I downloaded this app and connected it to my B connected card and also made a purchase. Was enjoying all the games during the night, and in morning I could not get the app to load. I asked for assistance and did receive a response, thank you very much. After two days of missing the playing time...the app is now loading. I am grateful because... I was enjoying this gaming app a lot and because it is the only one that I can connect to Boyd gaming and my local casino to collect tier credits.

I got an error message when trying to start up the app. The app tries to load, then the error message, There Has Been An Unknown Error, appears and the app never loads. I was going to delete the app and reinstall it, but I saw a warning that I may lose all my data. I had about 200,000 coins and I purchased the 35,000 per day package, so I didn’t delete it. What should I do?

Review update after several months of play. Short-real short- playtime because your credits don’t last. Free credits will get you maybe a few minutes playtime which doesn’t bode well because bonuses are rare and simply don’t payoff either. I’ve gone weeks without a single bonus. Not worth your effort of downloading points and trying to accumulate something to play on when nothing pays. Literally unplayable. And the free 100 points when you crap out is kinda ridiculous when it equals one spin. Kinda insulting as well after you go through all your credits consistently with not one hit. Extremely pricey ‘pay for’ credits as well as compared to other games in the marketplace. Choose another game to download folks. Nothing to see here. A shame. Better algorithms and random number generators can be found in actual casinos which is crazy for an free phone app. Removing app. No need for reply to seek my email. Thank you ... make changes.
