How does it Work?

His face is sweaty, legs weak, gloves are heavy

there’s blood on his shorts already, feels unsteady

he’s hurting, but on the surface he looks strong and ready

to throw bombs, but his shots keep missing

the title is there for the taking

he could be king, as he moves up, a new contender

choke now and its gone forever

as the rounds go on, a fire rages deep inside of him

he won't quit, until he's Undisputed Champion!

    I’m enjoying this

Yes controls are simple. Jab, cross, block. Hook would be great, or perhaps uppercut. But others said make a combo, use your fingers to make a combo noobs. This game reminds me of good old rink king! Plus this game has blood! I just jab opponents to make them bleed, and make the floor bloody. Multiplayer online would be great, but as the games is. I paid for it after the first match. If anything could you add a hook? Thanks dev!

People who say this game is too hard are trash

Seriously, this game is really fun, the art style is sublime, and the bots are nice and challenging. I beat the career mode on my first try, losing twice along the way. It’s supposed to be challenging, don’t let the 7 year olds convince you that it’s too hard

Love the game - Wish it had more depth

I love playing this game and have done multiple play-throughs with different fighters. The game is super fun the first 3-4 hours but it can get stale quickly. Probably perfect if you have a plane ride or road trip and want a time killer. What I would love to see in this game if the dev has the time to update it again would be just a little bit of depth. Maybe tweak the stamina system so it doesn’t recharge as fast or set it so that it can’t refill completely. I would also love to see stamina and health have a larger impact. Another suggestion would be to make title fights a few more rounds (6 or 8), a record screen showing local records for fastest knockout, punches landed, punches taken, and strikes absorbed. Finally I think that a quick tale-of-the-tape card would go a long way in adding depth. Just some info about the other fighter’s record, age, country, etc. Anyways, fun game overall!

Decent game, mechanics are a bit mysterious.

Hello, your game is pretty good. The career mode is satisfying to play and the gameplay is great. But the game seems to do a poor job of explaining its mechanics. A lot of your systems are either hidden. Or unexplained and many would probably not realize they exist. Mainly, the determining factor in a knockdown is very mysterious. And one can be knocked down while most of their health and stamina remains. The “chin” stat seems to hint that there is a hidden modifier of how close someone is to being knocked down but it goes unmentioned. And “chin” is a very mysterious stat itself. Does it increase the upper limit this hidden “Knockdown” bar can go to? Or does it affect how much damage any landed punch will do? As an example, with the lowest chin stat a punch does 10 damage but with one extra level, it will do 9 instead. Additionally, there is little explanation as to the differences of the 2 types of punches besides of course, the fact that jabs are good for keeping distance. And the implication that the cross does more damage. Though this may be irrelevant considering that many who play this game would probably understand that anyways. If you do read this devs, could you shed some light on how knocking out another boxer works? And how the stats can affect it?

    I have a few request

It’s an alright game for what it is but there are a few things i would like. A little bit less random flash knock downs. More opponents, instead of 30 maybe 40-50 so that you might be able to retire and have fought a whole lot more people than the same 5 people when you get all three belts. I also would like random ranking moves so that maybe some random opponent from #30 can make their way to #1 contender it would allow for more “realistic” gameplay. I would also like it so that the beginning of the rankings were more random so i don’t have to fight the same champion every new game and maybe the #1 contender from the last game can be #26 the next game. It would allow for a different experience every time.

    Great game

It’s a really good game, I see people’s problems with the controls it just takes a little time to get used to. I was having trouble clicking from my jab to my cross at first. I think the game is a lot of fun and I have played it for a few hours now. The only problem is that it’s repetitive and their isn’t really much incentive for unlocking all the boxers except to do the same career over again. Also their isn’t enough to do with the money. If the game just gets more filled out (which I’m sure it will with time) you have the potential to have one hell of a game! I really am enjoying the crap out of it and can see myself coming back to play more!

    Pretty good arcade style game

This game is pretty good! The career mode is fun and satisfying, and the all the characters add a cool dynamic as well. The game is very arcade like, and you should not expect too much depth. There is a couple of complaints I have with the game however. Sometimes you will be knocked down when you have much more health than your opponent, but your opponent won’t get knocked down. This game seems a little luck based in that way. Also, I wish there was a little more to the game, like a training mode, or a mode with power-ups, or something else new and exciting.

    Little Fun Boxing Game.

I really like the pick up and play concept. It's fun to play but the only issues I have is that you can't seem to edit anything. I would love to customize the difficulty and match rules. Also, it would be a really cool idea to edit the boxers names and fonts to the players liking. I want to personalize it to real life boxers. Maybe have a little create a fighter mode🤷🏻‍♂️. Overall a neat game. I'd get it if there was a sequel with more substance in it. Id purchase it whether you make updates to this version or a part two. Thank you.

    Like the game very much

It’s decent. I really like the game, because I felt this game is pretty realistic. It was hard at first, but once you get the concept, well, still hard, but manageable. If this game was super easy, it must have been not so fun. You constantly have to move to avoid getting attack. Just like real boxing. I got all the belts. The only problem I had so far is that I cannot find purchase recovery. I paid for the removing ad on an ipad, but that doesn’t work on an iphone.

    Mhhh

It's not a bad game. However after an hour or so of playing I still have no clue what chin or speed does. Is speed how fast you punch or your actual moment speed? Is chin make your chin look better or lessen the damage you take? There's also a mechanic where you can get one shot. I'm sure there's a reason for it but it's really annoying when they're very low on health and they knock you down. I feel like these things could have been covered in the tutorial, but they weren't. Put those in the tutorial please.

Impossible to win past 5 games

I beat about five people and was about 5-1 but even the first match I had to put so much effort in and just barely won the match. When you’re playing you notice that you’re beating the 💩 out of the other player and his health barely budges and regenerates 100% more quickly than yours. I really like your games and it would be nice if you could make it a little easier so that it could be more fun and enjoyable. 👍

Fun game but why is nothing explained

It’s a fun game but there seems to be no rhyme or reason pertaining to why someone gets knocked down. Sometimes I get knocked down when I am dominating the fight. Also, what does upgrading “chin” do? Does it mean you are harder to knock down? You can take punches better meaning less health lost? Some explanations or descriptions would be nice

    Yeaa.

So it’s a cool game, my only problems are that the feedback is not sensitive enough. I quickly jab then block and the game doesn’t work. I jab, but then my guard doesn’t come back up? I hold the button down and nothing happens? I try to go a quick one two and I only pull a right straight without any jab? Also, I don’t know if the movement is supposed to be that sluggish, but I really have to focus on moving in a direction in the game with the analog. The buttons are also a bit small. We should have the option to change them. I am playing on the highest difficulty btw. And another problem of mine is the tutorial. It doesn’t say anything about the chin or stat bonus points or anything and can leave a player clueless. I don’t know about the other reviews because the are all so happy. But I respect this game because I was looking for a boxing game because I like to box. I don’t like the other ones and I was thinking maybe you can improve it a bit so I and others can enjoy it more. I like the style. The characters and everything about the set up. It’s just the small stuff I mentioned. Sorry if I sound negative, I’m just like this as a person. And btw can u include characters from hajime no ippo. I see u have a character that looks like takamaru and the second page and maybe ippo as the second to last character. But I want a definitive ippo like character. That’s just a personal want. Have a nice time and good luck with your career!

    Trash

Way too hard, I played like 6 rounds, which i know isn’t much, and lost 36-38 every time, which honestly makes it look like you can’t win at all??? So, I mean it’s pretty bad. I understand in career you have upgrades which can help you win, but on quick play there’s no strategy or anything, you just buttonmash and lose. The other guy is way too powerful, and neither of his stats go down hardly at all. I’m gonna keep playing and see if anything changes, but I wouldn’t recommend this game.
