, but it doesn’t feel AS necessary in this game. The achievements system gives a nice steady flow of rewards. Overall I’m having a great time and would recommend.

    I hope it gets better

People warned about unfair drop rates and my entire family alliance kept getting 99% All 3 star characters. Almost like browndust game but Not as Busty or sexy. Cute game for kids. We will all repost when we get enough 5 star characters and we will record hopefully positive results each time we spend crystals to summon. Thanks

    Room For Great Potential

So far, this game is going in the right direction. Great characters, amazing visuals and art, and a fair and not crippling gacha rates. There are are two things that it needs to excel and then it’s good to go: Lasting content and uniqueness. I’ll leave content to the developer, but I’ll give a brief idea for its uniqueness. I love gacha games and I know of three juggernauts that this games will need to at least be semi-close in popularity towards of: Summoner Wars, Epic 7, and (ugh) RAID Shadow. To the developer, if you just this game to be something anyone can enjoy, regardless of popularity then that’s ok. I’m just this because I can the great potential this game has. Overall as of now, it’s a fun game with no means p2w due to the amount of generous awards that this game brings.

    Good start

3 days in and they have a good start on this. It has all the normal elements, story, tower of challenge, awakening dungeon, etc. So far the devs seem generous with giveaways so new players can come up to speed quickly. The tune management is clearly a wait in progress. Filters are basic and sorting is even worse. They have placeholders for additional options so hopefully in an update or two they will have that fleshed out. If you are looking for an alternative to other Summoners War type games, this one has promise, but is not completed yet. Get in on the ground floor!

Pretty great game, but. . .

I’ve been playing this game for a little bit now, honestly pretty addicted. Seems like your typical mobile strategy rpg. My only gripe is the character models are garbage. The portraits are great, and show pretty amazing characters, but then in game they are ugly, very poorly made trash. Some of the characters look nothing like their portrait, and it’s honestly just disappointing. Draw a new character, get super hyped for how cool they look, then use them and just want to quit.

It’s a good game at best

So I’ve only been playing about a month or so and the drop rewards for summon is as usual as they get. The prices on items in the shop is a bit ridiculous but aren’t they all. The new update is good. Plenty of rewards. Only problem for me is when I’m suppose to be resisting attacks I take a lot more damage then normal. Idk if that’s suppose to happen but it’s annoying other than that great game

Pretty fun and great drop rates

I am really enjoying this game. I love tactical type games and this one fits the bill perfectly. I already got two 5star drops from the normal gem currency you can accumulate thru gameplay. I haven’t spent a dime yet, but I’m going to throw some loot their way, great game so far... loving it. Edit: After playing for awhile the drop rates are hideous, I think I was extremely lucky in the beginning. After my last multiple pulls on gems you only get the one 4star hero, but you are guaranteed that one anyway. I have yet to see a 4 or 5 star pull on the red crystals. Always 3star. The amount of pulls you would need to power up a hero to full and get them to 6 star are crazy. But there are multiple people in the arena with three or four fully powered hero’s, needless to say you can’t win against them at all. I still think the game is fun, but if you want to be able to go toe to toe with higher ups in arena, be prepared to fork over hundreds of dollars to maybe get close to where they are at. Maybe a thousand or two. It’s crazy.

Literally Summoners War but as a SRPG

As far as taking the Summoners War format and improving upon it, Epic Seven does it far better and with far better production value and a story that’s actually worth following. Kingdom of Heroes doesn’t really do much to the formula besides slapping it onto a Tactics grid, even the debuffs and statuses are named the same as in SW. The #1 draw to this game is being able to choose a free 5-star and a free 4-star unit of your choice, either picking someone to carry you to the lategame smoothly (Ingway) or to guarantee you’ll have someone worth building your squads around lategame (Claudia, Esperanza, Ifrit, Morgana, Bartholomew). I’d hesitate to call the game another generic SW clone, because the art direction is actually pretty strong. But it is what it is, and as such there’s not much of a community and thus no resources like tier lists, guides, datamined damage multiplier values, etc. If you pick this game up, enjoy it casually with the generous freebies but it’s not worth being your primary mobile game, especially for the amount of time it demands you put in daily.

    Decent but could’ve been great

Artwork and gameplay doesn’t match. If that was even a bit closer I’d have to say this game would be a keeper. Another thing is segregating dark/light units from the rest of the gacha was a stupid move imo. It’s forcing your small player base into getting fire/water/wood units. Shouldn’t be that way. Rewards make you feel like you’re getting somewhere but you’re not. 1-3 gems a reward and it’s 300 to do a full 10x summon. I’ve done about 4 summons and not a single 5* from that. Should tell you something and my only 5* was a free ticket they give you but the tickets only allow fire/water/wood units. It’s a really easy game to learn, interface is nice and simple, tactics level is amateur/intermediate. All I can see is this being a cash grab game and quickly off the market for a remake. They’ll switch things up and release it under another title. Also after I did my first initial review which disappeared my game also stopped working and my account doesn’t exist (linked both to my Apple acc and my FB acc)... lol. Cool. So from a 2* I’m dropping a 1*. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Should be zero issues.

Fun Game, But Rates Are BS

This game is actually enjoyable, and there are some free 5* characters that you can grind for (and I have). HOWEVER, the 1.5% 5* draw rate is absolute nonsense. Whether the RNG is wonky, or they are flat out lying, I have done enough draws from gems and scrolls to see that it doesn’t add up. I don’t mind low rates, as long as the game clearly states it’s rates. There is no useful mileage in game either. If there is clarity on the actual server draw rates or they adjust the game and increase the rates, I’ll come back and give it a try. Until then, this review stands, as I want people to understand what they are getting into. Farewell KoH.
