This game is amazing. It’s not pay to win and everything is fair. The play style is versatile, laid back, and strategy-based. For people complaining about RNG and not getting good combos, well, tough luck. Not everyone can get amazing lineups every time; otherwise, the game wouldn’t be fun. I like not always getting the combos I prefer , because it forces me to try new combos and compromise. Also for new players, don’t worry if you lose the first couple of rounds, there are a lot of opportunities to make a lasting comeback as long as you get the right combos and upgrade. Edit: I really dislike the new update with the featured heroes. It forces the player to complete these quests in order to unlock them, which can be very inconvenient and unbalanced. I won’t change my five star review, but I am heavily disappointed.

I’ve played all the auto chess variants on mobile and pc. This is the best one and most fair imo. For mobile this has the best ui period. Everything is on the heads up display, no clicking to expand windows like all the other variants. For people who are short on time they offer a turbo mode which you can look into. As far as I know this is the only variant that offers cooperative play in forms of 2v2v2v2 and 4v4... graphics are awesome character design awesome! I have over 100 hours in this game playing less than 2 months. But please devs.... I believe iPad login is bugged for iOS gamescenter; when I choose to log in with game center on my iPad nothing happens.. facebook and twitter work however! Please is there a solution?

This is the Best Auto Chess game out there and I’ve tried them all. This is WAY better than Valve’s Underlords which is atrocious in my opinion! They have Turbo mode which I'm grateful for instead of suffering through 30-40 mins. There is a Team mode! You are even give you tips for beginners such as recommended teams!! No other Auto Chess game does this! They also tell How many hero copies you have in the store which is very convenient for making 2 & 3 stars. Plus u can choose to have your heroes automatically combined! The items are easy one tap to equip. You can play co-op mode which is cool as well. Chess Rush has the quality of life options and features I wish the other Auto Chess games had. This is top dog...for now lol.

As a Auto chess player from Auto Chess Mobile top 100 player. I would say this game is a better version. Why? You can co-op rank with your friends. You can play different modes such as Turbo mode, a faster pace game. Heck, there is a mode where you play as a team! People are complaining giving it “1 star” because they don’t know how to play the game. They don’t know that they have to manage the money properly to build interest. Again this game is about risk and reward. They complain this is an RNG game... WHICH IT IS BECAUSE IT IS “AUTO” CHESS. The bad part about this game is that it needs more skins for characters and maps. More customization for players to be unique. All in all, great game.

I absolutely appreciate the whole detail-oriented design and the smooth game experience. However, PLEASE streamline the reward mechanism for it is TOO MUCH. The game itself is already not easy for newbies to handle(it takes effort and time to remember all the combos, skills and equipments). Now with all these flamboyant rewards, treasure-hunting and a bunch of other missions, the complexity is just OVERWHELMING. Personally, too much effort out of the chess itself can only backfire because ppl just get distracted. We have very limited attention after all.

The app is phenomenal and intuitive. It combines a usable interface with desirable game mechanics and builds community with options such as spectating and various partnering opportunities. The game is incredibly well-balanced and your success is largely driven by your ability to adapt to each match. “Turbo mode” is fantastic and gives players the opportunity to practice/play quick matches and hone their skills without having to worry about lengthy game times. All in all it is built exceptionally well.

I enjoyed this game for the most of the time. But the UI sometimes got me confused. 1. I was looking for a guild and in the meanwhile I found there was a red ! beside the guild’s name, I thought it was some warnings about joining the guild so I pressed it. Then it said the guild has been reported. I looked at another guild, spotted the same warning sign, pressed it, and it said the same thing. It was then I realized maybe it was me who just reported them without knowing the meaning of the sign. So please add more descriptions before executing reports! 2. The inventory sign was too small to be spotted. Please move it to the front. 3. Nuts seems to be meaningless... 4. Since it got me confused in simplified Chinese version, I well use Chinese to describe it. 棋魂中的圣手棋魂锁着，且没有任何说明如何解锁圣手棋魂，希望可以增加说明。 Overall, thank you for creating the game and hope it could be even better!

This game is a good entry point into the genre. It doesn’t have a ton of units or complex strategies like Underlords. I found it a lot easier to pick up than Teamfight tactics (TFT) as well because of the very simple item system. However as soon TFT hits mobile I’ll play that exclusively because of a couple things. First, the movement is very confusing. Sometimes my characters will just sit there and watch the enemy charge at them, then the next round one character will charge into the fray all by himself, and then the next they will all charge forward. It makes it difficult to use formation strategies when you have no idea what your heroes will do. Also the game is a little too simplistic for my liking. There aren’t many heroes or factions and the items only upgrade into better versions of the same thing meaning it lacks the depth of the aforementioned titles. I feel like most of the time it just ends up being roll for higher tier units until I’m down to 50 currency. In other games in the genre this is a pretty poor strategy but I rarely place out of the top 3 using it here. Tl;dr If you are new to the genre this is a great starting point, but if you want strategic depth there are better games in the genre.

I really enjoy this game. It makes the auto chess genre easy to understand for beginners but does not take away the pleasure for more experienced players. Yesterday was an update. From what I have played of the new update I enjoy it. However, I have a problem. When I updated the game, all of my progress was deleted. I don’t know if this was intended, but all my progress was wiped and I have to start all over. As someone who has played quite a bit I was very disappointed. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else, but that is the one glaring negative to this game. I highly recommend this game to new players and veterans of the auto chess genre. Definitely worth playing.

Great game only 2 major problems with it 1st when it comes to re-rolls and probability I’ll be one hero away from a 3 star and will use literally 50 gems re-rolling but that hero won’t show up for those re-rolls or for the rest of the game it’s absolutely ridiculous especially when the other team has nothing but 3 stars! 2nd the darn elf Assassin with the special attack of absolute doge is way over powered when u level her up right she can literally throw up the shield non stop it leaves you with a literal 3 second window to attack her so as a 2 or 3 star she becomes impossible to kill👎🏾 plz fix this game I love it but it’s gonna be uninstalled till some issues are fixed

The auto-battler game mode is a fatally flawed design. The randomness of the recruiting phase makes it essentially luck-based. Chess rush is a fun and visually attractive version of auto-battler, but it suffers not only from being strongly luck-based, the P2W aspect, and the fact that “featured heros”, which strongly affect recruiting, are not available until the player has spent a lot of time leveling up, make it extremely punishing for beginning and casual players. The devs can say all they like, but they’ve created an extremely unbalanced game in which losing is sudden and often makes no sense. Frequently, the margins of victory are so huge that it’s indistinguishable from someone having cheated.

Ive invested at least 7 hours of my time and effort into this game. I have come to the conclusion that it is 100% luck based. I am VERY above average in terms of gaming IQ. It got to a point where I tried my absolute hardest and still could not manage to win. Playing 5, 20 minute games and not managing to come in 5th place has led me to delete the game. The “gameplay” is very confusing and difficult to follow along with. I found myself SQUINTING at my screen half of the time. Your health bar and your opponents health bar are almost quite literally the same color. This makes it very difficult to make adjustments to the setup of your board. The “re-roll” feature is quite frankly rigged. I guessed the outcome of the re-roll five times in a row. The RNG can get so bad that your opponents literally instantly kill you in combat if you don’t pull good creatures. Everything from the item drops, to the re-rolls, to your starting hand. It’s all way to random. The game is more about gambling and dopamine response than high IQ/enjoyable gameplay. Fantastic concept just executed very,, very,, poorly.

Once again, a fantastic game ruined by idiotic rng. When I play literally dozens of games and not find at least one part of my combo while fighting multiple players with not only their full combo by round 25 but three str versions of them, I wonder. When I play seven games in a row trying for a mech combo and not find ONE legendary minion after literally dozens of tries while nearly every game I played had a full mechanic combo WITH. Legendary, I get upset. When I play hundreds of games and constantly end up behind in men and behind in stars because I have spent every single penny trying to get three in a row, it’s not me it’s you game. Either I am the unluckiest person to ever play this game or your RNG is off and needs to be looks at. And to be clear, this game is outstanding in design, interface, everything but the one thing hat counts. Getting troops to win games. Let me know if you can get this fixed game.

Please make it easier and quicker to collect all rewards. Having to open a dozen chests and rewards every time I sign in and after matches is not even worth the rewards themselves. Please streamline that process and make the “battle pass” rewards better than just gold and endless exp boosts. We don’t need that many boosts, and there aren’t enough items to buy with gold. In addition, the absolute worst problem since one of the recent updates is that I have to click EVERYTHING more than once for it to register. It used to be so smooth and quick but now everything is sluggish. I sent in a bug report months ago.
