Even though there are four islands, what most people don’t understand is that Poptropica has been a thing since September 2007! That’s almost 11 years of making the 58+ islands! Poptropica Worlds only recently became a thing. So don’t complain about the lack of islands, be excited for the new ones. They can’t create new islands like THAT. There are some minor things though. There’s a small animation glitch that happens sometimes when I enter some places where I drag one of my feet when I walk, it doesn’t drag when I run, but it’s fixed once I enter a new place. Also, once in a while when I try to complete Crisis Caverns, when I ran through the caves back to the surface when I beat the lava, it sometimes crashes after that. I’ve beaten Crisis Caverns before on a different account, but can this happen on nobodys account?! Thanks!

The game is fun! But after a while, I press buttons like the menu, the shop button, and others. The buttons just stop working, along with my Avatar. My avatar doesn't walk, he only jumps. But I know that You guys will do Great! Also, please add some more Islands, I'm finished with the all the islands that you have. One more thing, please and I mean PLEASE make at least two doors free to unlock. Not only will it help the house tutorial, it will give the players encouragement to unlock the membership to unlock more doors! Poptropica is a great game! I keep up the great work you guys!

I was disappointed at the lack of islands in Poptropica worlds and finished both of them in a day. Please add more islands! I found in Crisis Caverns (SPOILER ALERT) that the dial thingy mixes up before your eyes and you can just take a video of it and rewind. This makes a seemingly hard part of the island easy. Other than that it was a fun and puzzling island. I also noted the new more realistic animation style. It's a cool animation but one of the things I like about Poptropica original is the unique animations and designs. I am glad that you can sign in with your old account, it was very helpful to me. I really hope the developers add new islands and original Poptropica islands to Poptropica worlds. Overall, I had fun playing this game and hope this review was helpful to others.

Ok, so I was having a ton of fun playing this game and was very excited about this whole new add on to poptropica original. But once I got to the crisis caverns world, UUUUUUUGH. I can’t finish the quest because every time I am on the rock floating on water at the near end of the quest the app goes black, crashes, and brings me back to the home screen. I tried closing the tab and going back onto the app but it just did the exact same thing! Then I tried shutting down my whole phone and then turning it back on, went into the app... happened again! This is really annoying, for I can’t finish this quest and other quests until this problem gets fixed! Please do something about this!

I really like the game it’s just that the jumping mechanics drive me insane. It’s definitely easier on pc than mobile as I’ve been playing these games for a while and am used to the way it works on pc at least. But it’s very difficult on mobile. Sometimes you can’t get it to run and jump and sometimes it does for no reason. I tried the tap jumping but even that doesn’t seem to work well either. I’d be ok with them as they were if so many parts of the game wasnt timed jumping where if you mess up it sends you back to the start. Otherwise, fun game for everyone.

I love Popropica but there are really only 3 things that have been bugging me when I play. 1) when playing an island it doesn’t save your progress AT ALL. I’ve had to restart Crystal Caverns like 3 times and I’m still tryin to finish it. 2) I can deal with the new character looks and animations but the clothing is kind of annoying. I prefer the way it worked in the original version by the main thing is that if you’re wearing long sleeves and then you exit the closet, the sleeves aren’t really on your arms and it just looks weird in general. 3) The main problem I have with Crystal Caverns (other than the saving problem) is that whenever you go to a new area in the beginning of the story line it does that “what was that” sequence and pauses your ability to move. It’s really annoying since you get that already when first start. Having to deal with that is really annoying. Overall good job so far!

SPOILERS AHEAD I love Poptropica Original, so I downloaded Poptropica worlds with high hopes. I logged on and when I opened travel, there were 4 islands! 4! What? On Potropica Original there are more than 40!!!! (On the computer) What’s more, in crisis caverns, on the lava bit, it kept crashing and I had to do it again and again!!!! But when they didn’t crash it was quite fun, so Poptropica developers, please fix those minor glitches here and there, create some new islands, and I’m sure it’ll be just as popular as the original.

I’ve been playing Poptropica since elementary school, and I’ve always loved the game. Figuring out the puzzles was always so much fun for me. However, after finding out about Poptropica worlds, and after installing it, I was disappointed at what I saw. It’s not even the lack of islands that does it for me, it’s the new animation and character styles. I really loved the unique, simple character designs the first game had, and I’m not a fan of how the art looks. On top of that, I don’t get the same feelings that I got from the previous game. I feel like I’m being baby’d when I play this game, compared to the older one. I mean, getting a step by step list of what you need to do? Way too easy. One of the things I loved about the old game, was the real frustration and thinking I had to go through, so that I could finish. This game just doesn’t give me that thinking element. Besides that, it’s just small things, like glitches. Don’t get me wrong, I still love Poptropica, I guess I was just expecting more out of this newer game. I’m sure it’s hard to come up with good story, and I get how hard it is to make a game, I just feel like you should have just added more islands into the first game at this point. I honestly would have preferred that. Anyway, thanks for reading my rant, and again, no hate, just some constructive criticism.

I love the game but when are the rest of the worlds coming out as well. It would be great to have the games from Poptropica original in Poptropica worlds. I do also miss the function where you are able to dress up like your fellow playmates around you (this function is in Poptropica original). You should also add house items to buy to place in the house (unless that is already in the game and I missed it). And I don’t see how it’s fair that in the beginning you get to pick whatever hair color you want when customizing your character and when I went to change it again I had to be a member, so things for me never shop I get and some things I don’t. I love this but I need more.

This game is really fun... until playing is almost impossible. It is almost constantly glitchy, to the point where I can’t play. It doesn’t save my progress on islands, there’s problems with my avatar where I have to recreate a new one every time, my avatar will freeze and I can’t click on or do anything (even though they are still blinking etc), and my game will go in loops. I’ll complete a task but it won’t say that I did and it brings me to the event that happened previously, over and over again, so I can’t complete the task or island. Occasionally it is difficult to control where my avatar is going/what my avatar is doing. Really disappointed in this app ://

It is not any better than the original poptropica it only has five islands and they are all really messy. In 24 carrot island the story kept on repeat itself. At one point I had tons of the same stuff because I thought it reset my progress. And I turned my phone off five minutes later I went into the app and all of my progress on each of the islands was deleted. The store is also very confusing there was things that all of the stuff but one was for members only and it said that the entire outfit was for members only, and there was one or two outfits that all of the things were only for members but it don’t say so. Whenever I completely exited out of the app I would come back in and it would say that it was having trouble with my avatar so I would have to recreate my whole costume. Also, it needs to know your age! Why in the world does it need to know your age?! And I think everyone would agree that there needs to be more islands this game has been out for two or three years and it still has the same old games. It kind of starts to get really boring when you play the same islands over and over again. The whole thing is just sooooooooooooooooo messy. If you are about to get this game and you are reading this review I recommend getting the original poptropica. Unless they fix these things. Thank you. -little runner

This is the worst game I have ever played. I have loved poptropica since I was a kid and this is the biggest let down. There’s only a few islands but I could only force myself though 2.5 of them before I deleted the game. Greek sea odyssey is SUPER easy. It tells you exactly what to do. 24 carrot island is the absolute worst. Characters constantly reset so you end up with tons of the same stuff, and there was one point where there was 3 of the same cat on screen. Then I went to use the crowbar to open the pipe and it wouldn’t let me in because i didn’t have a map. I went to get the map but when I came back, the pipe had closed again and my crowbar disappeared. I had to repeat almost everything to get another crowbar. Then after I won the game the mayor kept giving me coins again and again every time he was on the screen. Then there’s Dr Hare Returns. The game constantly freezes but when you restart your progress is completely wiped. Oh, and every time you open the app you need to design a new character. I made an account and saved all of my progress but it was constantly disappearing.

I got this app hoping it'd have new islands and quests to go on. There is 1-2 new islands, but I can't ever finish them. I tried playing 24-carrot island, and it kept glitching and making me go find the cat over and over again. The lady fr had 3 cats in her shop and still thought her cat was missing. Also, on the crystal caverns(or whatever it's name is) island, I get to the mice things throne room, can run away from the weird monsters, then it brings it right back to me entering the throne room. It did that 5 times. I honestly don't even want to try any of the other islands because I have a feeling they are going to be just as bad. Poptropica used to be so fun, and still could be if y'all would just fix this app and make more islands please!!!!

The app lags and crashes all the time. I was playing Dr. Hare’s island, and every time I completed a “zone,” the bunny came over to me and forced me to sit through the entire tutorial after I’d already seen it before. Then on one level, I escaped the room right as time expired, and I basically tore a rift in the universe. The game couldn’t decide whether I’d failed the level or beaten the level. At first it told me I’d failed it, then it told me I’d beaten it, then it simply wouldn’t allow me to move. I then closed the app and reopened it in order to be able to move again, but then the game DELETED ALL MY PROGRESS! I had to design my character all over again, and I had to attempt to do the island all over again. This app is terrible.
