First off this game is super addicting, I got it a few days ago and haven't put my phone down. I love how it’s challenging rather than super easy to just win. However i’m now in the “job in finance” section of the jobs and it’s just making me rage quit. Idk if it’s a glitch or if it was meant to happen but I would have over $100,000 and than accept a new job and randomly drop down to $3,000 or even lower. Like It just randomly took all my money and it didn’t say anything in the notification area. I know there can be those unexpected life events that makes you pay $2k for crashing your car or something but to take over 100k away is a bit ridiculous and annoying. including since the next job you have to get you need over 200k in your bank. Secondly, they have to many sad mood lets. I mean my character gets sad over her husband not feeling a spark and it doesn’t tell me how to fix it and there’s not much I can do when i’m left with 3k after i get a new job. It’s just aggravating having to wait and try to get money with the casino and stocks which takes forever to get money including since you constantly have to spend money to get the happiness up. It would be A lot better with you fixed the money thing and the mood things.

When I first got this game I loved it. I have the app an 5 star review and it was great. But then once I started to go to the intern for construction the game got super hard and I thought. This is not like life at all! You don’t go from a 5 star chef making 3.5k then go to a construction worker intern making like 2k!!!! Also why do u have to pay for your significant other. Also how come you can’t go back to an easier job. Like how come if u click apply for intern, you can’t go back to being a chef? I think that’s really dumb. Also the first week I got the game it was great but then I didn’t play it for like 3 days and then it started to just kick me out. Like I’d click on the app and it would show the screen that says Continue or New game and I would click continue and it would kick me out. Sometimes it would just kick me out once I clicked on the app. Created of this game: PLEASE FIX THIS! For it to stop kicking me out I had to delete the app and download it again and it still kicked me out. Besides those things the game is great, you can buy a car and a house, and you have to pay for your food and I think that’s really fun!

It’s not a hard game to play at all and requires minimum thought or skills. I was curious to find out what this game was about. Only pick white male or female. No other ethnic choice. You start off in the gutter. You have the Casino or Stock exchange to do your side hustle. This is all false and money can be made a whole lot of ways in life besides a casino. This game is from an old fashioned society view, because your goal ultimately is to be partnered or married in order to reach success. It’s that old “finish high school, then go into debt with college; maybe you will become successful” BS. Just not enough options. They start you off dirt poor with a long or very little growth. Stock market option is skewed and there is hardly any imagination about investing. Too many ads. They want you to buy everything from the start and after the enormous amount of ads you have to buy sleep or meditation which is way more expensive than even your rent. A little boring without much variation. And progresses slow without much to choose from. Don’t expect much playing this game. It’s redundant.

I promised myself I'd finish it once. It gets aggrievating when money drops randomly, and keeps dropping, the number amount of earned to spend is not balanced. Currently I have no extra and the earning is 6.9k while spending is 7.5k and need 35k to move on. Which brings me to the mood let's where everything pushs for upgrading such as better house, baby, higher education. You can't possibly do it without waiting HOURS for the career before to increase the money (possibly days irl), or watch so many ads that you're getting sick to your stomach, and doesn't even increase with career. Not like the balance of helps for mood and health matter anyway, lost chance for free mood and at.2% for health.. Which brings me to my last bit, ads, I don't mind them, know it's a source of income for the company but EVERY SINGLE TIME you switch screens? And you don't earn the cash for it like when you force them. I spend money on a game I enjoy, I'm not going to waste money on a game that's going to pick and prod at me til I BUY the no ad from them.. Reduce ads or make it all money earning possibilities.. Can't say I hate the game but this is why once I finish or decide the struggle is too stupid to deal with I'll delete and never look back.

So I never write reviews but I feel like this game is lowkey criminal. It’s fun, don’t get me wrong, I’ve played it A LOT. But once you get to the third level of jobs, you constantly have to buy more things which makes your expenses far more than your income. The only reason why it hasn’t been a major issue is because I payed the $0.99 for the $10,000 and no ads (because the ads made the game basically unplayable and I was feeling impulsive this morning). I know it’s only a game but I don’t understand why I need to eat TV dinners or have a fiancé to get a promotion. Side note I understand why having a partner would add extra expenses but it should also be a way to get more income- sis needs to pay her rent just like I do. And virtually every review says the same things as these, although I haven’t seen you respond to any of them which is tea but whatever. I don’t know how this game is rated so high since nearly all the reviews are negative. Oh well I’m not deleting it because you guys already got my dollar but please make this game more practical in an update or something. Xoxo

This game isn’t as good as it seems. You can’t sell things that no longer benefit you, it requires you to have more expenses to get jobs which make you become poor. You don’t have much control over your choices. It also requires you to have certain amounts of money to get certain jobs, and super expensive education, however, your expenses will most likely be more than your income. Also you have to pay monthly for things like clothes and food (never did I think a game would make you finance food and clothes) seriously, how often do we buy clothes, I don’t have to buy clothes every month. The game also requires you to get the most expensive vehicles on top of everything being so unrealistically expensive and live above your means. Basically this game is meant for you to spend a ton of your real life money just to play it. It is not a fair game no matter how much money you make monthly. This is a terrible game. Bit life is way better because you have a bit more control over how much you spend, what career path you choose to take, what you drive, etc... and it doesn’t make you pay monthly for a wife as if you were leasing our financing a wife. Never knew that a wife or husband could never work or bring in some income. Everything is an expensive expense. The developers of this game just simply want your money. You only pay once for bit life if you don’t want the ads and it’s a fair game.

Im not the type of person to write bad reviews.. I like to have an open mind towards things and usually stay quiet about it but i cant help but comment on this.. Those unexpected notifications where you have to sell your car for 30% of what you bought it for (knowing that having a car and other essentials in this game is the only way to move up in your career) for literally no reason at all is insane and actually extremely manipulative for an app gaming company. I’ve started the game over multiple times with the same message pushing you to get more coins or you’ll have to start over losing your car, job, house and everything even if you have well over enough amount of money to cover the expenses. This game is literally using manipulative tactics to get you to buy more coins by taking away all of your hard work in the game which is not necessarily surprising because thats what a lot of gaming companies do but I’ve literally never seen a gaming/app company take away everything the user worked and in most cases even paid for. If you want to earn more money through users set up a subscription in the game or find another way to allow users to decide whether or not they want to invest in it or not don't take away all of their hard work to get them to pay for it.. it’s sadistic.

There is no way of winning this game without paying actual money...or doing a date/time cheat. Almost always, your expenses are greater than your earnings. Even when they’re not, your character only earns a couple hundred a month. The problem with this is that once you reach a certain job sector, you need to have an insane amount of money in your savings to get the job. If you happen to have that money, once you accept the job, those required savings are deducted and you almost always go back to no money without turning a profit. This keeps on going for every single job until you need over a million dollars in savings to get the next job. The only way to get that kind of money in the game is either by: 1. Paying 99 USD 2. Watching thousands of ads or 3. Just skipping days on settings on your phone to collect the daily rewards (which is just bull). This game was made to be un-winnable unless you make in-app purchase. And on top of all that, why are there only white characters? And who gets a law degree, a engineering degree, a business degree, and a bunch of others all at once? The game makes no logical sense and is just a bad rip off of other tycoon games. If I could give this game 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time, play another game like BitLife, which is the fantastic original game.

I had low hopes for this game at a first glance, but I was quickly impressed at the lowkey strategy and addictive nature of the game. I played it a few days and was honestly having a good time, but the game certainly has a few things it needs to fix. I don’t mind games that are difficult or challenging to learn, but when a game just randomly screws over the player it isn’t fun. The game has a random aspect in itself that can help the player, but can and will screw the player over for no good reason. You can be playing along like I was and have time invested into a character, be doing everything right, and the game will still take all your money and put you into so much debt (your character has literally everything taken away and is unplayable due to expenses). That’s just the gameplay itself. The game has SOOOOOOO many ads to the point that you will be spending more time watching the ads than you will be playing the game (unless you disconnect from WiFi and cellular 😉). Many of the ads are unstoppable and sometimes for a 30 sec ad you’re spending maybe 10 secs in game. Great deal for the developer, not so great for the player. Overall don’t get this game if you value your time or don’t want to ragequit over random chance 🤷🏼‍♂️

The game is super enjoyable, but all the jobs, after a certain point, don't ever give you enough monthly income to cover expenses. I tried to save up so much money and do all the education early on when I was making more income than spending, and it doesn’t work. You could save up and try and get the nice houses and cars, but one day you’ll just be homeless again cause you won’t be able to pay everything and continue to gain money. You can’t go past a certain job. And I tried to stay at a certain career that allowed me to make money but then the character is unhappy and wants to progress. So he dies. You also can’t take anything off your monthly expenses. If you don’t need something or go to a job that makes less money, you can’t take off expenses. I think this should be an option, because it would make it more realistic. If it were real life we’d get to make a decision about what we can spend less on. But we can’t. I would pay an app fee for this game, but I can’t spend $10+ every game. I think it’s a great game and it’s addicting but it’s so frustrating and makes me so angry that I didn’t know I wouldn’t be ably e to complete without spending my own money. Feels so unsatisfying. Please consider just making the app cost a one time fee?

Job requirements make no sense where you need to have 3 months experience as a chef to qualify for a construction intern job. You require expensive clothes and a wife that costs $1500 a month to qualify for a job on top of schooling. None of it makes any sense and the expenses end up so high that meeting the requirements for a job puts you in the negative once you take the job or only leaving you with a couple hundred a month. This wouldn't be too bad if game did anything when the app was closed and if you didn't only have 70 or so years in game to live. Luckily theres cheaper options in most expense categories that are way cheaper, but they cost real money. Starting at only $3-$4 until higher levels where the cheaper expense option that the game traps you into buying to progress is $40 EACH. This game is very shallow and designed to make you pay more and more as you play since you’ve already come this far and $40 allows you to keep going (Sunk cost fallacy). I wouldn't recommend you play this game as it spams you with ads 85% of the time until you make a real money purchase and then it just traps you with bad mechanics into paying even more as you play. Tldr: Blatant low effort cash grab game, don’t play.

It’s addictive. You can’t really win without paying because all the tasks you have to do/ what you have to buy makes your expenses higher than the income you are qualifying for at each level, and when you’re in the hole you have like a minute to fix it and if not you lose the car which makes you lose the job etc and you get knocked down with an impossible climb back up. I just gave up and bought the maximum points because I got frustrated, but when you “win” ie when you become president with all the top level stuff, car, house etc NOTHING HAPPENS! It’s so anti-climactic. And you can’t customize your character. Generic guy or girl no different hair styles or ethnicities. At one point my girl character kept taking about her “wife” so that was a glitch. And you can’t skip the level where you take a lover and cheat on your spouse. What if I don’t want to be a cheater? Is a great money grab for the developers to sucker game addicts like me. Don’t play unless you just feel like blowing some cash to watch numbers go up and down. The stock market is the fastest way to get more money in the game. I don’t know what to do now. I guess my character just dies on the private island? Lol

This game is fun and addicting at first until you realize that it’s impossible to win. They have you go from good paying jobs to poor paying jobs costing you to spend more than you make. I thought I had finally found a way around that by building my wealth and finishing all schooling (so that way I wouldn’t have any extra bills later) before I moved up in careers, I had $130,000 and when I had to switch to lower paying jobs my money quickly dropped to about $50,000. This was okay, I was expecting that and so once I got another good paying job I started working on building my wealth again before moving on, I was at about $70,000 and then for no reason at all the game dropped me to $1000. And then to $0!! They just want you to be addicted to the game so that way you’ll end up paying to get more money to stay in the game. I’m convinced that the only way you could win is if you spent a bunch of your own money. Also it doesn’t make sense to make you go through so many different schools/careers. You should be able to pick a career path and follow that one instead of needing to go to culinary school, business school, carpentry school, etc.

So I found out abt this game like everyone else on a Snapchat add or in a add in another game. I started to play this and immediately got a addicted to this game, but as a progressed throughout the game I started to notice how terrible and in realistic this game is. First of all it is impossible to beat it I understand the challenge and all but the game requires you to go into debt constantly and buy things you don’t have the money to even pay for. Each thing has a monthly payment also which makes no sense you have to pay 260 a month for clothes and 1.5k a month for your wife ???? And even more crazy prices for basic stuff How does that makes sense. For instance to get a new job that pays less than your old one you have to get a more expensive home, car, clothes, education and even upgrading your wife. The aspect of having to go into serous debt time and time again is what makes this game so hard. And the only way to get out of debt to buy in game content for watch 1 minute long videos. The combination of these things is what makes this game so terrible to play
