I don’t often write reviews but this game is too good. Whether you use a controller or the touchscreen, iPad or iPhone, this game is absolute perfection. Ridiculous dialogue, legitimately great music, and excellent mechanics make this an instant classic. The levels are the perfect length to actually be able to finish in a mobile session and the boss fights are extremely fun. I also love the pay model for this one; you can play a couple of levels for free and if you like it you can unlock the whole thing as an in app purchase with no ads or micro transactions. Wonderful! Play this game!

Listen, compared to most games on iOS, games like this deserve your money. The devs put out a quality side scrolling shoot em up with incredible gameplay and no micro transactions. The graphics are smooth, the story (if you call it that) is cheesy 80s sci fi, and they even let you play two whole levels free. If iOS games were more like this people wouldn’t have a bad taste for “mobile”

This brings back SOOO much nostalgia, the beautiful sprites, sounds excellent music and environments! This is literally a fantastic blend of contra, mega man, elevator action and more classics all in one! EXCELLENT job, hoping and praying for some DLC like new levels, weapons etc.. but man, this game is basically flawless and floods me with so many great memories from the 8 and 16 bit era! Well done, will be looking for more games from you in the future!

Fans both young and old of the retro-future 80s wave of action camp and old fashioned 16 bit gaming flare of the 90’s will be treated to an extensive action-packed adventure that can only be described as “Escape from New York” meets “Blade Runner.” Though I’ve only played the first 3 missions myself, I highly recommend this one just for the sheer vibe and execution alone and it’s well worth the price.

I stopped playing mobile games many years ago, but Huntdown changed my mind about them. The game gets everything right. Details, controls, story, replay ability. It is worth the $9 (or maybe even the original $20!) Huntdown has the makings of a cult classic. You should not pass it up.

What a great game. It's obvious lots of care went into this side-scrolling, 80's Sci-Fi shooter. Great aesthetics and pixel graphics. Great music. Where can I get this for pc? Please clue me in. I hope a version or port shows up on PC and elsewhere. I am waiting patiently for your next game Coffee Stain, whoever and wherever you dev's are. Please keep up the great work.

This game is really good . controls are solid story lines are amazing . Voices everything ! These are the games people want to find , and play. You guys really knocked it out of the park with this 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. hope to see more from these creators in the future for sure !

Great style, music, gameplay, who could ask who more? Only one thing: I want the old icon back! :) This new one doesn’t scream cyberpunk awesomeness to me like the old one did.

What a great game! Love the incredible attention to detail. Amazing atmosphere. Great references. Wonderful dialogue that occasionally had me cracking up. Like did he just say what I think he said? 😂 Oh and it’s fun to play too. Playing it with an XBOX ONE controller. Works great.

It's been a while since i've played an awesome mobile game like this. Awesome 80's rooted side scroller with lots of great cheesy lines. After playing the trial, I didn't hesitate paying for the full game.

This game is freaking awesome. The animations are awesome and the maps are very interactive. The game is surprisingly challenging on normal mode which I enjoy. I hope to have more maps/stories or game modes in the future!

Hands down, one of the best in its class. It’s got every thing; story, illustration, sound, replay, action, etc., and etc. If it wasn’t for the lack of button customization for controllers, it would be a five star game! Unfortunately, before I’m willing to drop $9+ on a game, I need to be able to choose my controller setup based on my playing preferences to enjoy the most out of my investment.

This game is super fun. I love the retro style of the game as well as the adventure the game holds. I gave it 3 stars simply because you have to pay for the full game. It is only a demo. If you have to pay for the full game, why is it it “free” when downloading? If that is the case, you should not make it a free to download game, you should just make people go ahead and pay for it. Other than that, great game.
