I love the game play. The overall quality gets 5 stars. I have no issue paying for in app purchases when it comes to games I really enjoy. The problem I gave with this Game is that the though the in app purchase are priced ok.. I.e .99 for 10 gold coins.. but when the lives are 9 gold coins that pricing gets expensive with the hard levels.. or when the power ups have no way of being created, only gifted, and are 29 coins etc, this is not reasonable. Even connected to Facebook I have literally no other friends that play this game so I’m either stuck at one level til Otis send something worth giving, or until I pay for the overpriced items. Edit: the additional tourneys make for fun game play when ur waiting on more lives. Great way to gain lives without having to pay and power ups without having to pay. Just beat lvl 400!! Waiting for updates!!

I tend to play a game to a point. At that point I am either eternally stuck with no freaking idea HOW to achieve the level or come to the realization it is no longer “fun” and is actually causing me so much stress I am physically getting ill. This game, I am on level 387 and still having fun. I love the opportunities to get free power ups by watching the videos (actually downloaded a few) and the fact with a bit of strategy and a bit of luck you can advance. I don’t seem to tire trying to figure out this game. I also am enjoying the story, however, some things are trying on my patience and at 57 years old your patience are wearing out. It is kind of like “oh let’s eat a bag of candy”. Great...get three stars to eat on piece. Next piece three stars.... Other than that, really fun game.

I beat 421 levels of your game to receive 42 red and orange stars. But I got one red star when I beat level 422. This means that I should have 421 red stars, and orange stars should have been calculated by how many 2 and 3 stars you achieve. Also, the levels need to be replayable like they were before. I am saying his because I really don’t I would like to breeze through the missions like someone who beat 420 levels should be able to. This is really unfair because now I won’t be able to go through the missions on the ship at all because the levels are becoming harder. Also, and I just realized this, you guys chickened out of the whole 7th sweet story. Are you guys ever actually going to tell us what that was meant to be... or not.

Usually, when I play these sort of games it’s really boring or there’s no background story. But this game met all of my standards, it has a background story, it was cute, and it was fun! Secondly, the qualities were amazing! It was everything you could’ve wished for in a game like this. I actually felt like I was in the game! This game was adorable and cute. It’s perfect for whenever you need to sit back, relax and have fun! I absolutely recommend this game, it’s free, adorable, and fun! Once you start playing this game, it’s like you can’t stop! And that’s exactly what happened to me! If you mixed adorable, fun, great quality, time and effort, then Munchkins would be your result! <3

I’m not one to write these reviews, but this little game is so much fun that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to tell you how much I like this game. I play several other games that are similar, but the Munchkins are cuter and the game boards are more challenging. I enjoy playing this at night when I can’t sleep...and during the day when I need to take a little break...I find myself playing this no matter if the sun’s up or down! Download it and find out for yourself how fun it is. The only drawback I see? More of my friends need to play so I have someone with whom to share lives!

The game has literally been stuck at calculating the cookie fish from the tournament for about 2 plus weeks. I don’t under the devs of this game! Do they not want to make money, it’s a fun interesting time relieving game. There hasn’t been a update for new levels in 7 months! The tournament was the only reason I haven’t deleted the game. The treasure challenge hasn’t been updated in over a year. The task list as well to update the ship, hasn’t been updated in over a year in the half either. I don’t understand with the devs problem is...

This game is astounding and addicting addicting. The graphics are great and everything is in order. I go for this game when ever I feel like I'm having too little candy. WARNING: do not play this game when hungry. It makes you starved. Literally. Once I did this game when I wasn't hungry and now I am. It actually does happen today. You should definitely play this game and less you really really really really love love love love love eating I mean this would make you really way too hungry thank you for reading.

I give the developers top marks for not being greedy and forcing you to spend a bunch of money to buy power ups to get through levels. I love that there’s a reason to earn stars to build your ship (otherwise, what’s the fun of earning points?) There’s too many games out there where you’re expected to spend waaay too much per day/week. Also, the main character is very cute and the way power ups are formed make them usable. I took away a star, although really I think it should only be a half star, for not being able to skip through a Dialogue you don’t care about. They come up every time you complete an action. You can skip to the end of a line but that’s it.

I really like this game. I have some issues with the number of moves that are given for what needs to be accomplished at times. I was a little surprised when it suddenly became a home building game, but I’ve gotten used to it and it’s actually pretty fun—I like the dialogue between Lemy and Remy. The little munchkins are just so cute! I just wanted to say, if anyone from the developers team reads this, when you interact with Mirena, the script reads taraot (or taroat, now I can’t remember). I don’t know if that’s deliberate, or if it should be tarot? It’s not tarot, (the fish game, that is)but it’s a little odd to see it like that. Otherwise I like it for the most part.

As you can see from my title this used to be my all time favorite game to play. But as I have gotten further in the game I have come across the same issues on more than one occasion. I have had coins that I’ve purchased that magically disappear when I come back to play the game. As well as lives that I have either earned with the daily rewards or ones that another player has given to me. I have addressed these issues in several emails to the games support email address and have received no response, no resolution and no acknowledgement of any kind. And don’t get me started on the unfairness in the higher levels where you are given 16 moves to achieve 75 or 432 items needed to win that level. I understand that you have to have some form of difficulty within the game but when the difficulty level doesn’t come close to the achievement level it’s diffidently a problem for me. So sadly to say if the issues that I continue to have with the missing coins (that I paid for, because you don’t have an option to earn them you have to pay for them) and the missing lives. I will be deleting this game. 😢

I absolutely loved this game until I got farther up in the levels. I would purchase coins and then my app would crash and repurchase the coins charging me double, and this would happen on multiple occasions. And the farther you got into the game the more impossible it was to pass the levels. Giving us 20 moves to get 200+ items is a bit unfair, and having multiple levels in a row like that was kinda a turn off for me. I understand that as the levels increase the difficulty also increases but it’s unrealistic making it so you have to buy coins. I wish there were easier ways to earn coins and power ups as well. But with all that being said I wish there were more levels.

I would give this game five stars if it hadn’t seemingly been abandoned. Yes, five months ago new some new levels were added, but there is no new main content to the story, which is where you spend the stars that you earn from the new levels. There are clearly whole sections of the ship that you can see were meant to advance the story and let players spend stars to clean up rooms and place furniture. But the developers haven’t added any player content to this for a long time. I would love to continue the story. Instead, for many months, perhaps even a year now, I’m stuck in the middle of the story like everyone else, because the devs won’t add content. I’m still holding out hope that this will change, and if it does, I’ll amend my review.

You will not be able to progress in the game without spending A LOT of money. Levels are rigged to require far more stars, candies, or doughnuts than are possible with the turns. Like, 15 turns to gather 400 candies with a power up only once, if at all. Even if you do purchase a package what you get is pretty useless. Minimum $10 to get anything more than a handful of coins, and coins don’t get you much, especially when it costs 9 coins each time to continue - I’m sure they did this on purpose, like charging $9.99 instead of $10 so you won’t hesitate as much to spend. You also need red stars to progress through the narrative. You only get ONE red star per level no matter your score. But, it takes seven or eight red stars to do any task in the narrative. Orange stars don’t do squat, but you end up with hundreds of the useless things. RIGGED! PLAYER BEWARE!

I used to love this game. The fact of everything in this game away better anything else I have played. I am now on level 398 and there is yet to be another room developed. I have 217 red stars and 118 Orange stars. And when a New room gets developed I will be able to complete it in one day and then will be waiting again for another room. Other games I play like that have all the roof complete it’s just getting to them which is the challenge is it not? I have contacted customer support and all I get is one will be coming. When? It’s been months. If you guys are not interested in developing anymore of this game then you should delete it and not get everyone’s hopes up there only three rooms available. Would have easily given this five stars if the developers cared about progress.
