If you don’t love this game like I do then I wonder if you’re playing the same game. Also even though I wasn’t thrilled with the response, I did find customer service to be prompt and courteous. Keep playing and you will surely feel rewarded. By the way I’m not a big time buyer or better but I don’t think I’m treated any differently than a big customer. I watch the commercials because I know that it’s a large part of the revenue stream so it’s the right thing to do. Thanks, giving 5 stars!

I installed this slot app after the “teaser” that I oiled win up to 300,000 coins on another slot. (didn’t get the 300,000 coins by the way) Tha app looked interesting and the initial coin bonus was enough to hit install. I found my favorite slot, and have been playing for a couple of hours building my pot. Like it so far, looking forward to playing more machines, to see if the payouts are as good. I play games on this app daily & love the fun incentives they offer. I do think the games could pay out more, I make several purchases but don’t seem to play very long & I bet the least amount too. They do have special offers which helps but compared to other apps out there this one is a bit costly. The graphics are fantastic & a great variety to choose from!! Enjoyable app but gets costly when you want to play for a while - need more wins and/or the bet amounts need to reduced. Overall I am satisfied with this app but a little disappointed with the prices for what you receive in credits....I like to play the games but refuse to keep buying credits after credits. 4 out of 5 stars due to the cost of credits with length of pay from winnings. We need to be able to win more!!!

I love this game but it has a problem. Yesterday when I was playing I reached the bonus. The one with 12 or so compartments from top to bottom all the way across the board and as soon as the screen came up I was kicked out. When I played today I thought it would go back there but it did not. This is not the first time this has happened. I played long enough for many day to finally get the bonus. I let it go last time but now I want to be able to play the bonus I've earned twice but never been able to play.

It’s like most casino apps that make you graduate to better types of games if you play enough to level up. It’s certainly a great way to relax, get outta your head and pass time. It gives daily coin bonuses to collect as incentive. All gaming apps have the option of spending real $$ (with a LOT of mental manipulation) for boosts, fake chips, etc... This Is a choice that the player makes as no one is forcing them to spend real money for air. Call me crazy, but I can only collect freebies and spend real $$ on groceries and living necessities in today’s overtly chaotic times.

I play many slot games and just started this one that’s why I only gave 3 stars. My first wheel spin was only $10,000. Other games give much more. I’m on disability and games are really the only entertainment I have. The first game I’ve played, I’m not winning much at all for the amount of bet. Goldfish Slots, Billionaire Slots all give bigger bonuses for everyday day game play. Will try this but have so many other slot games paying WAAAY more will be my first choice. I’ll give this a chance but after reading most reviews I will not be dumping money I don’t have into a game that doesn’t pay accordingly to bet amount. As I said, just started so I’ll give it a chance but if it stays the way it is I’ll be deleting quickly. Graphics are great though.

If only the few tweaks were made I’d have rated a 5. However, the cost of credits especially when compared to other apps is extremely high cost low amount of coins. If only the games paid more while playing. It’s unfortunate that it takes forever and a day to level up. My experience with customer service has been GREAT. I’ve been using/playing this app a couple of years as a paying customer, no longer because of the above mentioned issues. I’d be willing to bet if these changes were made, you’d attract more players(customers) and MORE 5’s in ratings. Looking forward to CHANGE!

Downloaded this game yesterday. Went thru my initial 3,000,000 coins rather quickly trying to get the hang of the different games. So naturally, I purchased more coins in order to continue playing. Those went even more quickly! And I made at least two additional coin purchases today!! Needless to say, I'm out of coins and left without the ability to play. Other games give larger return bonuses as well as large daily bonuses. Might consider providing more opportunities to earn free coins. No one likes to pay to play, only to lose it all in less than an hour. Otherwise, graphics get an A+!

I have been playing this game for about two months now. I read the reviews and never really had an issue because I wasn’t purchasing or betting very high. However in the past 5 days I have consistently been betting higher. Not only have I not received any pay outs to compensate for the amount of money spent. I also literally went through over 800,000,000 in less than 3 mins without a payout over 10,000. It’s so sad because I have recommended this game to others but I actually agree with the complaints surrounding poor payout. Maybe there is a glitch in the game since I haven’t had any issue until now. But it’s frustrating enough to make me write a negative review.

I was treated so poorly by the customer service here, that even though I was up to Sapphire level & still going, I deleted the site. I was insulted by the first responder more than once & they drug out the issue for days. Ultimately, I was correct so they gave me 3mil coins for all they put me through, what an insult! I’ll take my business where I’m appreciated & valued. Oh really? They say they don’t want to lose you but it’s only here they say that to look like they care to new people, but they don’t care if they lose you or not! The games were fun but not so fun to put up with their horrible customer support. They can’t even do the right thing when they make the mistake! And they talk to you like you’re an idiot! What a joke this place is! So many way nicer apps to play on.

I have tired this slot game off and on for awhile and can say there is very little fun for your dollar. Buy coin and it is gone within a few minutes. Way to many spins that don’t pay and the ones that do pay are way below what you are betting. No point on just wasting money for no action and no fun. Please don’t waste your money on this game believing you will get ahead or hit the big one. It’s impossible, been trying for years and have spent thousands of dollars.
