I quit playing all my other games! You don’t have to watch the ads if you don’t want to but you gain items for the game by doing so , so doesn’t bother me. They are not long ads and most are interesting. This game has so many different parts it doesn’t get boring! Again I absolutely love this game and spend too much time on it! It’s addicting!

I love them game, but at times there are screen freezes. Especially when you have to watch the video to get various items. I have lost jokers and other items. Developer support has been working on these issues with view an ad and ice cards that can’t be replaced.

I love playing this game but I get up so far in the levels and then next time I get on it, it restarts to the beginning. It has restarted on me 3 times, just now for the 3rd. I love playing it but why does it do that. Thanks

Just started playing and there is a major glitch. After playing a game, winning that game, watching the ad then going back to the game, it halts and won’t let you receive the prize you just won. Plus when you go out of the game and come back in, which is the only thing you can do, you find out not only do you have to replay that game again, but now you also have to give them 10 more energy. My rating is in the middle but it can go either way. Hope it goes to 5 but that depends on the game developers...

What do you do with over three hundred thousand gold coins. Since this last update it isn’t letting me to finish to get my points and I have bought several sessions of jokers today, but not dropped into my site. With this last update the tournament is not working. I am going to delete this game if you don’t get it fixed. I am tired of the same games over and over, it is now getting boring, please fix the tournament You have not fixed the tournament yet, please fix it so we can play

...if there wouldn’t be ads after every scene. Now, it promises you that once you have purchased something, ads will be limited. I twice made a purchase, and the ads in between games disappeared... just to reappear after some time. So annoying!!! I don’t mind spending money on the games I love. But I am not willing to spend $4.99 every other week. Please fix it or I will delete a game that is otherwise really good. Nice - game insight fixed the problem the next day. But now I have a new one. From one day to the next the game reset itself and I lost all the progress. I am at square one at expedition camp level 1. I play on an generation 6 iPad, so that can’t be the problem. Please fix.

I genuinely enjoy the game; however, I can’t get passed the second level in the Temple Ruins because the app keeps glitching. I’ll watch an ad and when I get back to the game, it’s either stuck in the loading screen which I then have to close the app and reopen in order to resume or at the end of the level which doesn’t save my progress or rewards earned during the game because I have to close and reopen the app. If this wasn’t the issue, I’d love the game and give it a better rating.

I had this game on my old Galaxy S6 Edge which wasn’t supported anymore and therefor didn’t get updates. That version of the game was 100% cards. This new version has levels with gems when you travel through time and I hate those levels. Please bring back the levels that are all cards. This is a solitaire game and I want all card levels. Also I used to be able to watch ad after ad and stock up on jokers to help in levels and now I cannot do that.

I love this game... when I’m actually playing it. I spend more time watching an ad than I do playing the games. The game tells yo7 that you can stop the ads with a purchase... I did that. Worked great. For about a week. Then I read on here “just restart the game the ads will stop”, well now I’m restarting the game every time I open it to play it. Probably will end up just deleting it even though I love it. Tired of every game these days bombarding me with ads.

This would be a great game, but there are way too many issues. Many features do not work (eg double your reward) and causes you to lose energy because the game freezes and crashes. I also tried to purchase in app twice and I was charged but never received my purchase. Customer service said it would give me enough crystals to make up for the first purchase but I haven’t seen them yet and had to try a second purchase. Which I was charged for but never received. Again. As mentioned in other reviews, there are way too many ads, and they are not short ones! The developers need to do a LOT of work on this app if they want returning players. I would be happy to update this review if there are major improvements.

I really liked this game but all of a sudden I’m back to the start with quests that say ‘item will be available later’ - can this be fixed?? 12/17 update: I uninstalled / reinstalled / started completely over - had been playing fine for the last week or so UNTIL I go there today and my progress was wiped out AGAIN. 2/3 update: Well it does seem as if the new release might have fixed the ‘reset progress’ bug HOWEVER now the game hangs all the time!! Play a game - typical video plays - completely hangs after that, only background is visible, accomplishments from that game not recorded, only way out is to kill the game and reopen it but with no progress getting recorded quests are completely unachievable.

I had finally found a game that didn’t have ridiculous time constraints with a “you have to give us money” tilt, and after the newest update, it’s now a “give us money or you can’t actually play” game, so I’m going to go ahead and uninstall it. It used to be that I could continue playing, had access to bonuses, and the ads were great ways to earn rewards without breaking the bank. Now, I’m strictly limited to how long I can play (because playing a round, win OR lose, takes your energy and will not give it back) and that means I could miss out on a bunch of stuff because there just aren’t enough hours in a day.

The new update absolutely ruined the game. Not to mention weeks before the new update I wasn’t able to earn any awards at all. “Support” team was no help of course. I use to play this game all day long and now I can’t with the new ad settings. You can play for five minutes max before running out of energy. Without energy you can’t do anything. Game now crashes every 3 minutes. Great dig is the same level every week. Not to mention it’s a level that takes 10 times to complete once. Literally awful since the update.

I love Solitaire-like games. Nothing makes me happier than getting long runs of cards. I used to love this game, but the newest levels are not solitaire anymore. They are 3-in-a-row (match 3+ colors/shapes), similar to Candy-Crush/like games. The thing is, I play several Candy Crush games & don’t find them as interesting as Solitaire-like games. I am super bummed. I waited a long time for this update & new levels, only for them to be boring match-3 games. I am going to delete this game now. 😢😢😢 It shouldn’t be called “Solitaire “ anymore either.
