I’ve had my axolotl for 100 days now and she’s doing great! I love how simple the app is but I know that some additions would be nice as long as they didn’t make gameplay more complex. I’d like to see maybe different background options or the ability to choose the color of your axolotl. Other than that, I like that feeding my axolotl and keeping her environment clean is really easy to remember because of the notifications the game sends when hunger gets too low (so far I’ve gotten a notification at 75% and 50%, I’m assuming there is a notification for 25% as well). Feeding also doesn’t need to take too long if you’re in a hurry, but if you need some calming down you can choose to feed your axolotl more slowly. TLDR; I love this game and highly recommend it! I’d love to see a few little improvements, but it’s great as it is.

This game is so cute :). I’ve had my Axolotl (in the game) for 7 days (went a few without feeding because my phone was dead, she was fine :).) I’ve heard they can die, but I took the chance. This was just too cute not to get :)! If mine dies, I decided I’m not going to choose a new one, because- 1. I read a review saying they forgot about their REAL Axolotl and it died :( 2. I might get a real one, and I don’t want the reason number 1 to happen :( I’ve taken a lot of pictures and I decided if mine dies, I won’t pick a new one. If I get a real Axolotl before my virtual one dies, I have to delete it :(. I know I’ll be sad, but as I said- I took pictures. I’m so happy about this game because it allows me to have an Axolotl, while it may not be real- I still love it :). If it takes a while to get a real Axolotl and my virtual one dies, I WILL get a new one. But as I said, I will delete it if I actually get a real one. Your app is so cute and awesome :). I hope you continue to make more Axolotl apps (and maybe get a real one if you like them!) and enjoy your fun, cute, awesome app you made :). (I’m not updating this unless I find a problem. Axolotl hardly needs your attention. You can take care of it in a span of seconds, which is useful if you're a busy person. You can do it while you ride the elevator. You can also call the Axolotl, which by the way you can also name, by tapping the water and creating ripples. It's really useful if you want to take some pictures of the totally cute virtual pet. At the beginning, it explains everything you need to know. Then it gives you a choice of three Axolotl types. If you forgot to feed the Axolotl once, no problem! It sustains through the day and you can feed it when you remember. If you forget, and it dies, you merely get a new one, with a notification that says, "your Axolotl has passed away." And gives you a new one. This virtual pet is so cute!! I fully reccommend this game!

It’s a cute lil game and I believe you should get it I’ve only had mine for 9 days but I already adore my axolotl named Sloth she is golden and pink! There is nothing I really want on this game other than maybe being able to play one or two mini games to earn coins to upgrade your tank and maybe be able to have multiple. It would also be kinda cool to breed. Anyways besides all that jazz it’s a great game and would recommend you get it! It’s super simple and super fun to watch your pet grow from a little baby to a big adult! Anyways have a great day everybody and have fun with your axolotls!

When I seen this game I was like oh it’s my favorite pet I was like OK I’ll get it in it is fine not necessarily fun but it is calm relaxing and there’s music when I download this game I was like oh my God is going to be so boring but now when I think of it it’s kind of relaxing and it’s like taking care of a real pet but I know it’s not that realistic but I love it anyways and when I seen it I was like oh it’s my favorite pet so I got it and this is the end of my review have a nice day if you read this you are not boring in this game is not boring

I really love this game! I live in a state where having an axolotl as a pet is illegal, so this is a great way to have one for free and legally. However, I just wish there were more ways to interact with the axolotl, like petting it, or putting toys in for it to play with. If you have a lot of time to waste, like an hour long drive, you’d want a little more than staring at a virtual cute little axolotl staring back at you. For people looking at this, it’s a cute relaxing app, but if you want action or a lot to do, this isn’t what you want.

I just got this game 7 days ago, and Mist is doing great! I love that you can care for a virtual Axolotl if you can’t get a pet. I have a cat, but want more pets! I also love that you can pick the color of your pet, but I do have suggestions. Maybe you can pick the food, not just pellets because that kinda gets boring. Also, I want you to add an exercise column and be able to play with your pet! Overall awesome game and totally recommend to anyone who is reading this and looking to buy it!!

I like the app overall but I feel like it needs a little something more even though I like the simplicity so I have a couple of possible suggestions 1. You can get different foods and certain ones with make your Axolotl grow faster ex. Bloodworms would have your Axolotl grow faster than pellets would 2. Being able to clean the tank yourself instead of just clicking a button. Essentially being able to siphon up food in the sand and scrub off algae yourself 3. Being able to decorate the tank in some kind of manner not super sure how this could be done while maintaining the simplicity but possibly when your Axolotl grows a certain size you can get a plant or other decoration to put into the tank which could happen after every cm of growth or something like that thought that’s probably to frequent 4. Being able to have multiple axolotls I’d really like if you could get all the colors of axolotls in the game and possible more colors could be added for example wild types or maybe for hard to get ones it could be a mosaic Axolotl

I’ve had my axolotl, who’s name is “Dog”, for about 300 days, and he’s doing great. It’d be cool to see some updates where I can edit the tank setup and interact with my axolotl. You’re able to tap the screen and it swims to you, but thats all. — I’m also cursed with the ever present fear of him dying. While sure, Dog can probably survive for a few days without food (though I’ve never gotten to that point), but it’s still unpleasant to think about. It’d be nice to be able to disable that feature (maybe with the penalty of your axolotl not aging/growing once it reaches “0 health”?) — The game plays as advertised. It’s a simple game that could use some changes, but great overall! Would love to see some mini games/updates

It's super cute and adorable! There isn't much to do but I guess that's okay. I think that there should be some way you can customize your tank though (different sand colors and some plants/rocks) and maybe have some point/coin system by taking care of your axolotl! (It would also be cool to have a little mini-game that you can use to clean your tank rather than just doing it with a tap of a button) Maybe you could have multiple tanks? I also agree with having earthworms or something a bit more realistic than pellets, but I guess I don't mind... its good, I would recommend as an app you check maybe once or twice a day.

I love this game. My Axolotl is named Neville and he is adorable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it really does need more. You can choose your Axolotls color at the beginning, but then that’s ALL you can change about it. I would love to be able to customize it. Also I would love love LOVE it if you could get multiple Axolotls. Other than that, I love this game. It’s super cute, and it’s not as demanding as other pet games (I mean it’s an APP; do we really need to check on it multiple times a day). This one is great because it doesn’t ask you for much. It’s simple, relaxing, and cute.

I have been researching for a pet that loves in water for a long time and then I found an axolotl I was looking for games because I have been bored from researching and researching so I found this game and it thought it would help me for when I got a real axolotl turns out this game was ok I just wish I could clean the tank without just pressing a button and that I could pick decorations for the tank and touch the axolotl make it talk give it a friend but all you do in the game is feed it and press a button to clean the thing pretty boring but I’m just saying that this is pretty realistic but we need MORE TO DO. If we could have put decorations and clean the thing to make it feel like the thing is real then this game would be amazing. But please make some changes to this game.

So... today i went to feed my Axolotl(prison mike), and i find out that he is dead! I have had prison mile for 64 DAYSZZZ!! He was my only pet since my dog died. Prison mike lived a happy life until the game decided it was his time to go! I have been in a depression since i found out the news....i never thought this day would come. The game didnt even care they just said ur prison mike has. PASSED!! Passed where?? Its a game!! BRING PRISON MIKE BACK! I had to make a new Axolotl names wonita and she is not the same as prison mike. She is a weird gold color and is too small! I loved prison mike and wonita is a disgrace to prison mike Other than that i love this app it soothes me

This game is great... It’s cute at first. The axolotl is adorable, and it’s fairly realistic (although I have never had a real axolotl). But I felt like it was constantly nagging me to do things... So usually I’d leave it alone until I got the notification that “Your pet might pass away!” Now, sometimes I get that in the middle of the night. As a teen who needs sleep, I couldn’t respond, but when I check on it in the morning, it’s fine and I just need to feed it. Today I got that notification, and I responded immediately. What did I get? “Your axolotl has died. Pick a new one.” I didn’t ask for this! I (mostly) took care of this pet, named it, and had it for over two hundred days! Maybe I’m just too sensitive, but I’m kind of hurt. I know this game is supposed to be realistic, but... I’d really appreciate it if you removed the dying feature...
