    Fantastic!

This game is by far the best rhythm game on the App Store as of right now due to the more complex control scheme being superior to most other similar apps while still capturing a good “pick up and play” feel that mobile games have. The score and equip able piano mechanics are also great, giving a fantastic feeling of progression as you go along. All of this with a great classical set list to boot! There’s only 1 nitpick that get on my nerves every so often. That being that Piano score boost is counted in League, that really shouldn’t be the case as it opens up the vulnerability for P2W. That being said, the fact that piano score boost does count in Master Tour is nice, it gives a good ulterior motive for those not skilled enough to reach the 99.5% or so accuracy needed.

This game is a work of ART!

A true masterpiece. It's insanely well made in every aspect that makes me very, very happy to play it. The controls are so on point that I, who never even played a Piano feel like I'm one of the masters. Great experience, for sure. Just one strong suggestion: make the Collection mode one that DOES NOT use Energy (green notes) and don't give us points. Just let us play for free there. I wanted to show my girlfriend a song but couldn't because I had no energy. It makes no sense (watching a video ad to get a single energy would be buzz killer).

    Some problems/ ideas

The game itself is great, an absolute gem, but the more you play your mode and the more difficult the songs become it gets harder and harder to finish them. Now I now that it is done for a reasons but I say that a good/fair note should count as a note. For Example: marvelous= 1 note But: Good/Fair doesn’t equal one ...So great game, but it might be a little better if these ideas were put in. Plus there shouldn’t be two challenges in one song/ and if there is the player in question should be able to complete them not in the same song. A weird glitch I have ran into, if your finger is already on the devices screen and you move it extremely quickly to get the sliding notes, the game doesn’t render that you touched thus giving you a miss. This might not be bad for Easy/Normal modes but at the Technical stages this is a killing blow.

Can’t log in with my Facebook account

The latest update allows me to log in with Apple ID but then I frequently find out that I have problems logging in with Facebook. I have to register a backup account using my Apple ID so that I can still play. But that means I have to play from scratch...I really want my Facebook acc back. Every day, the first try of logging in with Facebook seems successful, but after all things done it will tell me the internet connection is unstable. And if I click on the “retry” button, I have to log in again, but this time (and every time afterward) I can no longer open the log in website on my Facebook app. I have to wait for another day but only to see this situation coming back again. Wondering if it is just me or others also have the same problem.

Yet another good game corrupted by greed

This is by far one of the best rhythm tapper games, but there are a few problems. I hate how you have to have these “music points” to be able to just play a level. Once you run out you have to either buy these points with the in-game currency of gems or wait 25 minutes for one try at the level. The only way to get these gems is to buy them, there is a alternative though which is prestige where you can pay $4.99 a week to get unlimited tries but that is overpriced. If you could add a “unlimited plays” purchase where you can have a one time fee and get unlimited tries that would be amazing. Also when you successfully complete a level add it to where you keep your music points.

    Good game

This is a very good game, I’ve enjoyed the different levels and competing against others. This is the best game of this kind that I’ve come across. My only complaint and why I didn’t give five stars is the location of the note score (masterful, excellent, good, and so for) plus your note run, for lack of a better term, is located right in the middle of the screen. I find it distracting and hard to see the notes when I’m playing the difficult levels since the notes are so close together and the note score is flashing rapidly on top of them. If they offered a menu option to either turn that off or move it to the side of the screen I’d play this game more often.

    Great game! Missed opportunity.

This is by far the most intuitive and fun tap to music game I’ve encountered. It’s aesthetic and very easy to pick up. The glissando feature is very enjoyable and the taps are well designed. Nothing warms my heart more than it’s persistent 100% classical inclination - which brings me to its one downfall: all of the pieces are played by midi file with low to medium expression markings. This seems like a great opportunity to deliver the soul of classical music in an accessible way to the uneducated masses, and yet it fails to live up to its potential. Though it is hard to coordinate the taps with real recordings, it is definitely necessary for bringing the music to life. Great game though.

    Very good game, but...

This is a very polished, well out together fame. However, in the tour lode, it appears that the difficulty of songs is out of order. I'm stuck on 19 (The Nutcracker) right now, and from my experiences, #10 and #19 are exponentially harder than the rest of the pieces, so it would be good it they were placed further towards the end of the stages. Also, as other people have mentioned, a practice mode would be great to slow down passages. (I can do the Nutcracker perfectly, but the one fast bit is way too hard in proportion to the rest of the song and I always mess up.) With all of these changes, Pianista would be a much better game!

    Piano Tiles on Crack

This game is fire. Especially since I actually don’t mind classical music since I play in Orchestra. As someone who has only ever played piano tiles, this game was a blast to play, and it is significantly harder than Piano Tiles (on Technical Difficulty). I haven’t finished even the first disc yet, but this is some high quality stuff, and I can’t even imagine how hard Mastery Difficulty is when I unlock. The only thing is, you only have 5 plays max, and you have to wait 25 minutes after 5 tries. Also this game requires internet, unlike Piano Tiles. So far, with my experience, pretty underrated game tho.

    Fantastic game, a suggestion

I love this game very much, but there is a downside to playing it. The energy points used to play the songs take too long to regenerate and also only goes to 5 energy points. While I understand that this brings people back to the game to complete it, it doesn’t keep people in once they have completed it. My suggestion is to either raise the amount of energy points you get per recharge, decrease the amount of time needed to recharge, or allow people to play songs for no energy points after they have completed the level.

    Good time killer.

I love the app, it keeps me busy and with the 3 different levels of playing it makes it fun and challenging. And the different piano skins are fun to look at as well. My only complaint is the low amount of lives that you get and the recharge rate. You can level up each individual composer and once you reach your max you gain an extra life point, at times this becomes frustrating because you don't want to spend $5.99 worth of lives that you know your going to run out of in 5 minutes. Other than that it's a great game

    Fun game, but several issues

I really enjoy this game, but there are several issues that keep me from giving it a higher rating. Here are some of them: After watching an ad to get a free music point, I often don’t get my music point and instead get the message “Unable to complete ad view. Please check your network and try again.” Well, obviously my network was working well enough to watch the ad — why didn’t I get my music point? League scores are totally geared towards the Light difficulty. Even though I can do well at higher difficulty, which is much harder, it’s usually very difficult to get a higher score on a higher difficulty than you can get on the Light difficulty. Either you should get a much higher points reward for playing higher difficulties, or the League should be split into different brackets for each difficulty. The Version 2.2.1 update said it balanced the league score, but this is still very much an issue. I don’t like how you can get higher scores by upgrading your piano. This is particularly unfair for league play. If people can get higher scores simply by upgrading their piano, then the league competition isn’t truly a test of skill. Apparently Facebook is the only way of syncing your data between devices. Why isn’t iCloud sync supported? I do enjoy this game generally, so I hope these issues will be addressed to improve the game!

    Fantastic...but... (3rd Update)

I find the concept behind the game to be terrific. I love the piano and a good rhythm game. It’s relaxing for during my lunch break at work and for a little bit after work. The app worked perfectly. But I decided to spend a little money on the prestige account and that’s where the issues began. It takes a couple tries to get the app to open because it will stick at 9%. When it does load, after the song begins it works fine then the music stops and starts over while the chart is still going. Then every other song, I don’t get the experience bonus that comes with the prestige account. I would like to get my money back. Update: I’ve emailed the devs on the issue of songs starting over halfway through and still no response. Since buying prestige I haven’t been able to play. Something isn’t right. Update 2: it’s been 2 weeks and four emails later. The devs have failed to get back with me on all four emails regarding the issues I began to have AFTER giving them $20 for a prestige account. Rip off. Completely. Don’t bother. Update 3: 25 days of my prestige membership is gone. The game has been unplayable since then. A new music pack was added. No fix to the bug or reply to my emails. And, now, most of the interface text is missing.

    Really glitchy

There have been multiple occasions where the game would be an eight note off from the actual music. Also, you have to pay for everything to actually enjoy the game. You can play through “tours” to unlock a new album but first you have to pass the technical level for all 50 songs on the same album, and then you have to play through all 50 songs AGAIN in “expert” mode to unlock more levels. I stopped midway through the expert levels so I don’t even know if you even get access to more albums after completing all the songs. Also you can watch ads for lives but it’s a scam because the first time you watch an ad, it gives an error. This has happened every single time I’ve tried doing it.
