I love the games and have fun playing them, but a lot of times I have been in the middle of a game and it says I’ve lost connection and it’s trying to reconnect me which it sometimes does but when you are playing 4 cards it’s really impossible to catch up if you’ve lost quite a few numbers. I have almost always been given credit for the cost of playing the games but as you know it’s the bingos that count and there have been times I’ve had one or two bingos which would have either closed that city or left me needing only one more and even though I’m compensated for the cost of playing I never get my bingos back and it is irritating though I realize it isn’t your fault it would still be nice to somehow get the credit for them! Thanks for letting me vent- I do love the games!

I was asked months ago, by the developers to change my original rating, which I did. But here lately things have just got out of hand with the bingo app and Tech Support will no longer address the issues that I'm having and they have stopped all contact with me. 1st of all, Their advertisements are upside down and cause my screen to flip upside down as well. I never get a chance at the hard to get items because I never get the shadow card that I need so I can't complete the collection. My daily sign in bonus and daily spin bonus both freezer up the app now so I no longer collect those items and the list goes on and on. The app is just to buggy.

The only gripe I have is the shadow cards how it’s extremely difficult to win the ones you need. As when you do win one it’s one you have way too many of. And when the one you need appears on the card you never get it, as it takes forever to come back and try again. I think the game has been fair on the amount of wins you get, as you really want to feel more wins as you tend to stop playing a game if you have more losses than wins!! Thank You 😊

I’ll admit that I really do like this game and for the most part don’t mind the ads (except when there’s no mute button, then I get a little angry.) I do manage to get the daily bonuses usually and so far I’ve been able to keep playing a few games per day, but I can foresee that this is going to be yet another one of my abandoned games in the near future. I absolutely REFUSE to pay real money just so I can play a game on my phone, so eventually I will delete it. But for now it’s a way to keep my brain occupied and I guess that’s all I can ask for (at the moment.) So...thanks, I guess? Update to dev response: I can’t log on anymore than I already do since I also work for a living. As it is now I manage to log on EVERY DAY as I said originally. Also yes it would be more fun to play with my friends but none of my Facebook friends play this game so that kind of stomps that, however I have already linked my Facebook account to the game. Lastly, I do play the little mini games and contests, and again I have no problem with the game at present except the ads with no mute button (I will screenshot as you asked) but I am simply pointing out that I will eventually stop playing bc there will come a time when I will need to pay actual money to continue and I refuse to do that.

I have asked for help, but no one will get back to me. I have been playing a long time and was working on Nairobi. I had 11 of the things I needed and was working on the 12th—the giraffe puzzle. Before I could finish it, the game took me back to the blank baioba tree puzzle, which I had already finished. The game shows that I have completed 12 out of 12, even though I have not finished the giraffe puzzle. This would not be a problem except that the game will not let me unlock the next city, St. Moritz. This means I cannot continue the game, which I have been working on for a long time. And NO ONE in customer service will get back to me or help me. I love Bingo Holiday, but I gave it only 3 stars because of your terrible customer service. Can’t you at least unlock St. Moritz for me so that I can continue my game? Thank you.

Fun game better than the other one I played. At first I really liked this game but as I progress through the game it gets disheartening. I agree with everyone else that the cost of the cards are too much for the reward you get. I’m at the point right now where I can’t play because I don’t have enough tokens and it’s been like that since yesterday. I don’t get the reward when I rate the app either. How can you get rewards when you can’t play and I’m like everyone else, I don’t have the money to pay for extra stuff, (why do you think I play the free games), I can handle the ads. I also can’t stay on the game 24/7 to hit the little ufo I hopes of getting some reward to play.

This game is good to pass the time, but; Like most Bingo game apps the payout are weak, you pretty much have a chance to win your chips back if you get a bingo- 50 chip entry, 50 chip win, the best you can do is break even. I wouldn’t go to a casino with that, and def won’t pay an app for that. Another thing that has me bored with the game; I’m on London level for an eternity, only way to move up is collect 324 puzzle pieces to get the last stamp, and you can only get maybe 3 pieces per game. I’m giving the game 3 stars bc of above mentioned. Suggestion for developer: Make it more realistic as far as payouts go, make people feel like they won when they won.

I enjoy playing but I can tell that in the near future I’ll have to make a purchase in order to keep playing. I don’t have any Facebook friends that play this game and I guess that’s the only way to keep playing without spending money (friends can “gift” you items/coins to keep playing). I’m disappointed that even with all the ads, they still have it rigged so you eventually have to make a purchase. For now it’s fun for a quick downtime or break, but I’ll have to delete it once I run out of coin things. I don’t want to spend money to play a game on my phone. Seems so wasteful.

I really like this game....BUT...like with everyone else the reward vs cost to play ratio is lopsided...I don’t like to spend my money on buy chips...been there done that and it doesn’t really do any good when you don’t win...also some puzzles are really crazy 100 pieces and you only collect 2 to 5 if you win...you also don’t get much awards if you hit the chick or chipmunk or spaceship...I have hit them at least 3 to 4 time each day I play but am lucky if it registers...I would love to binge play this game but you don’t allow for that unless I am rich - which I am not...if you don’t have chips you can’t play....

I really like this game but it seems of late that every round the same people win all the bingos mainly guest accounts if you play in the high rollers uk and there are only 6 chances to win and one person wins 4 and another wins the other 2 it each round it makes you question how that can happen each round or if the large jackpots are won before a round starts when your buying your cards for your next round I have contacted support and they blow me off and because of those reasons I give it a 3 star but a month ago before this started happening on a regular basis I would of give a 5 star

I’m in Rio and three times in two days with Data and WiFi on game freezes up. One game lost the 96” for 8 cards. AnotherI lost 960, all my bingos won, the use of double xp- instant bingo- double coins- a lot of treasure chests, lost 2700 do with pic of proof, all the coins won, A lot! On top of a free dab hour himt! Third same happened as second time! I had a picture as I said showing the game saying error with my xp, and last game had the pic of it frozen not registering my bingos won, etc STILL ON MY WASTED earned free hour dab hint!! ! So a lot of loss and proof! After 1 reply to make sure WiFi was on with data , I was given 100 coins back for my troubles and a sorry! Second and third.... NO REPLY!! And NO COMENSATION for everything I lost!! Which I don’t care if free for most, but I’ve paid in past hundreds throughout the past three years when I started in 2017! So feel really unappreciated and ripped off! Very disappointed and saddened by this!!

Fun game to play to pass the time but when u win, game should pay extra credits, not just the amount of credits u paid. Then it would feel like actually winning something, not just ur credits spent back. Plus the more u progress in the game, the more credits u have to use. Paying 60 credits for one bingo card is insane. Most times u just have enough credits to play one round. What’s the fun in that? On top of that, the amount of coins barely go up when hitting a number so it takes a long time and many games to add to your bank. This takes away the fun of playing. Positives are the side games to earn more power ups and coins. The puzzles to get an item are okay but some have close to 200 puzzle pieces. That’s insane. Takes forever and again more credits to play in order to complete a collection. I wish the developers would listen to feedback and make these changes.

U need to fix the game. When the last number is called the game automatically shuts down and you don’t have time to dub the last number. Lost several bingo’s due to this also on Paris I have hAd several Bingo’s and the game has never updated to 12 played. Still shows 11. Love the game but this is t an auto Bingo frustrating. Also games are not updating on number of Bongo’s I Have 12 in PAris and Dubai and game has not updated?????????no response???? Same. You have not changed this issue. Even when you get an Auto. Bingo on last number called you do not get credit for it. Play a lot and FRUSTRATING!!! DID YOU READ THIS????? I do not play competitive so your response does not work!

1- I think the cards are very expensive. 2- I think there are too many ads, long wait time. 3- I think the game is rigged and designed to force you to purchase credits. 4- in order for me to complete the tournament challenge crowns, tech support told me that the crown levels couldn’t be completed in the free tournament rounds that I had to pay 200 credits for more and more tournament rounds. 5- I have played for months at a time and never got a shadow card. 6- I believe the team challenge is also rigged, I do not believe that anyone would buy enough credits to win over four thousand bingos in one week. 7- on the Facebook fan page one of the bingo players showed a picture of there main bingo screen which showed over a million coins and a half a million credits, but not one power up,,, that’s to suspicious. 8- Facebook rules say that you can sign up for one account however many bingo players have 4 or 5 bingo accounts linked to their numerous fake Facebook accounts. 9- a few months ago, bingo holiday support offered players credits if they’d change their honest ratings to 5 star ratings. 10- over all I feel like everything about this game was built around dishonesty and deceiving players!
