I have fun playing this game and I would have given 5 stars if a couple of changes could be made. If you could shade the words going backwards or forward it would save a lot of time, sometimes your brain only sees it one way and you waste time looking for them. Also it takes running your finger over the words 2 or 3 times just to get them to shade, if you fix those couple of items I would give it 5 stars. Also a clue to the new people, try to find all the smallest words first, it’s easier that way. Update: the game is still fun but it got so easy for me I switched to playing it in German to challenge my “high school” foreign language skills. I will give it 5 stars now because I can change languages and be challenged again!

I had another word search game on my phone, which seemed to be fun, but it had fewer words to search. I added the same game on my iPad, and it had fewer words than the one for my phone. I found this app in the App Store and play it all the time. Love the size of it and find the words to be different than expected. The one thing I wish I could do is turn off the timer. I seem to get anxious or stressed trying to always better my time rather than just playing it for fun. But, I like it anyway.

I like to play this game and I rated five stars. The only thing to improve is that the player can find every word backwards too. That would be perfect. What I mean is: I need to find the word “water” but this game only let me shade the word from w to r. Better would be if I can start from r and finish and w. Because my brain knows that the word “retaw” is the word that i am looking for and I don’t loose time try for the beginning. Just however I find it just shadow it and then will mark down I color. Thanks

So glad I found this app and could leave all the others behind. Playing to beat your own time adds challenge, and words are interesting (I don’t mind words repeated across games - it’s not like they are located in the same spot). Ads are minimal and easy to close and get back to the game. Game pauses if you exit to the home screen. I also like the way words left to find move towards the front of the list, so you always see multiple words on the current screen.

It’s so easy to play and looks nicer than the written version. The colours are pleasant and it’s easy to read. The only problem I’ve come across is sometimes you have to run your finger several times over the word before it highlights and that cuts into your score, but hey, you are only playing against yourself so it’s no big problem. If you had competition like duels that would be an issue. Good game and good time waster!

I really like this app. It doesn’t have obnoxious and unnecessary illustrations or mechanics - just a nice, clean interface with the choice of a white or black background. Many of the words are unusual, too. It also doesn’t throw obnoxious adds at you between puzzles. I think it’s as close to one of those word search puzzle books that an app is going to get, and that’s exactly what I was looking for.

I was enjoying this game quite a bit; I was finding words, finding some other words, completing the search, and having an overall enjoyable time.. that was until this word (slur) impounded itself on my screen. At first I was just dazed and confused on how this heathen word slur could infiltrate my temple of peace. I started to break down crying but I became angry to.😤I threw my phone at the wall in horror because I actually found where this word was in the puzzle. I was crying and I spilt my coffee all over my couch and myself which I may sue the developers over🤫 I didn’t think it could get any worse but my 6 year old twins walked into the room and looked at this word slur and one of them went blind while the other one converted to atheism😭😭😡👹 I started to crawl on my stomach across the floor to get to the app, but my brain has been tainted by this word slur and I can feel a vegetative state overwhelming me as I write th

I am someone who enjoys word puzzles and have all my life. Word searches and crosswords are particular favorites. This word search has been both frustrating and enjoyable. The latter I’ve already explained and the former is so on two scores. First I wish the game would be changed so we, the players could swipe a word backwards as well as forward...this wastes valuable time if you happen initially spot a word in the reverse. Second having the game being timed is frustrating because this places one in a pressured situation. The player is engaged in a competition whether he/she likes it or not. In addition the placement of the timer is located such that one’s eyes cannot avoid seeing it which makes the pressure ’front and center.’ I know I’m not alone in these two complaints...several others have stated their wish to see the same problems remedied.

I love the format and challenge, but two things bother me. I wish you could find words backward as well. Example being if I’m supposed to find “fire” I wish I could swipe from the e to the f, sometimes that would honestly shave off a couple seconds. Speaking of which the other feature I don’t care for is the timer. I wish it wasn’t right at the top of the screen. If each round needs to be timed so be it but just show someone at the end. Having a timer going stresses me out haha. I wish I could just turn it off all together. I just want to search for words I don’t need to best any amount of time.

I like this app because it’s everything you want. It has a colorful highlight that appears on the words when you find them, it’s challenging, and it times you so you can try and beat your best score. I’m only giving it 4 stars because I’m the type of person who likes my word searches to be organized and allow me to be able to pick a topic and search for words associated with that specific topic. This word search just has random words in each puzzle and kinda makes me anxious. Overall great app though

It can be a very fun game to play I just wish there was a way to shut off the time as it can be very annoying if you’re not trying to time yourself you feel like you’re in a competition anyway I just ignore it and that works for me other than that it’s a very fun game I like the variety of words and it kind of challenged you because you can’t scan words backwards definitely a four-star game I would say five they got rid of the timer and let you scan backwards

I family found a game that I like in word search. On the iPad the game is good and that it’s not too easy and I’m glad that it could be harder but it’s better than most, not super easy and relaxing for me. I would love to for it to be a little bit more challenging but that being said the only thing I can say is I wish they would put a title on the top of the page. With the group of words that it goes with like the other books that I have.

A full viewable list of all the words is not available. I usually read through all the words in the beginning so when I see them in the puzzle they can be crossed off. I’ve not found a “pause” on the timer. I guess pausing & being able to look at the puzzle kinda kills the effect but there are times I get interrupted therefore my time is blown out of the water. Other than those little “wants” this game is challenging & entertaining.

It’s nicely setup and shows you your best time on short scoreboard, which I think is a huge plus. As the puzzles progress, more words are included that I’ve never heard of, so I don’t get to ‘spot’ words out that I know (which is half the fun for me) without looking at the list. I haven’t played it throughout, but because I like the setup, I’d like to see either: different level choices or maintain recognizable words throughout the puzzles. Update: More words increase to unrecognizable. I wanted more of the level I enjoy playing instead of of levels getting ridiculous. Also should leave some unnecessary physiological reference words out.
