Don't get me wrong, I love love loveee the game, but the Halloween update could definitely use some fixing. I completed the first set of tasks, but every time I try to start the second bingo board, the game crashes. Please fix this. We only have a few more days to enjoy or try to obtain these benefits.

I love this game. It keeps me engaged and I don’t get distracted, it also has a really cute layout and includes my favorite Sanrio characters. The challenges get progressively harder and it’s a good mix of challenging and relaxing! Sanrio is my favorite thing right now. I love the characters and the games.

UPDATE; I updated the game and played but it is still stuck on the same challenge and it still crashes after Game keeps glitching and crashing with the Halloween event. IPhone 6 Plus iOS 11. Other than that it’s so much fun!

I am stuck on the last levels and it says to use a character from “hello kitty” universe with fever power up... I have used every character I have an none are working. What am I missing? (Great game and love playing it!!!)

i tried being extra hearts and gems twice but it just says loading and if I close the app it says I still have 0 gems buy other then that its really fun!!

Hi. This game is really fun and I think everyone who loves Hello Kitty will like it as much as I do. You unlock employees to work at your cafe but all of the characters are Sanrio. So I would recommend this game to everyone who loves Hello Kitty 🐱.

Super fun game, wish there were more levels. And that there weren't so many diamond things to buy to get more helpers. Also, add more bingo cards!

Whenever there’s a claim for diamonds, the app freezes. Usually I’d reboot the app, and the diamonds would have been retrieved. But, please do fix this bug anyhow.

I cannot progress in the game. I have no need to purchase anything but the app will not allow the cafe to progress without purchasing something, seemingly at random. You can click start (to start a new day) and purchases come up. You close that and press start, and purchases come up again. Repeatedly. Force-closing the app does not fix it. Neither does restarting the iPhone. I have reached out to Sanrio via their site as the “customer service” link inside the app does not initiate any form of applet or email and they do not reply.

I got mocha then I got cinnamon for free for a few minutes I’m doing ma thing until I found out I had to pay to get cinnamon for free the game said everything was free until I found out I had to pay so then I payed then got charged and revived nothing this is a scam if you get that same thing that I did delete the game this is a true story and should get attention I hate this game I’m never downloading again plus since the game is so old that there’s no customer support to help I had to wait 3 hours for it to go away and play I hate this game it’s a waste of time because I only get 10 minutes to play without that sign then wait 3 hours to play again don’t download it’s a waste of your time

So, this game is pretty good over all- cute, catchy, and fairly addictive. So, I decided to do something I don’t normally do and buy an in app purchase. I bought the $2.99 pack of 30 days of gems. My card was charged, and I got nothing in return. I have proof of in-app purchase, and yet they gave me nothing at all. I honestly don’t even know what to do, because this game is so old and broken that their customer service place is literally shut down and broken. Get your stuff together, Sanrio-

I love this game... but I uninstalled it and when I installed it again couldn’t get into my previous account ｡･ﾟヾ(✦థ ｪ థ)ﾉ｡ﾟ･｡ is there any way I can get my progress back? I have a screenshot of my Id... Update: I hate this game... I logged in with the same Facebook account and the game gave me back my previous id but didn’t give me back my gems nor my progress!! I can’t watch any more ads either and the waiting time for more energy is super long! Can’t do anything without paying...

I don’t ever write reviews but I’m getting alittle fed up. I have had so many issue with this game. It freezes, requires me to buy things or else I can’t play, and now, I bought the gem pack for 2.99 and my purchase went through I have the receipt but I didn’t get ANYTHING from it. Nothing. I’ve tried to contact the game creators and the Apple store and it pretty much just seems like they stole my money.

At first it was a nice game and I liked it a lot until I tried to start a new day It would force me to buy stuff to play. I refreshed it and it still would not let me play. It was the STUPID add the get cinamaroll for free with every purchase. It’s really annoying. Please change this:/
