I just won a daily jackpot. I deposited $20 and got $24 bonus cash and now it says my bonus cash is $1083 and I can only withdraw my original $20. I hope there’s a settlement date for the money because it’s telling me it’s going to disappear in 7 days and it’s not allowing me to play any games all of a sudden. These chumps take you’re money for days on end and make money off of having your money. They don’t respond to texts, lock you out of game play I have trouble logging in... they email me (acknowledging that my name and password work, take my deposit, and then say my login is incorrect.) I only hope that no one uses them despite their brand on one of my favorite football teams... they deserve bone cancer. They can take your money and not let you play. So, I was able to deposit money; but then received threatening pop ups that I was not permitted to gamble, and that if I continued to try, the proper authorities would be involved. When I installed the app, their was no mention of having to be a resident of NJ, when I deposited the money there was no kick back due to not being a NJ resident. Then when I requested the deposit back, I was hit with: we need your routing and checking account numbers, as well as photo copy of your ID both front and back for proof of verification. Oh, why not go the whole mile and be stupid enough to send you my SSN along with all of the requested information. A total scam and waste of your time. I deposited $250. They gave me a “bonus” which I did not ask for. I kept winning and won a total of $800 on roulette. I was lucky enough to guess the color correctly a couple Times in a row and then went to cash out…. Low and behold my “winnings” were credited towards the bonus. Not once did I lose but somehow didn’t win the cash since there is no option not to use the bonus money. Could totally understand if I lose my initial deposit and was using their bonus money, but that wasn’t the case. They delay withdrawals big time....2 days after you withdraw you get an email requesting documents to prove your PayPal account is yours...even though they took your PayPal account for a deposit. They’re just delaying processing your withdrawal hoping you’ll cancel it when you want to make a deposit. Mgm casino makes the same withdrawals in 4 to 5 hours...so it obviously shouldn’t have to take days and days...there should be a regulation on withdrawal time. Deposit $20 using code:get88 never got bonus so I played casino slots while I figured the bonus was processing. Won $90 and found out I was using $20 in casino bonus money and not my own. Be careful, although it advertises itself as allowing anyone in the US to gamble it’s a lie. You will deposit money but the only way you can use it is if your IN the state of NJ don’t even bother trying to use a VPN if anything they want you to try so you can get banned and they pocket your money. And if you don’t use a VPN and try to dispute don’t even bother contacting them they won’t help you. Call your bank ASAP and file a dispute/claim against them.
