I love the game! I think for the amount of coins you get Dailey 1000 to replay is way high and 30 minutes for a life could shortened! Otherwise its a fun lil game! The challenges are fun but I passed 10 levels this morning and did not get one round with yellow balls, I also think putting decorations we would have to buy for the challenges is ridiculous. I would hate to to see this lil fun awesome game turn into a money eating app like others are doing ! Keep it challenging but fun also!

This game is amazingly fun to play. I enjoy playing this game very much. There are so many different characters, colors, levels to beat. The most amazing thing about this game is that it is 100% free! Yes you get ads but you can you update it to the ad free game. I recommend this game to everyone who enjoys popping bubbles.

I got addicted to it quicker than I thought I would! Can’t even tell you how much money I have spent on power ups and bonus shots! Which are an added bonus that no other game has!! (Vertical bomb, paint can that takes the color chosen away! And more) I am past all the bonus areas and past level 1,000! However for sum reason it still has a 5 where the objects I can get for the smurfs! Or items I can buy for them!! I have gone thru all and I am not missing any! Also with all the updates I still don’t see any new levels!! Still a good game to play just feel I have reached the end!

The game is really fun however, I usually only try to pass a level once or twice a day. Some of the levels are so difficult or, I run out of bubbles and only need one more to pass the level but you guys want 1,000 coins just to do that. The coins take too long to add up and once you get them saved it’s hard to part with them. The rainbow bubble costs 600 coins for crying out loud! It’s one bubble! I have several other bubble pop games that I play and their setup is a little better. I’ll play some of them any time I have a free minute but I just get so irritated on some of these levels that I only try occasionally to pass these. If they do something about how many coins it takes to do things it would probably be a lot more fun My smurfs no longer allow me to collect coins and my daily reward messes up often and resets back to day 1

I use to love this app and never had issues but now it’s updating all the time and seems like every time it updates something gets messed up. Like now the smurfs are dressed for Halloween but now I can’t watch ad’s for free items because it says I’m not connected to internet while I clearly am n it says download required but go to check on it n it says all updated and just updated yesterday. 3rd time now it’s updated n messed up with this same mess up. I’m about to just delete it and be done.

I've played this game forever and everyday! It was working just fine until today's update. Now it will not allow me to watch ads for free coins and keeps saying download required. Connect to the internet. I am connected to the internet. I've deleted 4 of my other games thinking it was the space causing the issue. It's not! I am so livid right now! Omg.. whatever the update did please fix it! I've shut it down and opened it up again and it still says the same thing!

I use the help option in game where I can open a ticket but have not received any replies. Logging in consecutively for 28 days gets you a gift a day now. I assume from the picture description that on Day 14 you are to receive a smurf? Well I never got mine! Chest stays closed and jumps up and down on screen then vanished despite me tapping on it several times! This is just one of the many times that you are unable to open a chest won from a daily gift, event, Papa’s quests etc! Another bug is after watching an ad to earn coins or a boost, the game freezes. You don’t get the 35 coins or boost earned at all, you have to close and open app and try again but it gets stuck again! Not sure if this is a bug but apparently if an area/location has more then 6 smurfs, you will receive coins from only 6 of them and it is always from the same 6. The rest of the smurfs in that same area will not give you any coins at all. If Smurfette is in that location and you previously had only 6 smurfs there, one of the original 6 will not give a coin or Smurfette won’t give any. Game would be awesome if they would just fix those annoying bugs.

I love this game but problems is coins and cherry earn is very small, they don’t earn more than 100 every time level pass the cherry is not much, range 20 to 60 while have option for video to add if 20 cherry it will gain to 40 cherry is not enough so is coins daily video is earn small as well.. all the items is too expensive like house n all stuffs, I have not start them yet cuz items too expensive while earn coins n cherry is not good.. no point to play I would not recommend this anyone to play n save your time n money.. glad I never purchase those coins n cherry anyway..

I have been unable to play the app anymore ever since I cleared the most recent Smurfberry Hills event. The app gets stuck toward the end of revealing the contents, specifically the Smurfberries. Right after showing the Smurfberries, the image of the Smurfberries disappears, but the word Smurfberries remains. The app never advances to whatever is supposed to come next (presumably the building I was supposed to get for completing the event). If I close and reload the app, I am simply presented the event reward chest again, and every time it gets stuck at the same spot. I know that the usual procedure is to use the in-game help system to send you this kind of message, but that is impossible with this problem. I cannot do anything in the app before the chest automatically appears, including trying to access the help menu. Is there any other way to send you a help ticket? UPDATE: Once the event time period ended at midnight, the chest stopped appearing, which means I can now properly access the app. I have submitted a proper help ticket now that I am able to access the help menu again. I am still missing the rewards I should have gotten for completing the Smurfberry Hills event, so hopefully the help ticket actually “helps”.

I am 42 years old and very good at games. However this one is in possible unless you are able to spend money to purchase coins through your iTunes account. It is a very fun game. But once you get to level 23. After about 30 minutes of game play. it becomes impossible to beat with out using a lot of coins to buy more turns. However you get so few coins. The only way you can get more is to purchase them using your account and real money. That’s what this game is truly all about making as much money as possible. Which is why they make it really easy for the first half an hour. They want you to become addicted to it. So if you are wealthy and you want a really fun game to play. Go ahead and have at it. But if you’re like me and the rest of the world and you can’t afford to spend $10 every time you play this game. I wouldn’t even waste your time. You people who developed this game should be ashamed of yourselves. I understand you want to make money obviously. However you think you would make a game that people could actually play without needing to spend money. Shame on you greedy people.

I have never given a review on any game but for this I wanted to give a heads out to be careful. I’ve been playing this game for a long time and never had problems but recently I did. First, I decided to buy some coins which I did once before, well after I confirmed that I wanted to buy instead of saying OK I got a PURCHASE FAILED, then when I went to pay my bill I noticed that it had a pending charge for the coins I was buying but never received, figured since it said pending it would come off, well I checked a couple of days later and I was charged. I did a dispute with my credit union comment but still got charged. Next I had to reinstall the game and when you sign in with Facebook it saves where you left off, well I got screwed on that, instead of going to the level I left off at which was level 1758, it put me at level 1 as if this was the first game playing, it also didn’t get back the almost 400,000 what they call Smurfberries, where you use for each village to buy, well I didn’t get those, and once you complete a village you collect the coins from the Smurf’s in the village. SORRY for this long review but this is the last an important , just about games has a help center where you can send a message if have a problem, well when you hit the help button it goes to a page that says HELP CENTER NOT ENABLED. Sorry again for being too long but want anyone else getting screwed over. Jazzee Travel

Was a 5 star game before once upon a time. The new pointer does NOT put the balls where the pointer points to. Not even remotely close. I have wasted so many balls and thus lives because the game shoots the balls nowhere remotely close to where the pointer points. It's like you want our lives to expire and we buy more. The pointer also does not point clearly like the old one; the "laser" provides sooo much less guidance versus the dotted line. Also, and this annoys me the MOST: you took ALL OF MY SMURFS AWAY WITH THESE UPDATES. I earned SO MANY smurfs and they are just GONE! Unbelievable! No way to email you. Rather you claim to read feedback. Not ONCE have you replied to feedback and you want people to pay for stuff that you later take away. There was a reason I quit playing this game!

I really like this game, but I can’t afford to play it. Most of the levels are impossible to clear without buying extra turns and the number of coins you earn is minuscule compared to what it takes to buy an extra turn. For example, it takes 1,000 coins for an extra turn, but you can only earn 35 by watching a video or completing a task. On top of that, you used to be able to earn a measly 50 coins by finishing a level; they took that away with a recent update. They also used to give you multiple chances to earn boosters which they took away. They also used to give you an opportunity to buy boosters and coins at a discount, but that’s very rare now. I was willing to spend a bit of money to play, but it’s not worth it anymore.

Log in with Facebook to save progress, but played the game and when I went to get a chest reward from the event I had completed, the game froze. Couldn’t do anything. Deleted and reinstalled game app, and there was no saved progress. Lost everything, even the extra cherries I bought. Had to start all over and because I love the Smurfs so much, I was willing to start over and forgive the loss of money. Got past level 50 and at the end of a level it froze again, NOT DOING THIS AGAIN. Went to get help and there was no help. No support. Really sucked. For a backer like Sony to have such a crappy game just mad me sad. Don’t bother and that’s coming from a Smurfs fan. 😢
