Great after recent updates... now I want Events!
I love this game! It has been more balanced due to recent updates (thank you developers!) and is very fun in later game stages, when you really get to take advantage of some strong upgrades and boosters. Be prepared for a long commitment to be there. I also really like the in-app purchases. I think they are very fair and worth the $$$. Now I think events would be a great addition! Things are starting to get repetitive with the same planets over and over, so a recurring weekly event would be a lot of fun and add more value and replayability to the game. Perhaps the event could involve a new galaxy with new and different planets that would help you gain boosts, managers, credits/ anti-mater for the main game. Looking forward to see what else comes out of this game!
A fresh new game! Highly recommend!
When I first got this game, I thought it might be enjoyable to play this game, I thought, like most other mobile idle games it would be bloated with ads and offers as a cash grab, but when I played it, it never put on an ad without me putting one on, I can tell the creator just wants to make a fun game for people to enjoy, that’s exactly what I like, other mobile idle games just want money, and make me dislike the company, this game truly was enjoyable and playable without ads and offers, I highly recommend this game, it is truly made for fun not money.
Great Game
This game is a lot of fun. It has a progressive curve that doesn’t accelerate so quickly that you just unlock everything and get bored. But it also isn’t so slow that you just get sick of it either. I bought the remove ads pack, which has also made a big difference for me. But other then removing the ads, everything except 2 ship upgrades is unlockable without having to spend money, which is great compared to all those games out there that has IRL $ required in game currency. I see myself sticking with this game for a long time.
All progress lost.... and then paid progress restored
Original review below: I am updating my rating and review. Customer support was able to recover my purchase. I did however have to start over. I did not have much time invested so it is not that big of a deal to me. The app itself has been very very fun. At just before seven am Eastern time (U.S) all progress and purchase data was wiped for my save including my save. Emailed support and awaiting response. Will update review accordingly. Just reiterate, I spent money on the game and that data is not even able to be restored within the app.
Almost Perfect
I have been playing since early access opened, and I have to say this game is extremely well polished. Definitely earned my investment in the booster packs despite the price! The only thing I would love to see changed is the value of the beacon upgrades. Currently the price increases but the boost stays the same, significantly reducing the value of purchases after the third or fourth. I would love to see the boost slightly increase with each purchase so my investment in no ads not diminish as quickly as it has. Great game, five stars! Keep up the amazing work! Cheers
Fun to play
This is one of those idler games where it’s so worth it to remove ads and soak up those ad benefits without watching anything. I love this game, it didn’t hit me at first, then a few month later I started playing again and got hooked! I just want to collect ore and speed up my ships. My only suggestion is an auto-sell feature that we can toggle on and off for each resource, it’s not that fun to have to switch back and forth between screens and manually sell things all the time.
Smelting and crafting glitch
This game is really the best, but one time I was crafting some copper and silver and bronze bar at the same time and I went offline. When I came back, To my shock, I hadn’t gotten any bronze bar while I was away, but still got copper and silver bar. Just today, I returned to the game, expecting my crafters, which were crafting lenses and glass at the same time, to have crafted a good amount of lenses, but I didn’t get any lenses while I was away, only glass. Is this a glitch? And if so, please fix it.
Probably the best
This game has done everything correct and has became a favorite on my device if not the favorite. No forced ads, no tacky banner ads stealing away the art, no forced cash shop pop ups. You can actually enjoy the game and focus on its grind with out constantly being annoyed and these developers seem to actually care about the app because it actually gets updated. This is one of those idle titles that deserve way more exposer than it has
Pretty great game
I rated the game five stars because honestly it’s a great game, pretty much everything you want in a idle type game is right here. I truly can’t wait to see how the game updates and improves over time great job dev’s. But with all this praise there is one thing lacking to me and that it doesn’t really seem all that rewarding in the sense that the player doesn’t get well rewarded when unlocking a new planet or just getting achievements if that’s could be improved I’d be 100% happy
Great concept, needs a bit of work.
Overall I dig the setup of this game, and I really appreciate Devs that include a “Remove Ads” upgrade/pay option so you are not sucked into endless ad loops. A few things I dislike though... The Market probably plays too big a factor into a run. With good RNG the boosts the market gives is amazing to a run, but other times I go several cycles with only detrimental market conditions. The Ship Speed units have no meaning to me, I can visually track the ships moving to see the effect but I wish the unit listed gave me a better idea what to expect. Lastly, as other reviews point out, the scaling feels a bit off in regards to credits per Galaxy Value. Shot runs and quick sells seem like the way to go unless doing a Challenge.
Not bad, slow and easy idle game
Been playing for about 30min, and I’m beginning to see how it’s a balance of money and stockpiling. Mine ore, and sell it for cash... OR save up a ton of it and slowly craft it for more money in the long run. Each time you get a planet, you might get a new ore or more of an old one to stock pile. Spend your cash on new planets, mining speed, ship speed, or ship storage. Each planet has its own upgrades for the speeds/storage, so you have to spread the love. So just sell it all, right? Wrong; you need to do research, which first is ore, then tons of crafting materials to get to the NEXT research. Get ready for the game of “save or sell”!
I love this game, but ...
I found the game a few weeks ago and began playing. It is pretty cool. I play, and enjoy it a lot. I have 1 complaint and 1 suggestion. Complaint - I realize this may be considered a young adult game, but planets that are cartoonish, which look like eggs, wagon wheels and (presumably) Borg cubes are a total turn off. It seems like such an unexpected deviation from an otherwise fantastic game. Why not make the planets look like, oh, I don’t know ... planets? Also, don’t make any planets look like other planets. I mean, you have several planets that are identical (in shape and style) to others. You have free artistic license, make some changes to the graphics. Suggestion - I have reset and started over three times. The planets are always the same names. Surely you can put in a list of 200 planet names for random selection when a new planet is selected/ bought. OR, you could let the players name their own planets. Nonetheless, I enjoy the game. It is a fun distraction. Keep up the good work!!
Awesome game!
This is a really fun game, everything I want in an idle mining game! My only issue with it is that I play on an iPhone X and the GUI is a little funky unfortunately. The menu buttons at the bottom happen to right under my “home button” and are occasionally hard to click on. In the smelter/crafter menus, the GUI blocks aren’t placed 2 next to each other as they should be, they are one stacked on top of another, making it take a little longer to navigate. Otherwise, this game is amazing and even with the GUI issues, it’s worth a download.
New Manager UI overhaul made it worst
Latest version update brought drastic change to the look of how the game manages the assignment of your team of Managers, and a new tab. It used to be easier to look at the planets, see the details like which Manager is assigned, how much ores are mined and might need to be shipped back to the Ship. So swapping Mining Managers for a Pilot or Cargo Manager was easy, since you only have unassigned Managers to look for. Now you have all of them, without any filter option to streamline the process. Good intention, but bad execution. One of those instant classic examples of “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” case studies for a Harvard MBA course.
