Super Sudoku - Brainstorming!! Wiki

I have enjoyed this sudoku app on a daily basis for a year now, and I am still challenged and love that there are higher levels to conquer. This app also has various sudoku games to play that are challenging and break up the traditional game. Best of all is being able to challenge my prep-school educated, and AU graduate husband with a traditional sudoku game live, and remind him who the boss of sudoko in our house is... his public school educated, college dropout wifey!

This is the only site I could find that offers Jigsaw Sudoku, which I love to play! The board is easy to read and I really like how the rows and blocks spin when it’s completed. I play this a few times each day! It’s a nice change from regular Sudoku. I cannot comment on the other versions it offers although there are several. Enjoy this site!

There aren’t enough options in settings. The biggest IMO is the option is to have all, say the 6’s highlighted when you select one. That way you can tell where they are & less likely to put a “6” where it can’t go. Also easier to troubleshoot if you make a mistake w/o having the game tell you where they are.

I love this app, and I would like to have the no ad experience but for some reason can't get it to work on my phone. I bought it on my iPad, but evidently it is device specific. Any suggestions as to why I can't get the no ad button to work on my phone? I can't get to the payment option at all.

I have loved sudoku since I was a child and I love this app because the sudoku puzzles are a good mix between difficulty and novelty. Even though there are ads, they don’t take over the game. I appreciate that I don’t have to sit through a 30 second video to get to my next puzzle. So far, I am not bored. Thank you 🙂

Great variety of sudoku games with a wide range of difficulty levels, what’s not to love. I especially enjoy the jigsaw puzzles! Have been playing over a year now and am enjoying all the various types of sudoku at all levels!

I must have 6–7 Sudoku games on my iPad. This game’s ease of use, variety of games, levels of difficulty, and, of course, cost($0), make it an easy call as my favorite. If you like the game Sudoku, I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t love this app.

With several variations on the standard groups of 9 it makes each puzzle funnier and easier.

And well presented to do and enjoy... however...I have been a sudoku fan for decades.. and was taught by Japanese books where this was a relaxing and peaceful, thoughtful and strategic puzzle game. I am a bit disappointed that this app is presented in such a competitive way that the goal is not in the art and strategy, but in the time to beat your anonymous competitors. This takes much away from the enjoyment. I will continue however because of the benefits.

Very fun and entertaining. This game is made quite well and provides several different types of Sudoku. One suggestion would give it a five-star rating. That is, once a block is filled, the pencil marks in the same row or column should delete automatically. For example, if I have 2 and 6 as possibilities in a block, and I solve by finding a six in that row, the penciled six should delete automatically.

A bunch of different types of sudoku, nice animations telling you've solved a row, column or square correctly, not obnoxious ads, but you can not play in landscape, the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

If you have to save your game for later (which is crucial if you only have a couple minutes on the hardest difficulty) this app doesn't save your temporary numbers between saves. So if you spend ~ 5 minutes writing down all of your temporary numbers, then save and close the app (or even go back to the main menu) then you lose all of those numbers. There is no way to get them back, you just deal with it

Previous version was my all time favorite game. This one has several flaws. When you make pencil marks, it never updates them. The previous version had the ability to put in all pencil marks, this game doesn’t. I prefer to have mistakes shown rather than having a “check” Mark. It’s not often that a newer version is worse, but this one is.

Generally interesting sudoku variants but I have two big complaints: often loses games in progress while App is in background, which is super-frustrating, and does not automatically remove temporary numbers (and when all of a number is filled in, you can't even manually remove corresponding temporary numbers!).
