It only works on newer devices so when you buy it you may have to get a new phone or IPad
Garbage
Will not connect to bluetooth. Called customer service and was told that many people were calling in about this issue and that there is a problem with their app but could not give me a timeframe as to when it would be fixed. The customer service rep offered to send me a return box and shipping label lol. Very, very disappointed kid on Christmas.
App won’t start the cars
The app won’t connect to the track. I had to restart my app multiple times and it doesn’t start. It keeps telling us that the AR is connecting then it says battery not charged. It lets the cars run a single lap then return to charging.
App doesn’t work on iPad
In two player mode half the time it won’t connect. It refuses to scan the track, if I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely unusable.
Doesn’t work
You have to scan the track with your device but the app never completes the scan.
