King of Avalon took my attention from the first days. I played and enjoyed the game since 2017 and keep on enjoying it. So many people left so many people came to this game. But those who stayed they became very close friends. The graphics and designs are improving. The game becomes more affordable. All I can say this game is the only strategy game that keeps me coming back and spend some time in it. But most important is that those people who play in your alliance are the ones who drive you back to game. At the beginning I spent a lot believe me 5 figures was almost not enough yearly spending to stay top 3 in kingdom. Now they make it more interesting with events so free players and low spenders can enjoy the game too. I hope this game will be pushing harder on making more affordable so people don’t have to worry about cheaters. Play and pay but not only pay to play. Thank you very much whole team who makes this game more interesting. And little suggestion for new comers, if you are mentally unstable please stay away from this game. After playing this for a while now, I can safely say that this is one of those games that you should try if you don’t have any other gaming device. After a while it can be a little tedious with the upgrading but if you can get past that, you don’t need to dump dollars into this game; I find it amazing that I can play this nonstop for an hour or two seeing what I can do, if you have a decent alliance it opens a whole new opportunity of new things to do. 1. Teaming up to rally barbarian camps and ravagers, if you can do this you will get a ton of speed ups for upgrading... the only problem is that you can have stamina issues and you’ll need to wait maybe an hour for it to replenish. 2. You can get decent boosts with alliance research and you’ll get aid and help from your alliance members when you need it. 3. In big events having friends is a big win! You can get big rewards for doing little things. I’ve been playing it for a month now and I have been doing really good. If you read this good luck and have a great time playing this!

This game is a very fun social game. there is a lot of great people to talk to but I wish they would update there chat rooms with spell check and mems. they update all game play which makes it interesting and fun and hard all at the same time which a game is supposed to do but seriously it’s 40% game play and 60% politics/ chatting so really wish they would spend a little time making chats better and be able to send /post screen shots. And they say it’s not pay to play but we all know who play the game it is pay to play and I get that the game needs to make money to profit and grow but they made it insane with how much u need to spend just to contend I have been playing for over a year now and haven’t made it to 30 yet and mostly because I help out other alliance members more then my self so that being said I do love the game just wish they would chill with the paying to play so much and update the chat..... Mainly update the chat guys for real.... would still recommend this game for anyone looking to socialize and be a part of a team

Let me start by saying this is an amazingly fun game but more so because the players you grow a bond with and strive to grow stronger together. however that being said this app constantly expects you to come outta pocket to much n gives to little in return for what you spend. Your constantly having to spend money to obtain things of better stats n once you have they then update game make things bought no longer items u have to buy but items which you can now obtain threw game for everyone for free then if you’d like better items you’ve gotta pay all over again. also keep in mind depending on lvl or power your offered different purchase package then let’s say you newer smaller account so it’s totally uneven across board. NOT TO FORGET other countries also get more then other for buy items so they constantly have you at disadvantage so enjoy this game as many have but buyers beware don’t waste your money buying thing it’s useless n they gain n only make you give n give as they get so greedy

I Dont Know a lot about the game, I still trying it but I’m going to be honest with you, what got me into try and play this game, it’s the advertisement I always watch playing another games, it’s hilarious and make it look more interesting, FINALLY a game that People promotes kinda fun environment for almost every age ?? I still checking the game, so I may be wrong?? Maybe not?? But until now, I’ve been seeing a lot games supposed to be for kids and promoting a lot “ adult reality “ for not putting in another way ( example husband cheating his pregnant wife and left her by herself ) not gonna say name of the games lol Hahahaha that in my opinion is not appropriate for very young age, so you guys have very healthy view of things that really make me interested in the game ( I may be wrong what’s going on inside of the game / every game has their problem with toxic People or even scammers, but until now, I love it!! ) Sorry for the long review but I really need to pointed out about how you guys attract People to the game and you guys got my respect and a loyal player :)

I play this game everyday, and let me tell you that it is super fun. You can interact with alliance members, and if you get a good alliance then the people you get to interact with have your back. I play this game with my family and we are usually all on a phone call together playing it. When kill event comes around it is even more fun. Sure, you will lose lots of troops but if you have a good alliance then you can easily recoup the lost resources and train your troops back. Also, it isn’t hard to get a nice alliance. The game features are amazing. The labyrinth is fun to explore and it is also fun leveling up your dragon spirit and having it fight against others in the Royal Arena. The Magic Spire comes in handy a little bit but I would just like to see more protected areas, because when you are low leveled you are constantly getting hit by other high leveled people when gathering crystals. Overall this game is so worth your time, and maybe even your money if you are committed and enjoy it like I do!!

I am revising my rating from 5 stars to 4 because of all these stupid updates that most players do not want. Every time you bloody update, you break more stuff. I have been playing this game going on 4 years. These stupid updates are not wanted or needed. It is ludicrous that you feel players want all this. The only thing I see is you are catering to players that have the money to pay for all this stuff. You’ve taken away things we could get from the traders to forge gear etc. We aren’t getting ingots for the new gear in barb or monster chests like we used to. The amount of resources or frags to upgrade anything anymore are absolutely ridiculous. Again unless you pay for it, there’s no way that you’ll be able to gather enough even with multiple farm accounts. The resource tiles aren’t big enough to make much of a difference. We’re only allowed one resource tile for alliances. If you don’t want to increase tile amounts, at least let alliances put down more than one resource tile.

The social aspect of the game is very interesting. It’s fun to compete with teams an the game has a ton of players so many friends to be made . I also am very impressed with how they have integrated team work so heavily in the game . The rewards system for events are easily obtained even for non spenders and they give away tons of valuable free items needed for progression . The downside is it’s heavily geared towards spenders . Of course profit is needed to grow but for example the most recent updates for r6 emblems and r5 items require $450 usd just for 1 item an it can only be obtained by spending . There is no feature in the game to slowly obtain the resources needed to make these so to completely finish even emblems your looking at $2,000 which is outrageous . I also don’t get the point in having almost 700 different kingdoms . Over 80% of them have less than 200 players an a lot die in a month or less because of big spenders . There is also a separate Chinese version of the game were Chinese players get huge discounts not accessible to any other nationality . For example one teleport item cost me $10 were as for a Chinese player it’s .99 cents . The game is over ran with resource sellers who are also Chinese . It’s a very unfair aspect of the game and the developers are very aware of it an do nothing .

Our family played the game a while and we all had great fun, there are quite a few things to do in the game and good concept to grow alliance. However, for our friends who started the game several days later, they could not teleport to the kingdom we are in and therefore unable to join our alliance. We contacted KOA customer service multiple times, all the reply we got was that new accounts joined after certain time are unable to teleport to old kingdom, well, they just started the game literally 4-5days later than us, it’s a big disappointment that we liked the game concept and planned to build our alliance but none of our friends can join! Also there seem to be big spenders owning strong alliance bully beginner players and small alliance. We understand that all game companies want to make money, but it has to be a good balance between diversifying players base and only focusing on $ players spent. Those big spenders who don’t play the game nicely will eventually hurt a lot of players interest in the game and drive them away. Some of the language attacks and behaviors in the kingdom chat room are very bad.

Let me tell you how this “strategy” game works. Spend lots of money buying gear, gemstones, banners, etc., boost your stats, and mindlessly attack anyone who you were able to outspend. Whoever calls this a strategy game I want to fight a war against you because you have no sense of what a strategy is. This is not a strategy game but rather pay to get ahead and takes no thought to beat your opponents. Those who spend the most money dominate this game and are impossible to defeat. They take anything and everything they want and within a matter of seconds can ruin years of work. Example: I spent a good year building up traps to defend my base and in one attack they were gone as well as 400K troops. Hospitals only hold so many troops and when that capacity is met all the rest die. We have a level 35 guy in our kingdom to wipes out entire alliances just because he can and support does nothing to help. You WILL have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to compete with these players or spend the next 10 years of your life gathering enough resources to progress that far. Avoid this game like the plague or you will leave it feeling like you completely wasted your time. Anyone who says they have never spent a single dollar on this game is lying as well. Right when you start you have to spend money or “top up” to unlock certain features.

NO NO NO! Any ad I have seen for this game has been completely fake. Do not think your playing some Age of Empires mixed with Elder Scrolls style game. You have two screens, your home base and the larger map area (maybe some other options screens). Also right now the screenshots on the App Store are just fake. Every single ad I have seen for this game has made it look like something completely different. This also is the EXACT same game as Mafia City and Guns of Glory. There are probably more games that have been copied and pasted like this one, but this might be the first. Minimal creativity and extremely disappointing when you realize how much of this game has just been copied to other games. It is absolutely not alright to lead people on with completely misrepresented gameplay in ads linking to this terrible crap. Clearly the people falsifying the advertising know what people want to actually play....so why is the game not exactly like what the ads lead you to believe. The advertising campaign for these games is impressive, clearly people are falling for it, then settling for a subpar game. I am not. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I have been mislead by false ads making this game look much cooler than it really is. Don’t give these people money or your time. This is just terrible.

I have enjoyed playing this game only from the friends I’ve made. However I have to say recent updates as of March 2019 have caused a lot frustration. Customer service is a bunch glorified players. Yep that’s right, taught to send prewritten messages that don’t address the issue. The messages are general and nothing is ever done. Keep in mind this game is rated age 13 up. If this was adult game I’d have no problem. The developers thought it would be a good idea to have a cross kingdom horn. Only kings of each kingdom can send a message across all kingdoms. That was annoying, many people complained.. no one I know ever said hey we like those annoying messages. New update the developers have put these messages in the kingdom chat AS WELL. Why is it so bad? These Kings use profanity and send very inappropriate messages. So these messages now stay in Kingdom chat for all to see for hours. There are so many that you can’t have a normal conversation so no talks in kingdom chat anymore and so they stay! I’d prefer my 13 year old not to see the inappropriate messages. If you like the baby shark song well the annoying kings post that too via horn and it stays in your chat. The developers have started charging more for less in game as well. Find a different game.

Good game however it’s rigged for only Chinese players to get packs at a cheaper price then u.s players . It’s almost impossible to compete at the level when they can buy packs for cheaper and because of this there’s no way to have a even war in a fight for thrown . I have been playing this game for 5 years and have spent thousand of dollars for me to only throw my gloves and retire from this game due to the selfish game developers making it affordable for Chinese players to buy packs and a fair price then any other country . I can spend $1000 in packs to get my stats up but then you will have a Chinese player spend $200 and have better stats then me due to his packs being much more cheaper to buy, this is why I got tired of buying packs and ended up buying resources from online players that sell resources at a fair deal . I am very happy since quitting game much more money in my pocket and I don’t have to spend on a game that developers don’t care if there gamers but only if there Chinese players . Anyhow if you download and play this game you will regret it for the money that you will need to put into it just to have stats because If not you will only be bait for the enemy and will never grow unless u spend money

Interesting game, meet some great people and form an ingame Family. This is the upside. Downside: you will spend more money here than you will in anything else you do in life with absolutely no return. I have played the game for so long and the only reason I quit is customer service. Horrible!!!!! I played two KDs and in both I’ve tried to talk to the customer service about issues and no one ever gave me an actual answer. Those that are Chinese have no problem in game. Basically if your not Chinese don’t play the game. It’s very simple. The game will force you to spend one way or another. It’s not normal spending. You can buy an Xbox and all the game and be set for life, that’s thousands for nothing. Very disappointing, very update is about spending and not about improving the game. Their thought of improving the game is spend more money to have a chance at winning against almost anyone. Also people here spend 100s of thousands in this game. Believe it or not. And at the end of the day those people do as they please. They also bribe people to leave them a 5 star review for ingame rewards. I have screenshots. It was sent as mass mail to all the players. Begging for a review that will help them make people spend more money.
