This is the best game I have ever played. It is so fun. You always have something to do. I am only on the 4 level but I can tell that it is SUCH a good game. You almost always have money to buy stuff. Every time you complete a level you get energizer. And every four hours you get to spin a wheel. I spun a wheel a couple minutes ago and I got the best energizer. I think they should have put it at 9 plus at least because everyone should get to enjoy the game!!😁😁

I absolutely love this game it’s so interesting! But I have run into a problem, when they ask me to assign Tiny to the kennels the only thing that comes up is my nurse. (Which is busy at the time) and even if I unassign her to a room and assign her to the kennels the other room is still flashing. Please help me cuz I can’t do anything else til this is fixed! But I love the game!!

I can barley make it past the first level because it won’t give me Tiny so I can put him in the kennel so I can’t really get anywhere so I tried to download and delete the app several times but it still doesn’t seem to work.

There is a big glitch in the game . On level one it tells me to put tiny in the crate room so I go to do it and he is not available to click on anywhere! I can’t do anything until I get tiny on his job! so please fix this bug or I will be deleting this game.

Why has this HOSPITAL game been turned to a freaking food service game?! Like I was really looking forward to a veterinary version of Operate Now but we can’t even perform surgery’s. What the heck!

I absolutely love the game. I just wish I could interact with my patients. Like I wish I could see who is getting checked out were. Like say the animals name it’s breed why it is in the hospital and it’s age and stuff like that. I also wish you could see them in there cages like I could tap on the cages and see the animal and it’s issues. Please think about some of these updates and this would be the perfect game. I enjoy playing this game but it has glitches. For example, the app crashing when you’re trying to watch ads. And the last time my game crashed it took away money from me and stopped an update on a building I had already paid for. So I had to pay for it again.

I’m at level 14 and it’s been pretty fun. Game suggestions: have more quests available whether adding more to each level or after watching adds and allowing for the rearrangements of the different rooms. The adds freeze at level 14 so you cannot collect more gold hearts, cards, or speed up recovery.

I was extremely excited for this game and now I am not feeling it... It was fun moving the staff around and learning new recipes to feed the animals but now I’m on episode 12 (no surgeries so far even after adding an ER). I’m getting a little annoyed with not being able to finish tasks. It feels like the makers of this game couldn’t care less about your experience and only care about the money they are making from the players purchasing hearts/cash. I say this because it seems absolutely impossible to buy what you need without taking your entire stock of hearts and cash. It took me 10 purchases this last time to get 10 skill points so I could level up a staff member to complete a task. Now I am in need of 1 more groomer to start this new task. I have bought 10 staff members since getting this task and this is not including the 3 duplicate staff members I received. Great now I have tons of empathy points, tons of unneeded staff members, no cash, and no gold hearts. Unless something changes, I will more than likely be deleting this game. It could really use some work.

This could be a fun game, but needs lots of work. The money payout for tasks and missions does NOT work!! I have not been paid for any tasks or missions for weeks. Also, don’t waste your time watching videos. They either do not work or rewards and stars are not given for watching. I do not like the time management games and would prefer doing operations as promised in the advertisement for the game. I would never purchase any money or stars in fear that I would not receive them. I have wasted many hours on this game with little reward. I feel ripped off. I have been waiting for these issues to be fixed, but the bugs continue. I do not recommend this game! Forgot to mention that recruiting staff members is a total ripoff!! It costs cash or stars to attempt to recruit staff members . My money and stars are taken and I receive no staff member just some useless cards or 10cv ! This is highway robbery especially since I rarely get paid for any tasks or missions. I would like to get what I paid for. Once a staff member is bought and paid for there should be no duplicates. This is the classic bait and switch con scheme.

I get an error message every time I try to open the game. “There was a temporary error while connecting to the game’s content. Please try again later.” The problem is I have tried multiple times and still get same message. I have tried to shut down my phone and power it back up. Same error. I tried going to the App Store and seeing if there is a new update, nothing. The sad thing is I haven’t been playing very long. I been playing long enough where I don’t want to start from scratch because we know how long it takes to get to where you were with all the gold and experience of each character. I play there other game “Operate Now Hospital” and never had issue this severe to where you can’t open the game for multiple days and still can’t get on. Very frustrating to the point I may just erase and never play again.

This game is so dumb. It says there is so much more to it in the add. But when you get in the game some of the stuff that’s in it is about cooking and the animals get mad if you take too long. It says you can do storylines which isn’t even in the game. You can’t even go in any of the rooms you buy so there’s literally no point to it. I was so excited that there was a game that actually was like real life and then it turned out to be trash. This game does not deserve a four star rating. If it were my choice it would have a one star.

I can’t even get past part one. Seems like there is a glitch. I too have played the other operate now version and never ran into any problems. Was really excited about playing this one because I love animals so much. And what a disappointment that I haven’t even been able to do any operations. The crazy part is that the story line is set up in a way that makes it seem like I was supposed to do the operation. So don’t really understand the point of this “game”.

I’ve played the original game for a while and loved it, it was super immersive and fun so when they came out with this vet version I was so hyped, I mean who doesn’t wanna help animals out? Well I’m almost at level 10 now and have yet to actual do any operations... so what’s up with that? The advertisement video for this game shows operations that you can take part in but when you actually play the game they are no where to be found. So far this has been a huge disappointment.
