I really enjoy this game. I even suggested to my sister and she is enjoying it as well. I have some confusion on people complaining about having to shuffle. I think I have only used that option a couple of times. Why? You may be asking (or not) it is because I use the other choice of restarting that particular level. I already know some or most of the words, so by restarting I can now do them in a different order to find the word that I missed that made the puzzle not work right the first time. It really doesn’t take that much longer. Also, the ads...well some of them...can be skipped after a few seconds, as there is a double “arrow” or ff symbol >> in either the upper right or left corner when you tap on the ad, touch that symbol and it takes you to the end of the ad. I agree with everyone else about the ads. I understand that They are needed as are commercials on TV, but some of them are so long and as one reviewer said, you get so annoyed that you go to a different game or to Facebook or whatever. I do like the updates with a lot more options to earn coins. That is wonderful. I also like the fact that you can find more words for extra points, previously if the word was already found you couldn’t find it again. At some point there would never be any more new words to find, hence no coins. So that was a great update. I know you can pay to have no ads, but there’s no way on earth I’m going to pay for that. That would be cuckoo. Anyway I absolutely love this game and I do it every day.

Absolutely love the idea and the gameplay. Very clever. But I have just one concern. I really dislike apps like these that make you PAY to get rid of advertisements. Look, I’m no expert in games but I do know that there are plenty of other ways to have a successful game then this pay for no ads strategy. I’d rather have you increase the ads then having to pay to banish them if you guys are THAT anxious to put ads in. So I leave you with one question, will you be the first to have a successful game while ALSO finding a better and officiant way to put ads in. That’s up to you, but I high HIGHLY recommend you banish this obnoxious ads strategy. Anyway keep up the good work and try to be the first to stop this. Thank you and goodbye!

I’d like to say straight out that I love this game. Some of the words are easily found but others require multiple shuffles. I can see some words that would be successful but can’t get to them without a shuffle. But when I go to reshuffle, the free button shuffle is darkened and I am unable to continue. How many times are you allowed to shuffle before you are denied? If I don’t have the coins necessary (for whatever reason)to purchase what is a person to do? While I hate the adds that are a part of the shuffle, I should not be limited to the number of times I choose to invoke the free shuffle. As a second thought, perhaps the adds could be rotated so one doesn’t have view the same add 6 times in a row. If I already have the game being advertised, or I’m not interested in the game, I shouldn’t have to watch the same add. Change it up each time. Except for these issues, this is really a fun game. The word categories are not easily guessed which makes the search even more challenging. Fix the advertising issue and I give it a 5+. For now it’s a 4.

Just started playing, but so far, so good. Playing has been lots of fun, but since m not certain why you get the puzzle name, like “Things with wings”, after you have finished the puzzle. It would be more beneficial to know the puzzle theme so you would know what kind of words to look for. So far, that’s not been a problem; but later on, as the puzzles become more difficult, it could make thing dicey. Right now, when I find a word that is a legal word, but not part of the theme name, the game puts those words in a list for later, when I can convert them into coins. I’m always ok with getting extra coins, but I think knowing the theme would be more helpful as time goes on & the difficulty degree advances. Even so, it is a fun game and one I would recommend. In fact, I have my husband playing it right now. How can you loose when you can increase your vocabulary & have fun while you’re doing it!

Hey...love the game and addicted to it. I’ve been playing for a few weeks now up to level 500s. Yeah there are ads but what do you expect, the game is free to play plus it’s more entertaining than some games we pay for. Some ads are useful...anyway. I came up with an idea and I hope it can be implemented. Why not give additional coins for guessing the puzzle theme? Not verbatim but start with like 25 coins for guessing the theme after completing 2 words then the coin value decreases as more words are revealed. That’s one challenge. Just trying to think of more ways to get coins especially since it costs 80 coins per hint. Also, have another daily challenge and timed puzzle challenges for additional coins. That’s all I can think of...can anyone else think of anything? Let’s try to help, think of solutions for our criticisms/complaints. Thanks...Tenaj’

I love the whole game, without the ads of course. I had to remove them because they were so annoying and in front. One ad was at the bottom of the page, flashing. I couldn’t stand it and that commercial showed up EVERYTIME I opened the app. But what gets me the most— the fact that a game runs out of words and you have to watch a video or spend coins to shuffle the tiles.. WHY?! It’s not MY fault that I’m not finding words in the order that the game wants me to. And that’s not even how a real crossword puzzle works. There is NO excuse for having to restart the level or forcing someone to either spend coins or watch an ad just to shuffle the tiles because they didn’t find words in the ‘correct’ order you wanted them to. The shuffle should be free, period. ESPECIALLY when there’s “no more words”. Other than that, I like the game. I just really hate the fact I have to watch a video to shuffle the tiles just because I found another word before the others. I hope that gets fixed in the future because now I’m getting that message on (yes, literally) every single level that I play.

Of the dozens and dozens of game apps I have, the game play on this one is really at the top. It’s fun and challenging and I would have given it 5 stars...except for the horrible ads! I understand and support completely the value of advertising/commerce in gaming; however, this is excessive imo. I have no other app that has this level of ad activity. Starting a game, restarting a game, ending a game, winning a game...everything cues an ad. A loud, annoying, multi-part ad which means you have to turn off your phone sound completely or play the game only when you’re alone or in a place that is noisy already. I’m not opposed to paying for ad-free, but it doesn’t seem as though there are very many “towns”/levels to travel through before the game is completed, so I’m not sure it’s worth it. A shame, since this is really a clever game and fun to play...if you can survive the ad assaults!

I really loved this game until I started running into a problem. I’d find several words, then there would be no more potential word to find and I had to watch an ad or pay coins to shuffle the letters so I could continue. I think it’s very poor game design. It doesn’t happen every once in a while, but every other game I play or more! I don’t want to sit and watch ads all day or pay a triple the coins I get for completing a level to shuffle the letters. It’s also frustrating that once you find a bonus word, you can’t ever find it again and get credit for it. It makes it discouraging to find a word, get excited, then find out it’s just a bonus word you’ve already found and you get no credit for it. Like, c’mon. I’m deleting the game because the annoyance isn’t worth the game play. I hope I can find a similar game without the same annoyances and poor design.

There is an ad at the bottom of the screen 📺 & Ads after every level. If you answer the phone 📱, receive a text, check your signal, or internet connection another ad (not short ads but long ads close to a minute). If the app is idle for a couple of seconds another ad, not short ads but ads that last up to 60 seconds. Another problem is that you can’t ‘x’ out of the ad, the ad will go to either the App Store or to the website pertaining to the ad. Ads during game play also come up, an ad came up while selecting a word. Also the app becomes non responsive & have to close out of the app. No way to close out if the ad doesn’t play. The daily games are now broken down into five smaller games. With an ad before the game and after each level in the game, just another way to play more ads. Also if you mistakenly touch the ad at the bottom of the screen, the app will go to the page of the ad & when you press “done” another ad appears and you have to wait for the ad to finish before returning to the game. The view videos for points is placed too close to the ads located at the bottom of the screen & is just another way to force you to view more ads. Don’t like the new daily games, takes too long to complete the game. This app went from a good app to basically just a app full of ads, the ads are longer than the actual game.

I Removed the game within hours of downloading it to my phone. Every word search required shuffling the puzzle’s letters - to line up as words. Each shuffle sends you to a pop-up with option to use 120 coins or “remove free”. It is not “free” because I spent 30-60 seconds on each word watching ads to download the same three games repeatedly - so it has a time loss factor cost. If you close the ad you lose the new shuffle that arranges the letters into recognizable words. Time is valuable, relaxing while playing a game should not require watching 30 seconds - one minute for almost every shuffle of letters to shift into place. Sometimes I had to do 4 shuffles to completely get letters in word form, for one word. Depending on the number of words in a particular word search you can spend 3-5 minutes solving a short 5-8 word search puzzle. If the purpose is for users to buy coins, or what ever, after downloading, be up front on the App download - say so! My recommendation is do not waste your time downloading this game if you are not interested in wasting more time waiting and watching dis-interesting ads, repeatedly, encouraging you to download more of the same type time-wasting games, or paying to remove ads. Glad I kept my paper word search books!

The purpose of this app is to find words among the letters. You find words vertically or horizontally, but not diagonally. You watch sit through a game app advertisement video before every game. Note that very often the letters must be shuffled because the order they are in does not create any words. To reshuffle the letters, you must either use your coins or watch a video. The video at the beginning of each game is usually longer than the game. Being required to watch multiple videos to finish a game means you will spend more time watching ads then you will finding the words. There are only a handful of advertisers, so you end up watching the same advertisement constantly. The designers of this app may or may not have noticed how ridiculously long most of the ads are. Some ads don’t even allow you to opt out of them before you start your game. You can press the ‘x’ to opt out over and over, yet it will not function. That’s a sneaky & nasty little programming maneuver by the advertisers. I long for the days when I could pay for a game app but, alas, this app designer has sold out to the advertisers. I will delete this app after this review.

I found this game in an advertisement in another game. THIS game is not at all how it was advertised in the OTHER game I was playing. It actually looked interesting in the ad of the OTHER game. Then there’s the matter of ads on THIS game... There aren’t any more annoying ads here than there are on another other game but I’m saying this because the game still has potential (even though the advertisement for it was a lie). Don’t bombard people with stupid ads every 30 seconds. I get that games like this earn their money by ads but it makes the players hate the game in the end, which will result in deleting. (And Yes, I deleted both this game and the game I found the ad on). And maybe that’s the goal of game devs who earn money from ads— to entice people to get their games with false ads, pelt them with other false ads once they get the game then repeat. But if you want a meaningful game that people would actually be willing to pay for and give you money that you deserve, I’d suggest fixing these problem. Not that I have any stakes in this, I just deleted the game. It’s just a tip.

I write this review as my last move before removing this game. I usually don’t write reviews but am doing so in hopes of the possibility of helping others not fall into the trap of downloading this app. No game should be completely reliant on either your endless purchases or having to watch endless ads. I enjoyed the game itself but if you find yourself at an impasse, which can happen often (it’s part of the format), then you must purchase help or watch ads. In watching the ads you are also forced to listen as well even if you have turned sounds off in the app and in your settings, this app overrides all settings. Having sounds on through ridiculous ads is not just annoying but a complete intrusion of the individuals personal choices and rights. I’ve tried to stay with the game for several months thinking that it may evolve as you level up, it does not, it actually seems worse. There are a lot of other apps to choose from, if you are allowed to read this review I strongly recommend that you choose one of those others.
