Im only ten so this is a review in a nutshell but still: THIS GAME IS THE BEST!!!! I play it all the time it’s super cute and it’s always exciting to see what I get! Also I would be good if you guys added some more things to do and mabey a winnable pet?? If you guys want of course not my choice btw: I really wanted to spacificly (lol I can’t spell) tell the artist that the art is really good and I think you should take it fearther than you ever thought you could push yourself!! I know it’s corny it makes sorry cringe XD but it’s true so just know the art is good and never doubt yourself!! Now for the music maker! (Lol im sorry XD) the music is really unique but wait!- don’t you dare think it’s in the bad way it’s in the really good way!! I think you should also take it farther!! Maybe Start a band or something?! Idk do what you want! And finally for the game coders.....: WOH im really amazed by how well it’s made I’ve never even had a glitch or it’s timed wrong nothing! It’s really good and I think you should all work together to make more amazing games!!! Keep in mind I’m a depressed negative 10 year old so hearing this from me means ALOT I hope I’ve made at least one person smile while reading this anyways it’s time for sorry to go byeee!!!💕💕

Yes, yes I am writing a review because the app asked me too. However, I truly do enjoy this game. I love the collecting the cats and costumes and dressing them up. The little kittens are especially adorable. I know some games make you wait until your energy is filled up or something before you can play again. I guess the equivalent would be the rods breaking and then you have to wait like a half hour until they’re fixed again but if you have enough cats it not really a big deal(you’ll understand what I mean if you download the app). I like that a lot of things aren’t too expensive considering the rate you’re earning game currency. The only thing is the shells are difficult to accumulate at a time and some things make you pay 10 shells or if you want to adopt a new cat when you upgrade your ship it’s 3 shells. But I have to pay every time cause honestly how do you turn down a cat? But other than that this is a great game to play when your bored and really enjoyable(especially if you’re easily amused like me).

A great game overall. The content of the gameplay doesn’t vary much, but it’s so cute that all you REALLY wanna do is get new cats. It probably gets repetitive after a while, but in short bursts it can be really refreshing. Compared to other games, (specifically Idle games with little out no thought put into them.) it has a unique premise, and lots of thought put in. Did I mention the Wikipedia references? Anyways, it’s definitely what I look for in a mobile game. It doesn’t have to be like something a big developer like Nintendo or Microsoft makes, but it should offer a unique experience when pressed for time, on the go, or just when you want a change of pace. 5/5 for Creativity and Thought. (Also I know this game also has an Idle element to it, but I meant games like the Idle Tycoon type of game, the type that just reskins the same elements, like type of development pattern, restarts, etc. I’m not saying that can’t be done, but you need to put more into it.)

If you are a kawaii lover, this game is for you! I think the ads are a little much but over all a great game. I am totally in-love with the game and I cannot stop playing. I’ve looked at the one star comments and they just say “all you do is fish, boring”, but the game has a lot more than fishing to make it a good game. For example, you can upgrade your ship, there are new islands or body’s of water, and you can customize your little guys! I’m not that deep into the game I’ve only been playing for 6 days now but I’ve discovered a lot these past days. Would totally recommend to people who are bored in quarantine or just anyone. I wouldn’t say there is anything wrong with the game I absolutely love it and if the ads could be just like 1 or 2 less I’d still play. The ads don’t matter to make this a great game it’s just my opinion. If I could give 6 stars I could! I got hooked from 1 day of playing and I think you’ll too!

I have enjoyed this game thus far. It runs well and the ads aren’t too invasive. The actual mechanic of fishing is simple to use and I’ve had no issues with it working incorrectly or unfairly. Most everything is on a timer, but I don’t feel like I have to buy the in game currency (shells, I believe) to speed it up just to play, nor does said currency seem to be insanely rare. There are also some boosts available by watching ads, but you’re not forced to do so. The game is cute and fun for fans of cats and simple games. The only thing I kinda wish was different, is that I wish you actually fished up fish. But the game doesn’t suffer from not doing so, as it does have neat little relics to fish up. I’m a sucker for collectables and this game has two: costumes and relics. Tl;dr A cute little game with simple mechanics that doesn’t try to force micro-transactions on you. And cute cats!!

Iv been playing for a few days and I CANT STOP i ,I’ve it I it makes me so happy it’s really cute and I really love cute games and I love cats I have a cat on my own and I really love this game all the way because he is really I love sailing I love adventuring and you can explore a different world and I’ve always wanted to go to Japan so it just makes me love to be more three levels and unlock really fast and I really want it wanted to open another level because my brother I play on his phone sometimes and I finish on his phone and my nowSo can you get more levels so we could all play and if you didn’t pick five then I’m going to be super super sad to Verizon who’s looking at these I love them and there’s a tip if you wanna write a review and you don’t wanna just use voice use voice with Mike so it will do it I really will give this a thumbs up and I really love it five stars

I got this game from playing Kawaii kitchen and this kept coming up (but I was not annoyed, good job for not pushing it a lot!) so I saw my friend had this game also from Kawaii kitchen so I gave it a try, and I think it is so very very cute!! I have no bugs no lag and the ads for purchasing things are very good and fair, and the beginning was very magical and Kawaii! UwU The cats have very good costumes, no weird glitches with them at all! And there is a good fair wait for when you get a bottle and a good price to get more spaces, everyone who made this did a amazing job! You really know how to capture a twelve years olds attention! I love animals and thank you for putting in emotes and stuff in texting, very adorable! So all in all..This game gets a five stars from me, thank you for making this and a lot of your other games! Lots of love from a fan! 😻😽😹

So, I started playing happy hop. And every time I join in there’s a sign for sailor cats! So one day I just decided, I’m gonna try this! At first I was like, oh gosh this looks boring, five minutes later I’m chilling with my cats. I’m not a fishing person but I love cats, apparently they go well together. I’ve been playing for about two weeks and holy moly. The way you can feed clean and pet your cats is so cute! But the only thing that bothers me is with the shells...the chances of getting shells or so low, and the amount of shells I gotta have to get a new cat is way to high. Maybe do something else with the shells and just make the cost for cat coins instead of shells or something, other then that great game If I had to pick between witch game is better happy hop or sailor cats I might say sailor cats, thanks!

Sailor Cats is a awesome fishing cat game and I dont love it, I LOOOOOOOOOOVE it! Although I get a few ads, i’ll just have to get over it. I love the way that you can collect so many cats, costumes, relics, and more. Personally, I love dogs better than cats, but that’s just me. I love this game whether it’s cats or not! I also love the way the cats meow. It’s so adorable! I found Sailor Cats just by my younger friend sending a link about him receiving a costume, and I thought “Hey, lets just give this a try!”. I looked at the ratings and reviews, and it was good enough to where I was going to like it. I recently started, and once I got it, I was hooked! This is one of the cutest games I’ve ever downloaded. It’s a great game to play if you’re bored. It’s not one that will stress you out and there are no problems with it glitching or crashing. Honestly, the game would be perfect if it wasn’t for the fact that THERE ARE SO MANY ADS. The game already has a lot of incentives for watching them such as free shells, fixing fishing rods, spinning the wheel an extra time, and speeding up the time it takes to open a bottle. I don’t mind watching ads for these. It’s just overwhelming when I feel like there are ads just to continue playing. I understand I can choose not to watch the ones that give incentives and only watch the mandatory ads but that would mean I’d only play until all my fishing rods break and come back only when they are fixed and my bottle is ready to open. I get it, everyone wants to make money. But maybe there can be other ways and more incentives to watch ads so the players don’t feel like they’re forced to watch 30 ads in one sitting.

The game is really good. The graphics are cute and smooth, and I love the cats and costumes for them. What I don’t like is the shells and their functions. I understand you need something for special currency or something to buy new cats with, but I don’t like how much the cats can cost. It’s too difficult to get shells that the amount new cats cost is too much. I also understand that a free game needs some way to get money, and I’m ok with microtransactions in general but not when it’s the only way to quickly unlock things needed to continue the game. I think the shell problem can be easily fixed, though. Making the cost of the cats consistent instead of increasing should help, or making it much easier to get shells without paying. Or making it so you can buy cats with coins instead of shells. You can keep the ability to buy shells, though, just do one of the above if you want. I would appreciate it, and I’m sure everyone who plays the game will too.

I’ve been playing this game for a whole 2 or 3 months now. It’s a great game. However there are to main problems I want to address. I’ll address the major one and then the less major one. A major bug in this game is that it give me the notification that one of my cats have fished a relic but if I do anything before reaching that screen my cat would not have a relic. I’ve waited till it happened 3 times so it was just a one time thing. Another problem is that the special events costume only comes in a certain month. I’m almost nearing to the “end” of the game. I just need to upgrade my last ship to the final upgrade and buy 6 cats. Then I’m basically done with things I can finish myself. Relics is something I can’t help. However the costumes that come in a certain month annoys me. I need to keep this game for about a year to Truly finish it. That’s all. I truly like this game though

I’ve been playing for a few days now, and I can’t stop. Kawaii is truly apropos, between the costumes and the different cats (and their names,) the ships, the treasures, all of it. I’m enjoying the crap out of it. Even the ads are fairly unobtrusive, and sometimes even profitable (in-game currencies, it’s actually pretty cool.) Try it! 😻 ETA: Upon getting further along in levels, acquiring shells (available for $) and relics (not available for $) is becoming a lengthy and rather tedious process. I’m sitting on hundreds of thousands of wood and gold with nothing to do with them. I also couldn’t help but notice the ads are getting longer, some up to 45 seconds, which doesn’t sound like a lot, but with the frequency of them, it seems excessive (and repetitive,) and that’s after entirely stopping watching them for bonus currencies (long ago.) In addition, I am less than thrilled to be getting many duplicates of costumes from the bottles. Also, the game has been crashing a bit lately, first with swiping to other areas and now with costume changes. I’m still playing, but don’t know how much longer I’ll hold out due to disappointment and monotony.

This game was a lot of fun for a while (and my son greatly enjoyed it too), but now it is boring and repetitive. I’ve upgraded all the boats and unlocked all the cats, so all that’s left to do is collect relics and costumes. I have all the current costumes and can only receive duplicates until a new month begins as each month comes with two new costumes. And as for relics, they are very rare and I don’t even get one a day. I still have 77 out of the 192 to collect. If I were guaranteed at least one relic a day, or if i could get them on the wheel, it would be much more enjoyable, as well as getting all the costumes year round. I don’t think it’s plausible that someone would play this game for a year or more for so little, especially when you get to the end of the game so quickly. Once you upgrade everything there’s no point in fishing or collecting bottles or completing tasks (so basically, anything). So, play this game, but realize it’s only temporarily fun.
