Have to admit I agree with most of the one star posts. Tried out $200 and got a big win here and there but nothing amazing. From all the spinning, did not get a single bonus across multiple games I play elsewhere.

If I can give zero star I will. Ever since they changed betfair to stardust, I hardly won from them. Theres no way that playing for 2 straight weeks I am that unlucky. Wether I play slots of table games. One time I won the bonus $300 from playing in slots - bet was $3 (probably lost already $500 before hitting bonus). Played table game blackjack and consistently just keep losing. There’s no way I’m that unlucky. This casino app seems like a scam and keep taking peoples money. I hope they get audited. I deleted app. The only thing they give you bonus a week maybe $5,20,50, $125 the most I got (but that’s after losing thousands)…maybe just to lure you to download the app again. This i believe is a scam. You have better chances if you go the real casino.

I have been playing since February when it was Betfair (which I absolutely loved). Won on numerous games and big hits as well. Now that it is Stardust I have been only hitting small wins. $6 here, maybe a $25 win but nothing more. The worst I would say is the scatters or bonus spins. I had won 15 free spins on a $.20 cent bet, I won a whopping $1.67. I know it’s a risk to bet, however I feel as though this app is just taking peoples money. Was a big fan before the odds went to sh/ts.

Agree with Billybaggz comment. Exact same thing happened to me regarding big easy game but twice! Lost money playing the game and when I finally got bonus round spins the game froze. It’s like playing blackjack on a table and when you do get 21 the dealer won’t pay. Contacted customer service and no response. This needs and should be investigated by the state gaming.

It took customer service more than two weeks to finally get back to me when I was stuck in a game. I was in a bonus screen and the app crashed. Not only did they never fix my problem they ignored the fact it died in a bonus screen where a bigger payout is expected🤷🏼‍♂️

Since they change to startdust they are scamming people machine stop takes you out of the game and come back with a lost game it will not resume the previous game I have lost a lot money on this. Betfair was a really good platform I been playing for a couple of years. There is no help with costumer service.

The big easy crashed going into free spins 2 days ago emailed support nothing. Can’t do anything because a game is in progress… support has not answered. Stuck in the bonus screen of the big easy…

This casino will just take your money. You will not receive any bonuses while playing their slots, and the payouts are very very small.. Stardust really needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP.. Total scam so please please please stay away.

I win over $900, request check for $700, check request processed, then receive denial notice, alleging info not matching, but money would be placed back on account, it was not! Next email goes to NJ Attorney General office!
