Great way to refresh your knowledge of anatomy
Loved this app, the ads are bearable considering it’s free. The way the sections are designed are great so that you can fix the answers you got wrong before moving on to the next section. Minor bugs with duplicate right answers that will trigger right/wrong based on which one you picked: cerebrum (two options)
Great program
I just started school as medical assistant and I needed something to help me yet self test myself in knowledge about the human body, this program is fanatic. The only thing that I don’t care for it’s the constant advertisement of games that have absolutely nothing to do with anatomy.
Real A&P
In the newest edition of Human Anatomy and Physiology by Marieb and Hoehn, there are some discrepancies in this app that doesn’t correlate with real A&P. For example: the body is made up of 60% H2O in males and 50% in females, not 70%. Also, potassium and iron are more in the cells than body fluids which is Sodium. I’m sure I will find more discrepancies.
Great
I love the idea of not giving each round so many questions. The questions are fairly easy especially if you’re fresh out of school, but it still gives a fun challenge
Love taking a break from the textbook!
This app takes away my stress from the textbook and makes learning anatomy and physiology fun ! Yes there are a few grammatical/ spelling errors but they are not too bad(: Thank you for keeping it free and I love the graphic design. ~
Misspelling
This app is overall great. I do wish they would of double checked for errors, and some are simple misspellings. For example the hip bone was spelled hop bone. Also the triquetral bone is spelled trquietral. Please review your spellings and errors.
Pre-Nursing Student
I’m still in the beginning phase of the app (1st level). It would help if the questions began with more basic introductions and functions of the human body. Additionally, I would love it if when you got something right or wrong, a pop up message could go into detail about the question and answer. Other than that, I’m sure familiarization will help.
Good app but the text is too small
I have 7/20 vision and it is very difficult to read the questions overall a good app but there should be a text size slider or something of that sort.
Great method, easy to get into and stay, but...
I've just started, like it, upgraded, and wanted to give a 5 star review. But I've read reviews about anatomical spelling errors that would indeed be very problematic. I'm conflicted and very disappointed. It's an erroneous vocab builder (like for Scrabble, etc) and study aid. And if you're learning incorrect spelling that's simply a BIG problem. However, this is just a quiz app and is otherwise will done in the method that it works in which it's not ridiculously difficult, anyone can learn, and it builds a knowledge base well - like the other great apps from this dev. Until errors are have been corrected, I wouldn't recommend this for anything but an interesting and fun diversion.
Glitch? Maybe??
It’s really good until you get a question that has two of the same answers ; I clicked on of the right answer and still got it wrong. The same answer was written twice.. example : “the patella is found in which part of the human body?” Leg ? (Correct answer) Leg? (Correct answer) Arm? Shoulders? I clicked The first one and still for it wrong 😟 Has the same question but different answers.. Example: “the patella is found in which part of the body?” Leg ? ( correct answer ) Shoulder ? Back ? Heart ? Then another screen would ask “ in which part of the human body body?” Skull? Eye ? Arm? ( their correct answer ) Leg? (Correct answer )
Slightly disappointing
I enjoyed this app, however, there are many spelling errors in the questions and answers, which is problematic. I also feel as if there should be pictures along with the questions, so if you get a question wrong, it can guide you to the correct answer.
Great in theory...
Downloaded this game to help me study, but beware - many of the answers are incorrect. The same question is asked on several levels with different answers being counted as correct. There are also questions where the exact same answer is given as more than one option and if you choose one over the other, it is marked as incorrect. Potentially very confusing.
Accuracy issues
Fun level-based quiz game. However, they need to work on the accuracy of how some words are spelt. Also, I’ve even ran into questions where the right answer is duplicated but only one is the “correct” answer. Fix those things, include picture-based questions (its anatomy) and it would be a decent app.
There are too many errors...
I’m interested in learning anatomy and I think this concept is good, questions will be repeated until they are learned in order to move on but the errors cannot be excused. I understand that the developer is not English but the spelling errors I found make it very hard to determine what it means and imprints wrong in the mind. I am fairly proficient in my bone anatomy and one question asked what a bone in the arm was the answer should have been scaphoid but the answers all seemed ridiculous and the correct answer was ‘sacapohid’- close I suppose but that is not the correct answer. I don’t mind human error so long as it isn’t a learning tool, I understand that humans make mistakes but before I give a 5 star rating I would like these errors to be resolved.
