I love this game and addicted
I love this game and addicted I never say that about any other game, but I logged out of the game jus a few minutes ago and logged back on and when I logged off I have over 10,000 insurance money that I could claim and then I logged back in and y’all took like 4,000 of that insurance claim please give it back I’m a normal on this game and I spend my actual money to buy some stuff I know this was probably a glitch and I’m not mad but I really need the 4,000 insurance claim money back cuz I was about to claim it then I logged out and it wasn’t there anymore all my stuff is at 20,000 to buy a new relic or 15,000 to upgrade the ones I already have I really need the insurance claim money back like I said I know it’s a glitch and I have not found many glitches to be honest like every other game and thank you for your time hopefully I can get at least 4,000 of the insurance claim back please
A wonderful spin on the clicker genre
Normally, I get bored with clicker games pretty quickly, and I simply download them to pass time and delete them later. This is one of the few that really gripped me and kept me coming back. Not only is the gameplay fun, but everything from the art style to the soundtrack is so delightful charming, I can’t help but log back in. Yes there are in app purchases, but none of the big things that cost gems look unattainable. Daily challenges and daily login rewards make gems common enough that I can foresee saving up for the big stuff. Not even to mention there’s a pvp aspect in which you can raid other players dungeons. Overall it’s a great game, and a wonderful spin on the clicker genre that I haven’t seen from any other game.
Broken ads
Watching ads give you multipliers which are essential for progress, but half the time the ads fail to play and break the audio on my iPad Air. Some ads are trying do a VR 360 thing and there is no clear indication if anything is supposed to happen or when the ad is ‘complete’ ... better advertisement QA and vetting or an option to pay to avoid ads would earn 5 stars from me. Until then, it’s a deterrent to play. EDIT: this is the only clicker game that’s kept my interest. It’s fun, funny, and hard to put down. Some performance issues the longer I play but ads seem to have improved. Thanks for a great (free!) game!
Love this game! But some problems...
Firstly I’d like to say that I love the unique spin on an idle game. I absolutely love the music which is something I can’t say as emphatically about any other game. I do have an issue with this game which is an audio glitch that constantly happens. I’m not sure what sound it is exactly but it will randomly start up and could take up to 11 seconds for it to stop. I thought it may have been some characters attack but I didn’t find any matches. I don’t know what causes it, as soon as I login the glitch starts back up. Please fix this, it’s the only problem I have with this game.
Great game
I’d like to prerequisite this review by saying I love Dungeon inc, and the app has lots of potential. My only complaint falls with the money-making system. The current money-making system is flawed, at best. To quote another reviewer, “Only the most recent two rooms matter.” It costs about the same to upgrade a room that makes 2dec. Gold as it does to upgrade a room that makes 100aa gold. It is important to note the soundtrack of the game. I normally don’t care about game soundtracks, but this one is just so good! The voiced lines are cool and the song that plays after you commit insurance fraud is funny and fun to hear! The characters and abilities are cool, and I particularly appreciate the dungeon design. Overall, the aesthetic and premise of the game is fantastic, it just needs some balancing work for it to be worth 5 stars.
Perfection overshadowed by Lag
I absolutely love this game. It's been my favorite game for about two weeks now (which is pretty good because games like these faze out in about a week). The concept, art style, and visually are all amazing. It is truly an outstanding game. However, the game needs work on lag. I have an iPhone 6S and every time I play there is some kind of lag, sometimes leading to a complete crash. 90% of the time when I spin the multiplier wheel and I finish the video the game crash and I have to close out of the game and come back in to receive my reward. If this lag problem was fixed and the game ran as smooth as it should all the time. This review would get 7 stars.
Good, but having some sound issues rn
Ngl this is my favorite clicker, especially with the little sounds you get from clicking on the background goblins or the employees, but I’m having a few sound issues since the latest update. One particular sound effect (haven’t played in a while, so I’m not 100% sure what the sound effect is supposed to be for but it sounds like something being thrown and striking a hard surface) plays repeatedly at random moments while I play. And lowering sound effect volume doesn’t seem to help. It’s not a deal breaker for me by any stretch, but I hope it gets fixed soonish cuz I love the music and sounds in the game.
Would be five stars
So i really love this game . Im a big fan of the idle/clicker genre, and dungeon inc masters upgrade progression and pacing alongside a solid aesthetic. There’s even added aspects from other Mobil game types you’d expect to see, like the car collecting/unit promoting of clash. You can even go head to head against other people. I’m the surface phenomenal game. But when you’re out of things to do and you’re just idling, that’s when the raids and audits grab your attention. Well I have yet to have a raid where my opponent’s power level was anywhere with range of mine. Don’t know how many consecutive games in ten minutes of nothing but horrible matchmaking that decide I lost from the start. At 7,500 team power I’m being paired with 20,30, and even 40k+ players. It also gives you player ranks. As rank 157 I was paired with rank 53. This is an infuriating experience, to have absolutely no control over the outcome of a match because the matchmaking system is soooooo incredible poorly designed. I forced quit the app as soon as encountering the problem and am trying to decide what to do. Why should I feel punished for wanting to play your game ?
Already “Beat” the Game
I started playing this game roughly 20 days ago, and I’ve already reached the final business upgrade (Midas in Boggington). It’s frankly surprising how I haven’t spent a cent on this game, and it already seems like I’m done everything there is to do in less than three weeks. While it does feel as though these were mainly due to recent circumstances for when I started playing the game (the Halloween-exclusive employee that I acquired in the raid mode, the multiple-raids update that was released three weeks ago), it feels in general as if this game was just left to waste away for who knows how long, since the recent updates only appear to be designed to make the game easier without adding any new content. While I doubt there will be any new locations/employees/functions added to this game beyond the multi-wave audits, I will keep playing until I fully lose interest, doing raids and defending against audits to get all the employees maxed out.
Great game, needs matchmaking improvements though.
I love this game, I really do. I enjoy coming onto the game and upgrading my characters and dungeons. My only issue, and from other reviews I’m not the only one having a problem with this flaw, is the raid matchmaking. Everything was fine until I added a rare character to my party, it shot my party power up into maybe the 4 thousands, which I was pretty happy about at first. Then all of my matches seemed to have a party power of at least 30 thousand. It’s gotten to the point that if I want to increase on the leaderboard, I had to send one character out at a time just to let them die while I kept doing clicker damage. It’s understandable that a game will always have bugs to be worked out, but I don’t understand why I see reviews from people having the same exact problem from over a year ago and it still hasn’t been solved.
Repetitive for an idle game with low reward.
The audio in the game is fantastic. Way above average. The levels in the game are repetitive. You have 8 stations you build over and over. Those happen in 5 locations. What separates a location is one small piece of art at the top which you scroll past and then everything looks the same. They’ve done a good job giving the player things to actively do. The rewards are very lackluster. In 2 days of play you will have basically seen everything the game has to offer. Some units increase the value of a room. Most are combat. Restart for bucks to buy the relics that really multiply things heavily. There are two tactics, one restarts quickly and doesn’t involve audits. The other is for longer direction and involves audits. How long your current session will last determines which route to take (frequent restarts or audits). The once a week rewards are basically a joke. Thousands and thousands of players. You can tell no one plays for long because it’s easy for level two people to get into the top 400 ranks out of thousands. Very few keep going to higher levels. A thing they do great is not making the player watch ads. You can play this just fine without ever having to watch an ad to get rewards. I gave an extra star for that and for the audio.
Great potential
I really enjoy the concept of this game and over all mechanics. I’ve had it for a couple hours and already bought a couple of the packs. There are some major problems though. The gold production is very unbalanced, and the raid matchmaking. I can look at my raid rank and find 3-6 other people at a similar rank and similar power as me but instead I’m match almost exclusively with people who are at 25-50 times the power I have and I’m forced to forfeit or waste my time without gaining a single key or point. Also, when I try to match again, I’m frequently matched with the same handful of people who are way ahead of me. I want to love the game but I don’t know how long I’ll keep it downloaded without some balancing of the gold production and raid matchmaking 😕
Great game, but one game breaking glitch.
This game is amazing, a great twist to your average idle game, being able to raid other people and audit against the AI. This game is an easy 5-star from me, but there is an issue with my Roll-a-dex. I was in the middle of a audit and I accidentally closed out of the game. This doesn’t seem like a big issue, right? No, When I came back to restart the raid, my tap damage in the raid was incredibly low, it was only doing 2,000 a tap, when it usually does around 1.5 million damage a tap. And my Roll-a-dex is around level 42 or so, and the tap damage has only gone up to 5,000, and I thought leveling it up would fix the glitch, but I guess not. This is an amazing game, but this one bug is kind of a turn off, that’s why it’s getting only 3 stars.
Super unbalanced gold making
The way is game is set up makes it so only your two most recent floors really matter. I have a floor that makes 500 cc in 10 seconds but costs the same amount to upgrade as the next floor which makes 2.5 ee in 50 seconds. I did the math and in order for the floor that makes 500 cc in 10 to make what the next floor does... I have to wait about 14 hours just to make what the other one does in 50 seconds. It's super broken. Part of the reason many people loved Adventure Capitalist is because the lemonade stand and the others can end up making more than what the highest one can. But in this game, you always upgrade them all together which makes this stand true no matter what. It would be A LOT more appealing if the two most recent floors weren't the only ones that really mattered...
