Let me start out of saying how much I love this game. It feels like your actualy saving people and the realist ness of the fires! I only have a few things to say that can be better about the game. First, the water. When you are putting out a fire, the water some times goes through other buildings that ain’t on fire. Next, the vehicles. I would have a water tender putting out a fire and a ambulance would go straight through it. Also, the cars would just turn around without driving. Also about the vehicles, I would have a ambulance gone and a water tender would go around where the ambulance would be. I wish that could be fixed. The last thing about them is witch if you add might make people kinda mad but if you have a vehicle next to a fire or an explosion, the vehicle would actually catch on fire (the emergency vehicles). I think that would be cool. Also when I was taking about just the ambulances and the water tenders. (I meant to say all the emergency vehicles). Last, I wish you could train multiple units at once instead of having to wait for one unit to get done training. I hope you read my review and try to improve a little on those. Overall, I love this game!

This is a great game and is incredibly addictive. The down side is having to wait 30 minutes for a new scene to open only to complete it in 45 seconds. Then wait another 30 minutes and have a scene that last 2 minutes. I understand that you want people to spend actual money and purchase emeralds but you’re probably going to lose more because of the wait times. It’s also frustrating that you can only update one unit at a time. As you make progress the times to update increase. It would be nice to be able to update/upgrade each unit at the same time. I greatly appreciate that this is an ad free game and hope it continues that way. I had purchased the original pc game when it came out years ago and became addicted to that as well. In that game it was nice that you could have your units closer to the fires and injured people so that you didn’t have to wait for the crews to advance to your location. Keep up the great work and I hope to see new adventures and advancements.

So I love the game, it’s fun and you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out what’s going on. Now there is one thing I despise not only in this game but every game, the TIMING god I hate time it bugs me to death. We’re stuck in this quarantine I’m already bored and waiting a half hour for a scenario just doesn’t seem appealing. It’s not that big of a deal with the construction of new structures that’s understandable so people don’t speed through the game but there’s thousands of emergencies every second I don’t think we’re limited to 30 minute intervals to see some guys duking it out in a plaza. For Atleast the duration of this epidemic personally I don’t think there should be a wait time on scenarios. If this is a thing like “hey go outside get some fresh air” let me inform you that there’s now murder bees, some deadly virus, and even worse a new twilight book. So please reduce the scenario timer greatly or just remove it, it’s more of a burden that a feature.

The game is awesome!! Love how it’s based on real life situations and how you can send your men/women on other missions for smaller rewards! But that’s not the point... I’m here because I think another Station/Veichle should be added! It should be based off of animals and helping them for situations! For example: Cow has baby, horse is sick, dog get broken leg... and so on! It would be cool if a veterinarian station and veichle would be added! Another one could be FWC! I think those two stations and vehicles should be added too! They take places in many situations too and save many lives! In both forms animals and humans! And another map change too! Add a mountain type map too! It would be nice again if this would be added and I could possibly get them for free for the idea! Also another idea could be military! All branches too!

Okay, so you are probably looking through here for a review, right? Ok. Here’s my review. I really like this game. I’ve always loved fire trucks, police cars, and ambulances so naturally I love this game. It is a big strategy game. There are tons of units you can use from tow trucks to fire trucks to cranes to fire planes. My ideas: Someone said this before about animal-themed missions, but I think they should add a veterinarian. They can heal injured animals and then some kind of truck would take the animal away to an animal hospital. Some missions would include Dog Breaks Leg, and Bird Hits Window. The Veterinarian Depot would be so fun! They should add a police boat. The police boat would catch thieves, and it would also carry police, who would come and arrest the thieves after the police boat catches the thieve’s boat. They should also add a K9 Police Dog. They have a rescue dog, so why not add a Police Dog? It would be upgraded with Thank You Posts just like the other dog. The police dog would search the area (e.g. forest) and search for the robber. Then, a police officer could come and arrest the runaway thieve. Last, I believe they should add a Deep Sea Diver Boat. What it would do is bring up ship wrecks. It wouldn’t be exactly an urgent emergency, but it would still be cool.

This is one of my absolute favorite games. I only wish they would add the option for the fire fighters to pull victims out of the fires. There are so many times I can’t send my medics in to care for the victims because they’re surrounded by fire and they get an orange exclamation point to where I have to then decide if I have enough time to wait for the fire(s) to be extinguished before they die, send the medic in anyway and watch the fire alert meter and have them switch off with another medic whenever their fire alert gets low or send in a rescue chopper that costs gems. Realistically, the firefighters would pull these victims away from the fire to safety to where the medics can then tend to them. That’s my only complaint.

The new graphics update is pretty good! I really enjoy the game. The levels are fun and exciting. With that said here are a couple of ideas that would make it more fun. Being able to move your units closer to either increase time and availability. You could also make it a risk if you were to move your units closer to a fire for example. Where the fire truck could ignite and explode if you didn’t get it either out of danger or didn’t put it that close. Being able to tow the tractor out of the way at deer crossing would be nice so the pumper trucks could put out the fires would be cool. I do enjoy the fact that this game is not a pay to play where you get frustrated because to advance you are paying actual money. And being able to have your units help with one victim would be nice too! Like the Drs being able to help one victim together. Obviously where it would help complete a mission faster. Or the police officers helping to get people taken care of or moved out of the way faster.

I have always loved these games and over the years they have gotten a lot more fun. Some of the frustrating things I see with this are: why can’t you move your ambulances around? Why can’t you stage your doctors or stretchers? Why should the stretchers have to walk so far? The stretchers have to walk to the victims, and then back. Seems like a good waste of time. Why when you start a level is all the emergency vehicles in a long procession, and it takes always scrolling back and forth to find them all? Why is it that you only get 5 games to play until the clock resets? Are doctors really needed? Can they not put more time on the EMTs preparing them instead of needing a dr? A bit difficult for some of the levels since they are needing immediate support. Unsure about this one. In America we have EMTs, and they prepare the patients for the hospital.

I’ve always been a fan of time management games, and this one really hits the spot for me. I don’t even mind the occasional repetition as it allows me to think about how I can improve from the last time. What really bugs me, though, is that on both the in-game missions and the AFK missions, the devs always include one mission that you cannot complete at your current level. It’s not so bad for the AFK missions since you can dismiss it for free (although it does take a chance away for you to earn money). It’s TERRIBLE for the in-game missions as you effectively only have three to choose from instead of four...unless, of course, you pay premium currency to call for a false alarm and have the impossible mission replaced. I’ve read developer responses to this criticism and they try to call this a positive in that you get a preview of what’s to come later in the game. Really? Do you think we cannot see through that painful attempt to justify a cash grab? I could understand if I was in the middle of upgrading my command center and I’d be very close to being able to complete those missions, but as of today I’m probably weeks away from getting to the next level and would have to reset these supposed “previews” 3 or 4 times a day. I’ll be glad to increase my rating of the game if you remove this ridiculous process.

Fun game but several annoying things that is about to make me quit. 1) The last three days whenever I watch the videos to earn a reward I get all the way through the ad but not given the reward at the end. Please fix. I should have about 30 more emeralds by now. 2) Upgrading units seems to make very little (or no) difference in their performance while the fires and injured people seem to just take longer to take care of. It’s getting frustrating and taking the fun out of the game. 3) The cost to upgrade buildings is crazy high. Takes forever to earn enough money to be able to upgrade. Probably a ploy to get people to spend $$? 4) Having to complete the same missions over and over is boring. This game has potential but I’m starting to lose interest because no matter how many upgrades I do to my units and buildings i do not see any improvements. Throw us a bone man!

So like others said, I really liked this game and spent real money to advance. But it is far too difficult to advance in game to keep me interested. Everything is a step ahead that cannot be reached unless real money is spent. The earned rewards don’t come anywhere near the requirements for advancement. Even while spending money. It got boring and frustrating. There are levels that are impossible to beat. I am willing to pay a little here and there. But this game is impossible. I have spent close to 30 bucks on this game. I know when I reach the next level it will cost me more or else I can’t be competitive. You have one package that is 90 dollars. 90! Get out with that. Sorry guys. I really did dig the game but It You sucked the fun out of it. To others, it is fun at first. But don’t waste your time or money. Your cash grab will ruin this game that I actually enjoy. You are not doing enough to make it worth the money. The vehicles are too far away. The missions are often missions I don’t have the equipment for which cost emeralds. If you want money from us, then make your game better. I will not spend a penny more of my real money until you do.

The game was great and fun to play. Few things I want to address, first of all, you can only do four missions at one time, and particularly one of them can't be complete unless I have, for say, three water tanker to pass the lesson. I would have no choice but spent my EMeralds to call it false alarm. And all the missions are kept repeating and repeating, i have to be honest, it's start to get boring. Secondly, I don't know if it's part of the update in the future or if I am missing something. but once you hit 50, there's no more upgrade to the HQ nor training center, but in achievement, you can get up to level 90 and stage 10 of HQ and Training center. Third is more like a suggestion, I would love to see more of the decoration rather than flags, this might be the only game that I he played with only few decoration so far. Create something that we can all decorate our emergency ground. In the future update, please add more different apparatus types and various calls. I'll switch my review back in the future when update is here.

I originally loved the game. I spent A LOT of real money playing the missions, training the responders, upgrading my headquarters, and rushing the wait periods. I didn’t mind spending money because the game was fun. But now? I’m bored out of my mind and I have so many questions... Why can I only upgrade my HQ to level 6? There is a trophy for level 10, and yet I have maxed out at level six? Why can’t I replay the missions that I choose? Even if it costs money or gems, why can’t I keep trying to improve performance like in regular Emergency? That would at least make the game more competitive. Why do you only keep assigning the SAME, BORING, EASY missions over and over? Why are there no new missions? I eagerly used to play daily. And now- after playing the same few missions for the 50th (seriously) time, I’m done. You lost a loyal player that was happy to spend $$ on your game. New people - DON’T BOTHER. You can only get so far and then you realize you’re trapped on a hamster wheel that goes nowhere.

I’ve been playing this game for a little over a month. It was great and I was having a lot of fun, until the last week or so. It is constantly getting stuck at 6% on the initial startup screen, and then gives a server error message. Times when it does load I’ll be lucky to complete one mission without getting the error. It gets very frustrating when I complete a 5 minute mission, only to be given the server error when I finish. Love the game, but I’m about to uninstall. One other irritating part of the game is it constantly giving you missions you cannot complete because you don’t have the necessary vehicles, which means you have to waste emeralds to skip the mission. For example, I just upgraded my HQ, I need to upgrade my training site, I need to train all of my units to be able to complete the 300 level missions faster. I don’t have the funds to purchase a lifeboat or fire boat yet, but I continually get missions for them.
