The games are fun and pretty loose with the small wins to keep you going. Would like to see more Epic Wins though. I love the Mega Ticket! I really play that slot for the Deal or No Deal aspect. One thing that bothers me on all the games is when the first two sections land on a prize and the 3rd section spins for a long time, just to land on nothing. Very anti-climatic as I have yet to win on a “long spin.”

Love the games. Big problem getting credits that you pay for. Sometimes you receive them minutes later, sometimes not at all even though the charges go through. I’ve written to the company about it. They want pictures of the receipts, your player level, yada,yada,yada. Jump through hoops and NEVER hear from them and never resolve the situation. The game has taken my money quite a few times. They know that the app has bugs, they have not fixed them and apparently won’t. No more chances for them to do right by me. Adios. Writing again to tell you that you are asking customers to send screen shots of receipts. I’ve done that to no avail. You should be able to fix the glitches but you do not. You are stealing! It’s total bull that we have to go through “proving to you that you have taken our money and not received credits”!!! Fix your app or get out of the business.

I enjoy this app because it has a lot of the old school slot classic games to choose from and not all those crazy newer slots with cats, lizards and norse gods, etc. (if you know what I mean) The biggest problem is with buying credits and customer service. I usually do not buy many credits for these slot apps. I am a Disabled American Veteran who lives on a small monthly pension. So, I don’t have a lot of disposal income to burn through. But, this was a new slot app I was trying and they had a $1.99 deal for 12 million credits. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the credits and thought my purchase didn’t go through, so i tried again & AGAIN! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY 12 MILLION CREDITS. Then I come to find out that my 1st purchase did go through as well as my 2nd purchase and NADDA, NO 24 MILLION CREDITS. I emailed the app developers using the contact us info and NADDA! NO RESPONSE, REPLY, CREDITS OR REFUND. Now, I am going to have to contact Itunes and my credit card company and request a charge back since I wasn’t able to find any relief through the normal avenues with the apps customer service developers. It’s a shame that it has to come to this. :( So, be aware when purchasing credits and/or finding any help/relief from the apps developers!!

The games are enjoyable and does have a “real world feel”; however, there are way too many videos. Anytime I’m switching from one machine to another...a video pops up, or if I close out a game....a video pops up. Literally at every turn a video pops up. I understand it’s a free app but I’m not subject to half as many forced videos on any other free app I’ve downloaded. Secondly, when I volunteer to watch a video mainly for the coin credits...I have about a 50/50 chance of actually receiving the credits. I’ve watched several without receiving the promised credit. This alone would deter me for ever paying for anything (as the previous reviewer said, he paid and never received any credits nor a response/refund from the developer). Thirdly, when I click on my inbox to read messages, it doesn’t open. I’ll check both the upper right and the bottom left....it will give me a swirly bar showing it’s doing something but inevitably nothing pops up. Overall the app is enjoyable but I wouldn’t set expectations too high and certainly never make any purchases with real money.

Buyer beware, the games are fun and the deals are cheap until you go and purchase them then you do not get your credits that you purchased credited to your account. At first it appears the order didn’t go through but you get an ok your order is set, but nothing. Do not bother contacting customer support they are ghosts. No response nothing. This app would a 5 star rating if they bothered to actually take care of their customers. If you want to pay off the free credits it’s an ok app. My suggestion is if you want to continue to attract people to your app get your act together and fix your customer service response as well as actually crediting your customers, thieves.

While this is a game that I do enjoy playing (hense the 2 stars) if you pay for credits you can expect that you will not always get them. I’ve contacted them and they will NOT respond. I’ve sent them screenshots and still No response. Be aware of this. Try to play without purchasing any credits because you most likely will not receive them. There’s also a few glitches. I stopped playing then the next day I signed in and 200,000,000 credits were gone! I emailed them and again NO response at all. Fun game but many issues. If this was private I would tell you exactly how I feel. 😡

This is the 4th time I have bought their coin deal for $4.99 and even though it says my purchase was successful I never receive the coins. I love the app. Great variety and great graphics. The gameplay is smooth, but that’s where great ends. I purchased the coin deal twice in a row tonight because the first transaction did not deliver my coins. I figured I’d resend the transaction because there must have been a glitch. There’s a glitch alright and it’s in the developers favor. They got $9.98 from me and I got nothing. This happened about a month ago to me and since the transactions sit in pending for a bit I forgot about it, so they got my $4.99 back then. I play so many slot games that it’s hard to keep track, but I won’t forget this time and I will be disputing the charge with Apple. There coins are expensive to start with and then to have the nerve to not give the players what they paid for is wrong. It’s a shame because I really liked the slots but this one will be DELETED FOREVER!!! I am sick of being ripped off.

RIPOFF as everyone else reports!!! Paid for coins NEVER received!!! Even after I DID use CONTACT US on the app. Still waiting for my refund! After making significant progress on any particular day, randomly get (without cause) a “lost connection“ pop up that results in losing my multiplier value that I worked so hard for. Have left MULTIPLE messages on the app but no fixes. Will be quitting this app. Total waste of time! I did leave a message on CONTACT US tab several times in the app and now I’m completely locked out of the game!!! Cannot get the game to load at all! All this after working really hard to reach 10x multiplier. Too frustrating. This app seems not only unreliable but also plagued with too many other player complaints to play any longer. On to a different slots app.

UPDATE: it has been 4 days since you ripped me off and have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. I have used the "contact us" button at least 5 times telling you that I did not receive my $30 worth of coins. DO NOT insult me by replying "use the contact us button" again. Fix the problem - or are you scammers like the others are saying?. Purchased 2 coin packs which said went through and 'you're all set'. Did not receive coins but were charged. Hopefully it's a small glitch you can remedy quickly. I enjoy your game and have purchased coins in the past with no problems. I would hate to delete your game over something like this. I have used the "contact us" and also regular email with a screen shot of the 2 purchases I didn't receive.

I went to buy credits, looks like purchase went through, then no credits. You think it is cancelled so you try again and again. Next thing you know you get charged 5 times with no credits. This I Hope is a bug and not a scam, but see others saying same thing. We should be refunded. You told me to reply to you through the app, but clicking the contact us it says no email setup, no option to add email. I synced my Facebook yet still nothing meanwhile lost another 5 dollars in credits. I see a lot of these post just like mine. You have a bug in your purchase a software. I have now lost a total of $20. The question is since you haven’t fixed it yet with all these complaints, are you doing this on purpose? Apple please investigate

Beware!! I love the old fashion single line games, but do NOT purchase any of their “Special” offers for more playing points. I purchased, what would have been a great deal, 32,000,000 playing points for $2.99. I never got the points, so I checked my bank account thinking the transaction didn’t go through, even though it said “Complete-good to go”. My bank account showed the transaction went through not once but 3 times. I contacted the game through the Contact Us on the drop down menu in upper right corner of the game. I never received a response back from them. So I called my bank & they removed 2 of the charges, since I actually purchased the first one even though I never received the points. So Purchase at your own RISK!!! Be FOREWARNED!!!

Too frequently I get booted off after winning. When I log back on my winnings are gone. I attempted to contact them but could not send my message, I presume because I was playing as a guest. Thank you for replying to my issue. If I could do this by using the contact button I would. I typed alot of information and then discovered the send button was not lit up so I used the rate us button here. Nothing has changed. We, my wife and I both play and have the same issues. We win and in the middle of collecting our winnings we get booted off. It happens more often than not. Sometimes we get our winnings sometimes we do not. It is very frustrating. If it continues we will delete this app.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on their games and got absolutely nothing in return! I understand gambling is chance but every single time is a bit rediculous! They have multiple issues with their games not giving proper credits, not getting tournament credits, along with various other issues I’ve addressed with them and they have ignored me for at least a month! Do not buy games from them because you will experience issues and you will not get a response from them!! If you do, you were warned!! Oh, and I wouldn’t have given a one Star on this rating but it made me put something!! They aren’t worth a half a star!! 😡😡😡

This company needs to fix their processing errors....be cautious and watch to make sure you have credits deposited that you pay for!!! Have contacted them multiple times and went thru my card purchases to find over 10 errors!!! Very fun games, lots to choose from but I have had many purchases go thru my account which I have paid for but the credits never appear for me to use on playing the games plus then my player status isn’t updated. Very frustrating because when you make a purchase you have actually paid for something but yet can’t use what you paid for - the credits to play the games!!
