I think this has been a great game to play with great graphics and not many ads which is nice, however I wish there were a few improvements that could help make the game more user friendly. 1. City Editor Mode - a mode where we can edit the entire city layout, without having to individually move pieces. 2. When using the arrows to cycle between businesses, I suggest keeping the business types grouped together instead of having them in the order placed/bought... (I.e. AAABBBCCC, not AABBCABCC) 3. To go off of another review, I agree that it would be nice to have the market refresh more frequently Other than these simple improvements, as I said, this is a great game and suggest downloading it if you’re looking for a premiere city builder game that is easy to manage, fun to play and FREE! I also hope the developers read my review because I would like to see some of these improvements soon!

When I played my city I was blown away of everything you can do there’s just more stuff you need to add. Why are there streets with no people or cars? Every building game knows you need people and cars on the road. At least add people and parked cars not to do so much work. Your port is good I like how the ship comes back right away but I mean the ship is dull it needs more decorations and it look like it has two bows Mabey redo the ship. The graphics are fine.i also like how your about to build something it shows you the upgrade or mystery. 5/5

The best building game ever! I’ve tried many many many different games that are similar but this one is Number One! And the amount of ads is perfect! i only got two ads and i’ve had it for like a week. All of the other games had like three ads every minute where i had to pay then for no ads. that’s one reason why i like it. I also like how simple everything is, how fast i’m progressing through this game and how little i had to pay for things i needed. (meaning other games’ prices were too expensive) This game is super fun and i highly recommend!

Now I love everything about this game but I noticed that with the recent update there is no cars on the road. I know it doesn't really matter but I feel that the tiny detail with cars makes the city more alive. It is strange seeing stoplights change when there are no cars on the roads. I know this is only a minor thing but I like little details like that.

I’ve tried them all, and this city builder has the most beautiful graphics and fun city designs of any of them. Gameplay is easy to learn. Other games are so complex you feel like you’re being “pecked to death by ducks.” The only con is that it can take forever to expand. Expansion is difficult to achieve, provides little space, and will tempt you to spend money to make it happen. I have purchased a few of their $10 packs to jumpstart my city, but I’m not going to spend hundreds. At some point I will call it a day. My advice to the developer is to make it easier to expand or provide a larger area of expansion for the items you have to collect, rather than making it so difficult one wants to give up. It really is a gorgeous app. Bravo to the developers on their designs and gameplay mechanics.

I’ve played this game for a while now, and other than me having to reupgrade some of my buildings after a major gameplay change/upgrade (the one in which you guys took away tourists leaving every day/switched the big resort from making money to just being a static building and having to move it to the beach area) and some glitches. The glitches I’m getting right now are no longer being able to send my people gifts (before I could just click on them and it would send the gift, now it sends me to their city) and the blimp and billboard no longer work for extra coins or diamonds.

This is one of The few games you don’t have to spend money, but it’s slow going. These games are designed to make you Think You have to hurry up...not. The majority of them have a great package that only shows up at the very start. $5 spend it and you will have enough gems n case you, once again, won’t play the next day. Once you decide that your in for a long haul it’s worth the wait. I don’t care about colors etc. stuff is easy to get and the ship and airplane quests are doable. Only complaint I have is storage, never enough.

I think that My City is, by far, one of the best city-building games I’ve ever played. I would like to give the developers some ideas on how to improve My City. 1. I think that there should be better graphics as far as building shapes and ground textures. I say this because I placed down a Level 2 tourist Resort, and the ground looks really flat and bland. The sides of the buildings also look like paper was draped over the building, and everything in the skyscrapers just looks flat. 2. I think that there should be Dynamic Weather added into the game. (Such as cloudy, sunny, rainy, stormy, snowing, etc.) I just think this would be a really cool addition to the game. 3. I would like it if the store refreshed more often than every 4 hours, it sometimes gets really frustrating to make specific parts, when it could just be in the store. 4. Can this game also be played offline? I travel a lot and a lot of times I don’t have Wi-Fi, which means sometimes I could go hours, even days without collecting my resources or completing my shipments. These are just some suggested features to make the game more fun and interesting. If the devs are reading this, Please try to make these features real!

I love the app and I have spent a good amount of my money in the game , but it keeps glitching. I presently am not able to get the game to open at all. I have tried deleting it and re-uploading it, restarting my iPhone 7 Plus , I have the newest upgrade, so I’m at a loss for what to do now.. I would love to contact the creator to get help but even that webpage is glitching and won’t allow me to upload my request. I’m so frustrated right now and I’m being patient but I'm loosing patience since this is going on for a couple days. I’m definitely not using any more of my own money in this app because this will be the 3rd time the app has messed up and I honestly don’t want to loose any of my personal money to a game I can’t even play.

I have not been able to get into the game since before Holiday. I noticed that an ad video appear while loading game and then video stops and it sits on splash screen. Has anyone else experienced this problem ? I have contacted support but still have not received an explanation on why this happened. I made a few in game purchases to advance myself so I don’t want to uninstall and install game. I’m afraid I will lose my standing. I have to say that others must have had this problem? We recently had an update on this game and I am wondering if there is a glitch with loading the game after the video ad.

In the beginning there is lots of fun upgrading your city. Being able to build your business and residential building without the requirement of purchasing actual diamonds until a certain point that is. Once you get to a certain level and have built your residential building it will start to ask for more and more diamonds which will require an actual purchase. That’s when it all comes down. Don’t get me wrong at the start it’s fun but I don’t think it’s worth the purchase of the diamonds for what it provides you with.

DO NOT MAKE ANY IN-GAME PURCHASES. I made the mistake of giving this company my money for two in-game purchases (consisting of of diamonds and game currency) and watched it all wash away the same evening I bought it. The game glitches when you start to upgrade buildings (which is a large part of progression in the game) and resets the game after the glitch has taken effect. I watched my account of $40,000 turn to $32,000 after it logged me back in after the reset and then again a few minutes later, my account went from $28,000 to $19,000 after another glitch. Now these glitches only started to take place once I reached a higher level (22) and my city started growing rapidly. I contacted the company via the support tab in the game menu, and explained the problem. They asked me for “more detail” and screen shots. I took screen shots and video (although I was unable to upload/send the video because their support tab does not accept video submissions) and sent them the explanation and screenshots but never heard from the support team again. Im willing to bet this has happened to many people but never noticed their currency disappear. I honestly wouldnt have noticed it either had it not been for the fact that I paid for the “in-game currency” and was more aware of it because of it coming out of my pocket.

It seems social quantum sold it. Thats probably where the extra greed comes from. It now costs an average of $20 to $30 just to upgrade one building, or collect hundreds of items to do it in an average of two weeks for each upgrade. No money to them, means no success for you. They took my thousands of buildings in storage, they reduced the several thousand megabucks that i had while i went on a short (2 month break after near 5 years of playing) came back and entire bank was empty, next day my entire storage was emptying slowly and day or two later my game was gone. I had to re-download and was forced to start all the way from square one. There was no way to get my city back. I had almost every land space open, all different maps were open, and at least half of the entire railroad system complete. That alone took a couple years to do. These guys are thieves and should not be trusted. I have spent over $3000 in USD in the time played and they stole it all away from me. Do not trust these people, cant say you were not warned.

Although this game is full of fun, and is addictive to play, I have spent well over $100 on in app purchases, and see there is no value trade off in this game after realizing it will cost $300 plus to get my city to where I want it. The game platform is designed to take advantage of consumers, its full of algorithms which enable the game to drain your time and money while offering only bugs and lags in game play! The newest game feature is a 30 second add that plays even before the game fails to launch!!!! Pick another paid for or standalone game to waist your time! If the developer cared about consumers, they would fix the game glitches, and actually give a fair experience in terms of offering value in commodities for consumers who buy no value in app purchases!
