I don’t write reviews UNLESS i need to!

okay this game is actually AMAZING. if you like horror genre or more specifically jason; this game for us for you. while it’s a puzzle game and some people don’t like puzzle games, this one is worth a try. the graphics are good BUT in my opinion the animations for the final blows could be better. jason comes in many different outfits, different weapons, and you have even his his mother in the upper left corner of the screen. if you buy a weapon’s pack of any kind and i think a rare jason outfit— you disable ads permanently so if you need help you won’t have to watch ads to get help from mother ... definitely worth the $0.99 for one of the jason packs or weapons. you’d think this game would be easy but there’s actually some puzzles in here that get you confused and frustrated which is what makes it fun. i 10/10 recommend this game for anyone who: - likes puzzle games - likes horror - is a fan of jason - likes a good challenged game

Can’t believe this is free! IAP doesn’t work...

This has to be the most well thought out and addicting puzzle game of this kind I’ve ever played! The rewind action button is so useful! It’s the little things that makes this game so unique. The characters and weapons, being able to unmask Jason’s after their episode completion is pretty cool. Plus the sharp detail, cinematic kills and other game modes that make this an exciting and rich puzzler. I completed all the episodes, now I’m trying to buy the last 4 episodes but the IAP doesn’t fully load to make the purchase. Not sure if I need to buy the episodes them selfs or just buy any IAP (like a weapon crate) to get them. I’ve tried purchasing both, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Please fix, really want to buy and continue on to the next 4 episodes. Keep up the great work! Thank you Blue Wizard :)

    It's a Bloody Good Time

I love this game. The puzzles fluctuate in difficulty so you won't get fatigued by back to back mind benders. The animations are hilarious and Ms. Voorhees floating head is a brilliant touch. There is a PG mode for younger / more squeamish players, but the gore animations are very cartoonish so I recommend keeping the setting to R. It only took me a couple of weeks of casual playtime to get through the free levels. There is a daily puzzle challenge and the option to buy more levels. I like that the game is free to play (besides the extra levels), but doesn't have annoying third party adverts. They do advertise their game bundles occasionally between puzzles. Overall 10/10 would recommend for Jason and funky puzzle game fans alike.

    Still unhappy with game

I am playing the game then it just crashes on me and then I have to do it all over again and when I try to trade in my weapons in it just crashes and I don't get a crate from it and I just feel like I was robbed of my hard work and it just crashes and doesn't work property and when I am trying to get the other Jason's it just says cannot connect to App Store so I don't know what wrong with it and it's starting to make me unhappy with the game that it does this everytime I try to do it,also when I try to play the game on the go and I bought a Jason it says I have to buy him again and I was like I just got him and now I have to buy him again

    Jason vs. puzzle this time.

Will Jason kill? Yes, but you have to help him get there. It feels easy to start, tough to master, but this puzzler will keep you entertained. Premise is simple, get Jason to people to kill them. The catch: he can only walk in a straight line. Jason’s headless mom is there to help with hints (buy something or watch an ad) and there are multiple unlocks for Jason to use for his killing (There is a loaf of bread, Its my favorite item to use). Complaints: I’m not too keen on buying special outfits, but I can’t be upset as this is a free game. If you’re a fan of Friday the 13th and like to solve puzzles in your spare time, get this game. For the squeamish or folks with kids, there is a PG13 setting.

Best Game Ever! Only one thing though.

I love this game! It makes me think before I just move anywhere and when I move somewhere that’s wrong I think “Should have thought before going. I would recommend this game to people that want a challenge. I like the animated version and would play this game over any other game. The one complaint I have is that you have to buy some really cool Jason’s with money and for people that can’t buy it feels bad that I can’t get. Also, some of the episodes too i width I could play them but I can’t. I like the different weapons you can use and it’s a great game. This deserves 5 stars!

Love the game but I wish more Jason’s

It’s a great game if you love the movies and if you want to challenging puzzle game, but there is a catch I have completed it and I would like more Jason’s to pick from like form the movies. I know some are already in there like zombie Jason (6), Uber Jason and part 3 but I would like a part 4, 8, or even 9 if you want it but it wasn’t a good move. I just would like more because I already have everything and I would love it if you added more and maybe some more levels? I don’t about that because I don’t have any ideas. All in it’s a great game and I recommend playing it if your a fan.

    Horror Hound

I’m Someone who wants to play every horror game there is. So I was upset when I learned the PS4 game was online only. The idea of playing as a horror legend, especially an 80’s Slasher was a dream come true. Or a nightmare, because me not having online meant the disc was essentially a paperweight for me. This app brings my once lost dream of killing Camp Counselors as Jason back from the dead. This game is fun, bloody, an instant classic in my book. The puzzle aspect is a little monotonous but I don’t mind. It creates an entirely unique way of playing. 5/5 stars because this is a game unlike I’ve ever played. Especially on mobile. I rather like puzzles anyway.

Love the Game, but having problems with our Mega Bundle purchase!

My wife and I love the game and decided to purchase the Mega Bundle with all levels, etc. It opened up on mine with the purchase appropriate levels, but my wife’s iPad does not reflect our purchase. We uninstalled hers and re-downloaded it but no extra levels. How do we get our purchase reflected on my wife’s iPad too? Thanks, Gary Update: The folks at Blue Wizard Digital are outstanding in customer service! I experienced a problem with a purchase and they were quick to respond and corrected the problem with grace! Thanks, Blue Wizard Digital, you are awesome!

Great puzzles and fun deaths- one complaint

I just completed the game and unlocked everything but a few weapons. And I bought a pack to support the makers. So, obviously, I liked it. A lot actually. The main game pays homage to Jason with many different versions of him, familiar and new. And the use of Mrs. Vorhees is fantastic. I love Jason’s henpecked responses. The daily death is a fun challenge as well. Not a huge fan of the murder marathon. Just not my thing. But it doesn’t effect the rest of the game. The puzzles are truly well-crafted. I commend the designers on them. My only complaint, and seriously, only complaint- is the lack of special abilities for different Jason’s. I know Jason is Jason. But with electric Jason, ghost Jason, etc - there are many opportunities to have fun features as a reward for unlocking them. It would add replay value as well. Maybe ghost Jason can go through certain obstacles. Or toxic Jason stuns victims like when the lights go out. Things like that. In line with that, maybe upgraded kills with certain weapons. The deaths got a little monotonous towards the end. Not terribly, but it lost some of the fun. For the first but, I was always excited to see the final kill, then I wound up just kinda meh with them. Again, doesn’t affect game play. Just a nice to have. Overall, you guys absolutely killed it. My complaints are really just suggestions. I would encourage anyone to get the game and have fun.

    Great game but buggy

Going to get the bad out of the way. This game has two pretty game breaking bugs. There is a bug that can be done pretty consistently to despawn the cats and bypass any level with them, the other is what prevents me from a 5 star rating; there is a cut scene bug that crashes the game and in the event this happens you will lose ALL your progress on a stage. It has happened to me twice. You play through a stage completing levels, all to get to the last level to experience a game crash. I’ve had to restart twice now from the beginning of the beach stage. Other then that, it’s a very fun and well put together game that keeps the ads at a minimum. There are TONS of different kills and kill animations, sweet skins, cool and wacky weapon unlocks, and a above all challenging and rewarding puzzle style game.

    One criticism

This game is excellent. Loads of fun. Smart, funny, addictive. The music is great, the gameplay is clean. You should def download it, it’s unlike any other game out there. My ONE suggestion to the devs: I’ve been playing the game for months now doing the daily death and I’ve finally reached lvl 100 and yet I am still missing many, many weapons. I feel like for the amount of time I’ve played (albeit for free) I should have accumulated more. Makes me wonder if the only way to get them is to purchase them or to play the game in perpetuity. There are a lot of ways to purchase things on the game, I even bought the electric skin myself, but it feels like too many things may only be received thru purchase, namely the weapons. Ppl will still buy the levels and skins.

    Addictive, frustrating, awesome!

I’m totally hooked on the game, being a Friday the 13th junkie I’ve been waiting for this, since the day I heard it was coming out! Only negatives I’ve seen so far is that the game randomly freezes, at first I assumed it was because I’m using a 5s, but then I used my kids iPhone 8 and his froze too. The optional Jason’s that you can buy seem to be a bit pricey at 3.99 U.S. dollars, but if you can live without them they aren’t a necessity. If they were .99 cents or maybe a single price for the bundle I would probably buy them to be honest. Can’t wait for it to be on the google play store so I can play on my tablet instead of my tiny phone screen

    Wickedly fun, but...

I'm going to downgrade this two stars because of the monetizing aspect. After paying $10 for the "mega-pack" AND finishing every single level, and unlocking Ghost Jason, I'm still 29 weapons short of unlocking all of them. I even restarted the game, finishing an entire episode's worth of trading-in duplicate weapons only to receive MORE duplicates. It appears that the only way to unlock all the weapons is to buy mystery boxes. After shelling out $10 for a game (for the first time, ever, I might add), I've learned my lesson to never do that again. For $10 it seems reasonable that all the weapons could be attained through multiple play-throughs. But, sadly, this is not the case. Even worse, I supported this company with my previous purchase of Slayaway Camp, as inferior version of this game.
