When I upgraded, I lost all my coins and 2-3 years of progress. I left a one star review and some pointed remarks. They’ve corrected and made me whole again. Thank you. I love your slots!!!! Thanks for paying attention !!!! Cheers

I love the new update all my coins were still there when I upgraded and the graphics are out of this world and with the big pay outs it’s great two thumbs up 👍👍

Recently they updated the game and just about ruined it for me, they deleted my favorite games Silver Ball slots and Coins ahoy. They also locked my progressive back to only several games.

The game offers extra points for watching videos. Trouble is, 80% of the time the points are not awarded after watching the video. Other times a video doesn’t even load. A screen appears saying “video loading” but nothing happens. The game has to be closed, and then reopened to continue playing. I’ve report d these issues several times through the app’s support link but have never received a response.

I have been playing this game for a couple of years, it's been one of my favorites. But, lately the payouts have been less and farther in between wins. That's why I'm taking a star away! I am on a fixed income and don’t have the luxury of purchasing coins. I have to patiently wait all day to accumulate enough coins to begin, only to not get 1 win! Or, the bonus spins are now bogus spins. To win NOTHING is a sin! It’s what you play for! You’ve cheaped out !!!!!

Don’t upgrade this app. It has ruined the game. I cannot open any of the games. It tries to open for a minute or so and then crashes. I paid for some of these games to open and now I can’t play anything anymore.. l am very sad to have lost this game I had enjoyed for so long.

I sent a review and a month later I got a “developer response” telling me to contact support w/ my specific issues. Of course I had already done that and would have made a change to my review if anything positive would have happened. Not only did nothing positive happen but I was basically called a liar when I explained that there had been a technical issue that caused a massive loss of coins. It’s stunning that these games never rake responsibility for something technical happens to cause a problem but are more than willing to beg players to spend money. If you choose to download this game, just know that you’re on your own if there is any kind of technical issue!

Listen I don’t mind giving you guys money every few months to play this game because you deserve it for creating this app. However when my last purchases have only lasted an 1 and 1/2 hours than you’ve lost me. I expect the coins to last longer than that so no more cash from me. My money will go to another app that I seem to be enjoying more and who rewards customers that purchase. Certainly longer than and hour.

The game after a purchase changes. It will automatically raise your bet without knowing. When there is a purchase offer you don’t get what is advertised. The game is for entertainment but it becomes a nightmare. Spend your $ where you get the entertainment value. I’ve been watching videos to get extra credit. Only half of them are paying credits. Every other one does not pay up! By now they owe me over a million credits. I’ve been writing them about it and all I get is a generic answer. This app used to be fun now it’s a rip-off! Now the experience bar does not work. Again I ask for assistance and no valid response. I guess all they care about is that you spend real money!

I’ve never seen a a tighter came then this. I love the graphics but when I play I rarely get jackpots or anything to keep playing. I won’t pay money. I just can’t afford it. Loosen those games up soon or I will be deleting the app. There are thousands of slot games out there.
